Then you shouldn’t have clicked on the Ghosts article.

Before the negative Ghosts comments, it’s free Xbox LIVE Gold Weekend, that’s why Ghosts’ multiplayer is free to play, not because Infinity Ward are ‘desperate’.

    • e

where did you get that its free xbox live gold weekend? Link pls?

      • Celest1ne

They have started doing this lately in order to sweeten the deal you get when paying for Xbox Live.

Oh, its only for the UK. Idk about your initial statement then.

          • jordanxbrookes

I live in the UK, that’s why it says ‘en-GB’. Shame it’s only for 360 and Not XB1 🙁

    • Siftblade of Rivia

Yeah, pretty sure there was a free BO2 demo too, right? I think it was on Steam, but I’m not sure.

    • Confirminator

      Somebody’s desperate.

      • jordanxbrookes

It’s not desperate, it’s called common sense since Activision have a partnership with Microsoft.

  • Super_Deluxe

Lol still wouldn’t play it. I’m happy with my MW3, MW2, BO2 and Battlefield 4 for the time being. Oops looks like I mentioned a Battlefield game on this site, cue the butthurt COD groupies.

      So ??

    • Super_Deluxe_Is_A_Phag

Lol you’re the butthurt one, having to come to a Call of Duty site to try to spread your broken game across the internet. Go play you’re lagglefield.

  • Rorke File

The demo is better they not camp like the real game

  • Grenada!

“Try The Free Call of Duty: Ghosts Demo” Since when did it ever cost you to buy a demo? God that better not be the next thing in gaming, you now have to pay to play demos.

    • Siftblade of Rivia

Have you seen MGS: Ground Zeroes? Lol but seriously, they put “Free” in there to attract attention. When people see the word free, they instantly want to see what it is. Demo doesn’t really have that affect. It’s just a marketing technique, and lots of companies use it. There’s also people who don’t know how to think for themselves, so if it doesn’t say “Free Demo” everyone will keep asking “Is it free?” even though it’s obviously free. So yeah.

    • GinsuVictim

On 360, new demos used to be Gold only. Not sure if that still applies.

  • Alex
