  • I was always more of a lego guy.

    no just no.

  • MSTAR020

They should have partnered with LEGO. Plus I don’t like how they did the camo effect, makes it look dirty.

    • HenryDF

The whole thing is a dirty LEGO ripoff 😉

    • Sal

LEGO won’t ever produce weapons, their main target is kids.

      • John Blue

So why do I have plenty of LEGO weapons in my box then?

        • Sal

Cowboy/pirate/Star Wars? They don’t have “real” military on it. Why do you think they won’t produce tanks? Hell even the Lego City with the police departments don’t have guns.

The only way to get some of those would be by buying on Bricklink or in places that actually sell them.

          • Siftblade of Rivia

Even if it is a kid’s product, kids still like to play with things like war. Look at all the other kid’s toys. Have you ever seen Toy Story? There are toy soldiers in that movie. Why? Because toy soldiers are a kids toy. It’s not like having guns is new to Lego either, they have tons of products including guns. It wouldn’t be hard for them to make an army-based lego set. I’m sure if COD payed them enough, they wouldn’t think twice about creating COD legos.

      • Siftblade of Rivia

There’s probably more legit guns in things like lego pirates or cowboys or something, but the first thing I thought of when you said lego guns was star wars.

        • deeproads

this is exactly why COD went with mega bloks instead. lego products will look cutesy and childish.

          • Siftblade of Rivia

And MegaBlocks don’t? Seriously, look at this image and just try to tell me that’s not childish.

    • Ghost hunter

That’s what makes it all the more cooler with the dirt spots it can be use as camo, or weathering I for one like some thing that dosnt look like it was rolled out of a factory and put on the battle field also no they should not have gone with lego because these guys can pose better look down the barrel and so much more also you can take off the vest, knife, ammo, and grenades as well as so much more I think that if lego did it that they would have failed so bad that there would have been no profit

  • HenryDF

    Who would actually buy these?

    • falahcod

Well, it say 5+ on the box….

    • Sal

Some people who likes it? I could see myself buying a kit and leave it sitting on a desk. It looks pretty nice.

  • James K

    …slow day, huh?

  • Kenneh

OK, im one of the ppl who defends CoD the most through its criticisms, but RLY COD??? But it actually does look cool when u build it

  • Lorhelm

I would ONLY get this because i like COD and they MIGHT would be worth something one day…keyword MIGHT

    • Siftblade of Rivia

Why would this be worth anything someday? It’s COD MegaBlocks..

      • Lorhelm

Collectors Series…idk lol just thinking out loud Doge

      • Penguin-Kun

Not sure if I get your comment. I just can’t figure it out… it’s “called”
        Megablocks?

        • Siftblade of Rivia

COD is short for Call of Duty, pretty known term around here. It was also used like 15 times in this comment section alone.

  • MichiganerE

I wonder when we’ll get information on the next Duties!

    • TiiK tAc ToE

      Around April 30th probably

      • Siftblade of Rivia

Yeah, the teaser for Ghosts was on May 1st.

    • jordanxbrookes

The first info we got for Ghosts was on March 21st in one of drift0r’s videos, so possibly we might get some info around about the same time, although I’ll doubt it’ll be confirmed by Activision at that stage. Also I found something that might be interesting; if you look on the Mega Bloks box in the bottom left there are some coordinates. I checked them out and it pointed out to some area in the south-west of Kazakhstan. Don’t know if it means anything but the result sounds intriguing.

      • Siftblade of Rivia

Sounds like many other COD’s. Go to the Middle East and blow shit up. Lol you’d think COD would focus on like North Korea right now, since that’s what all the fuss is about nowadays.

        • jordanxbrookes

I dunno, I miss how the teams went to parts of the middle-east. Remember the Call of Duty 4 Nuke and the starting missions of Modern Warfare 2. One thing I want is to have different stories that take place around the world, but relate to each other in some way, similar to the Call of Duty 3 storyline. That way, one mission your fighting in Afghanistan, next mission your fighting in, like you said, North Korea, and then later on down the line you’re helping out the Korean Army protect it’s borders or something like that.

          • Siftblade of Rivia

The only campaign I really enjoyed was BO1. It was super interesting to me with the whole brainwash thing. “The numbers, Mason!!”

      • MichiganerE

        Good… good…

  • John

And then they say why CoD is for kids…

  • TiiK tAc ToE

I wish they’d spend a little bit of more time working on the game than developing legos but I guess they are kind of cool

    • Shardlotte

Yes, because Mega Bloks makes CoD games.

  • Luca Sciascia

Will these be available in Canada?

  • Crusf

What’s next Battlefield Caspien border playset with buildable tanks and infantry?

    • John Blue

When you consider how Battlefield is when compared to CoD, that would be a plastic or maybe cardboard accurate miniature model that you have to paint yourself and everything. You know, much more classy than fake Legos (or even real Legos)

  • [email protected]

I like it but they should have partnered with lego!

    • deeproads

then the whole line would look cutesy and childish. they made the right choice with mega bloks. realistic and true to the game.

      • [email protected]

        maybe technic lego! 🙂

  • raj

Lego = kids megabloks = adult kids. END OF.
