  1. Huh, looks like Extra Slots is something I’ll be getting. Always been a little irked that there was only 6 loadouts per character. Also, DAT FLAME CAMO.

  2. Damn that’s a lot of money. I bought everything you could buy except some of the calling cards back in BO2. There’s no way I’ll be spending $22 on all of this. The character skins are ridiculous. You never even see them other than in when you aren’t even playing. I’ll buy the camos though because I’m soooo tired of the ones in game

  3. Ducks and Cats? Really? I know there only camos and just for fun but come on that’s just childish something for the annoying 12 year olds what happened to the days it was 18+, we need another game like the MW series or the original Black Ops all this 2025 futuristic and silly camo stuff is a joke we need the military like CODs back!

    • Just shows how much of a joke and childish this franchise has become cod is a joke now just caters to little crying 12 year olds, haters comment on this with your crappy comments IDNGAF

      • Cod isn’t meant to be realistic anymore. They have gone off that track, I suggest you move to battlefield, that’s what I’ve started to do. Oh and everybody likes ducks!

    • It’s only for fun, and it’s optional. It’s not as if the silly camos were the original on-disc camos – which, to be honest, weren’t too bad.

I’m not gonna be getting Ducks or Space Cats, basically because they look absolutely stupid. I’m gonna pick up Price, Keegan and probably Circuit though – they look pretty decent. (I don’t need any of the Ghost mask ones since I got the original with the Season Pass)

    • This is why it isn’t a part of DLC, this is FOR those little 12 year olds that play Call of Duty. Please, take their money.

    • Paying for extra slots is ludicrous. What they should have done: Extra slots are a free download with the next patch. Price Legend Pack with Onslaught, Keegan Team Member Pack (airbrushed skull weapon camo) with Devastation, Merrick Team Member Pack (Green/Orange alien skin weapon camo) with Invasion, and Elias Team Member Pack (airbrushed flame weapon camo) with Nemesis. The complimentary festive pack was nice. Why not do it again with a free Hesh Team Member Pack with realtree weapon camo released between 3rd & 4th map packs. Also, between each map pack, release 2 fun camo packs with animated player cards. Space Cats & Rabid Bunny, Nuclear Reactor & Alien Abduction, Neon Dragon & Circuit Board.

  4. thats weird that its not transferable between generations. Does that mean if you put cameo on your weapon on 360, it won’t show up at all when you use that weapon or character on xbox 1?

  5. Not that I would purchase any of these but it’s just sad that the micro items are also XBOX timed exclusives – aware they were in BO2 as well – but still sad. Map DLC is one thing but it’s just plain stupid on the micro items.

  6. Im so done with Infinity Ward. This game is getting sold today. I already cant enjoy it due to the shitty health system and the spawns. Now I can get killed in style by a duck camo’d gun.

    • *same health systems as before
you are just complaining about better connection, and realizing it actually doesnt take any more than 3 shots to kill unless you are running around with a silenced cbj

      • blah blah blah, I dont give a shit. I see people cant be brutally honest about a game and have other respect an opinion. But to the eyes of you im “Complaining” you sir can suck my cyber dick.

      • Shut the fuck up faggot. I just hate how people wanna bash because Im brutally honest about something I dont like. Like shut the fuck up, you people act as if Ghosts is perfect and if you say so you’re lying through your teeth. Im not even about to get started with the health system because IW themselves were aware of the health in their game which is why Heavy Duty was added in the first place. Im not about to explain shit though, go find Teanah’s tweets about then you faggots can come to me with some shit but otherwise shut the fuck up. Talking like you all developed the game yourselves.

        • The health system is the same, kid. 100 units. Go dig through the PC files. There’s a difference there: All guns do insane amounts of damage and the hit detection isn’t the shittiest píece of crap on the world. Adapt or get out.

You’re butthurt because someone will end up killing you with a silly camouflage pattern. That’s your own problem, and it doesn’t matter since they got your money. You’re the retarded one here.

          • And yet Ghosts was a gift to me from a friend xD. They aint get a dime from me. I dont give a shit about how you try to put this game if I say it’s bad it’s bad, its MY opinion so why do YOU give a shit? Get off my dick faggot fanboy.

          • “omg he presented me facts, my opinion is still better than facts waaah waah waah better call him a faggot”

    • Shitty health system? Maybe, just maybe it’s the fact that the hit detection got better? Then again people like you bitch and moan like ignorant 12 year olds.

    • Why should they? It’s not like their forcing you to buy them and their not that expensive. Anyway their a company, this is their way of making money.

  7. I don´t even know how i should feel about this… Are they like, trolling or killing their own game… I just don´t know what is wrong with these people. This is soo bad and yet they charge people for it. I am not buying any of these besides the extra loadouts one.

    • 10 CaC slots per Squad member – you have an option maximum of 6 classes, out of 6 squad members. So, technically, you have 36 already.

If you’ve got all 10 squad members, that’s 60 classes. Bump on the Extra Slots, and you can have a max. of 100 classes.

“we’re paying to get 10 CaC slots despite that being standard in earlier games”

So nope, you’re paying to get 10x the standard in earlier games. Happy?

      • nope, because what’s the point of having 60 classes when you can only choose from 6
while in a match? They might as well of given us 1,000 squad members
with 100 slots each, it wouldn’t make a difference because we can still
only choose from 6 during a match.

        • I’ve never needed more than 4 classes per match in Ghosts.

          Class 1) Close Quarters:

          SMG – no secondary – C4 – not tactical – speed perks.

Class 2) Mid Range and General Combat:

AR – no secondary – Semtex – no tactical – speed and accuracy perks.

          Class 3) Anti-aircraft and Mid-Long range:

LMG (with armor piercing/FMJ) – Launcher – no lethal – flashbang – speed and strength perks.

          Class 4) Long range:

Sniper Rifle – Pistol – Frag – proximity explosive – accuracy and awareness perks.

          • Exactly. I remember in the older cods where id dedicate half the class slots(5) into Snd stealth classes, you really dont need more than 5.

          • I have certain loadouts I like for specific match types, and with only six slots, I can’t have everything ready at all times.

        • My Create-a-Soldiers are geared towards game types (TDM, KC, Dom, Blitz, SnR/SnD, HC KC/TDM, HC Dom, FFA, Cranked and a general Troll/Anti-Troll Class – that’s 10, FYI).

So this just gives me more flexibility.

  8. I bet hardly anyone recognises the ‘Ghosts’ squad skins – Elias, Hesh, Merrick and Keegan, because you guys don’t play the campaign. These dudes were fkn legends. Can’t believe the majority of the CoD community only buy it for the Multiplayer and not the Campaigns as well. It’s such a shame. It’s just like Treyarch fanboys; they only buy Treyarch games just for Zombies. If your only in it for 1 aspect of the game, you’re not a true CoD fan. That’s how I see it, anyways.

  9. To everyone that is freaking out over the ducky and cat camo, saying its childish: They’re having fun! I’m 14, but i don’t go around calling people faggots and being immature, and i think its awesome. Its like random and funny. Look at like Steam and PC devs, they put all kinds of random and silly crap in their games, and ppl love it. Ppl need to loosen up

        • I agree with you. Even though a majority of people don’t like BO2, i like to be able to run around and get kills with SMGs, so i play it and don’t care what others say. And i get the “you know it says 17+ on the box crap” a lot, but i know that i’m mature and can handle it, and that there are other teens like me. It should be about maturity, not age alone

          • Age and maturity go hand in hand, and since (in America, anyways) it isn’t good business practice to tell people they are idiots who should do their part to keep the gene pool clean by not reproducing, age-restricted content is the next best step.

          • I know that there are many early/pre teens that are immature, and i do believe that age restricted content is a good thing, but i just think that people should recognize that there are some mature early teens like me (and btw this is Kenneh but my phone won’t let me enter my name in the text box)

    • Well technically he’s not gone. The ending of the mw3 campaign shows us that he kills Makarov by hanging him and then it shows price (the character you play during that mission) smoking a cigar. Then goes on to the credits. So he really didnt die. Hopefully he makes a return to SH game if they make an mw4 or whatever it will be called.

  10. If IW had any creativity they would of done a mask editor where you could create your own mask design similar to BO2 emblem creator That would of been awesome. Now everyone is going to run around with the same 5 characters.

    • doesn’t. Yeah, you get more options for counters and checks, but its not like you are increasing gun damage or anything. Besides, if you’re good, you should be able to cover all ranges using only 6 classes

      • More options affects balance imo. Good/bad player doesn’t matter. If one player has 6 options, the other 10, that’s a game balance issue.

I guess I’m more stuck on throwing this into a personalization pack when oneofswords has claimed in the past COD would never charge for multiplayer. Enjoy your camos/character models, no problem charging for that. But this *is* definitely charging to get ahead in multiplayer.

If they’re going this route, why not offer a “free-to-play” model where slots are unlockable via skill/time played unlocks? Casuals can unlock the slot with $2, “hardcores” can play like usual and unlock slots?

        my2¢

  11. i guess this means There will be a Legend pack 2 which will feature
soap. i want them to make another Simon Ghost Riley legend pack that’s
based off of his comic book Modern warfare 2:Ghost.

  12. Ha! Ducks and Space Cats? Most of my buds are just that funny to actually use those. I wanna get the Merrick and Inferno packs. Awesome

  13. Im putting my faith into sledgehammer new Cod,i cant believe my beloved Infinity ward has fallen so much over the years, its kind sad,mw1 and mw2 was the peak of all first person shooter games,i mean what happen?

  14. Cool, i like this idea that Call of Duty is doing now. As long as it doesn’t feel like it’s something that should be in the game already or DLC it’s all good.

  15. [email protected]

CPT is not how you shorten Captain, it’s Capt!

  16. Lol why are IW trying to revive Ghosts? The game is dead. They shuld just stop making cod and let sledgehammer take their place…

  17. I can see the future that the multiplayer in this game is going to be filled with nothing but a bunch of Modern Warfare 1-3 character Models thus this game being renamed as MW4 XD

  18. I’m done with this series. I am NOT OK with them stripping the CAC slots
down to 6 from the standard 10, then having the balls to sell the extra
4 to us at a later date! What next, remove CAC all together and then
sell us one slot at a time for small price of $2.99!?! **** YOU
Activision. I’ve loved CoD since CoD4 and bought every map pack/season
pass until Ghosts and this is just the final straw with the nickle and
    diming.

    • I bet you’re now going to spend 100 bucks trying to get an Unusual hat on TF2, hypocrite.

You have 60 CaC slots, not 6. You can easily switch soldiers before a game starts. Cry some more. You’ll keep buying.

    • They have given us more slots than we have ever had. We have 60 total slots. In previous games we only had 10. NOW we are going to have 100. Quit your bi***ing boy

  19. I don’t care about the micro transactions. What I do care about though is having to buy extra gun slots. I distinctly remember them saying that they didn’t have enough memory to do 10 slots because of all of the character customization options.

I’m not accusing IW of doing this but it LOOKS LIKE they intentionally removed a feature from the game and forced us to pay extra for it later. I don’t like the precedent that doing this creates.

  20. Uh…..shouldn’t we have had 10 classes to begin with after a certain number of prestiges? I’ll be buying the extra slots but I hope to god they don’t make you waste squad points on them.

    • If you look at the picture they do make you buy them with squad points as well, the “Extra Loadouts” are locked.

      • so , basically what are you saying is IF TF2 have such a bad practice everybody are allowed to follow them ? right ?
TF2 was a Full game now is a Free2Play game
        so your point is invalid

        • Yeah, bad practice that gives them tons of money. No one cares about the TF2’s microtransations. They’re exactly like these ones, no affect on gameplay.

  21. What kind of gay ass shit is that? Duck camo? Wtf is this super fkn mario land? Metal gear solid camos and keeping the military mind state would be nice as this is what kind of game this WAS… This isnt fkn barney ya know….

  22. I’m pissed off at the camo’s. the flame camo looks amateur and so does circuit. All they did was add the same duck and cats over and over. Heck the price camo even sucks.
I know i’m not forced to buy this, but I was looking forward to the camo’s

  23. wait, let me get this straight, so 60 dollars for the new cod game, then 60 more dollars if you pay the map packs seperatly, and then 22 dollars for the first round of micro transactions, thats 142 dollars, thats sohuld be in the game from the start, im also expecting atleast one more micro transaction pack, again 22 dollars, so i guess 164 dollars then for a complete expereince, Am i the only one here who thinks this is completely wrong.

  24. As happy as I am for “Space Cats”, I don’t see the point in buying anything in this broken game with extremely unbalanced weapons. A ten year old could balance weapons better than the CoD devs.

    • The weapons in Ghosts are about as balanced as they have ever been in the entire call of duty series. Now if you want to see unbalance go back and play BO 2 where SMGs have as much range as the ARs while still retaining CQB dominance. THAT was unbalanced and unrealistic. If you notice in all previous call of duty games there was always at least one way overpowered gun that dominated play such as the M-16 in COD4, Famas in BO, Type 95 in MW3, etc. In Ghosts there is not one single weapon that dominates they are all relatively equal. Weapons in ghosts are balanced.

      • AK, MTAR, Bulldog, IED, C4 (for the third game in a row), riotshield + C4. Sure, I guess it is more balanced than BO2, but still unbalanced. BO1 was probably the most balanced out of any other CoD, which is why I think it is the best.

        • -AK has been nerfed. Added recoil.
-Mtar is not OP it is just one of the better guns.
-Bulldog doesn’t need a nerf. If you nerf the bulldog then you literally kill the shotgun class as the bulldog is the only good shotgun.
          -IED has been nerfed
          -C4 is not OP
-C4 and riot shield is effective but the riot shield needs something to be able to compete. Take away C4 and the riot shield is useless. Personally I would be for just taking out the shield because it is dumb and unrealistic to be running around trying to hit people with a shield in a war. If you have trouble taking down a guy with a riot shield then you are just not good.
BO1 was close to being as balanced as Ghosts except for the fact that the Famas was extremely overpowered. Plus BO had SO MANY useless weapons: Enfield(Worst AR ever), Skorpion, Mac 11, Uzi, horrible LMGs besides the stoner which was like an AR but slower. BO1 was still one of the better games though.

          • -AK is still too accurate
-MTAR is almost exactly like the MP7 and pretty much beats every gun
-Bulldog is very annoying to play with because it is pretty much an insta-kill
-IED is still OP (especially with DC)
-I don’t understand how people think C4 is balanced. People throw it, double tap square, and it’s an instant kill. Isn’t that pretty much why people hated MW2 noob-tubes?
-Riot shield with the C4 doesn’t make it competitive, it makes it an instant kill whenever you see one. How am I bad if the moment I see him I blow up? There is literally nothing I can do to kill him because 1) he’s bulletproof and 2) I have only about one second to react. The riot shield doesn’t need to be competitive because it isn’t an offensive weapon.
-Famas wasn’t even that good post patch. I’d take the Commando or Enfield over it any day. Which by the way, the Enfield was very good. And so were the LMGs, the Skorpion, and the Mac11 if you use them for their intended roles.
