Less than 16 days until multiplayer trailer, can’t wait so CI will stop posting clan wars and esports stuff. Its just that there are less people in the comments for these two subjects.

    • QuickzZ-_-GhosT

I’m so hyped for the multiplayer reveal !

    • jordanxbrookes

They’ll still post eSports news and Clan Wars news.

    • Ryumoau

why would they suddenly stop posting news about esports after the multiplayer reveal?

Looks like the YouTubers are getting hands on with Advanced Warfare now. https://twitter.com/TmarTn/status/493866914096349184

          He’s an Activision puppet.

          • jordanxbrookes

I think you mean he says the same thing like everyone else did because of PR, not because he’s an ‘Activision Puppet’. Or even as Guywithbrains said, they can be used to market the game, with these high subscriber count YouTubers, people who are subbed to them will most probably believe them. But don’t forget, they are playing on LAN against other people who don’t camp and use cheap tactics so of course they’ll say a lot of positive things, along with some negatives.

          • MichiganerE

They’re paid to say nothing bad and everything good about the CoD franchise. Look at YouTubers like 402THUNDER402 and Tmartn. See what I mean?

    • Ryumoau

sounds good. Though i wish it was Driftor who had a chance to play it instead, since i enjoy his input alot more than TmarTn (though i like him too).

It is unfair that Youtubers get a chance to try this game so early. In my opinion they should make a choice from two alternatives: publish some kind of beta for every fan or don’t make a beta at all. I know that they want to know what famous Youtubers think and that it also a way to spread a little bit of information and of course create excitement among the fans.

I don’t know if I am the only one but I feel a little bit angry because every time same faces and famous guys get the chances to try everything cool and we (normal fans) don’t get the chance. :/

      • Guywithbrains

Think about it. For example Ali-A has 4 million subscribers. Because of that developers think that when 4 million subscribed known Youtuber gets a chance to play the game and tells his/her fans that it is great, then it is one of the best ways to raise the hype. When known Youtuber tells his/her 4 million fans that the game is really exciting and great, people get crazy and people might buy the game itself.

But if you let some random group of 100 to play the game, it isn’t the most effective way to spread positive feedback, because all of them might not tell what they thought about the game.

        • LovekillerX

I get the point over there but think about that if thousands of players could get their hands on the game before buying it. It is the same thing as spreading the information and raising the hype but despite that Youtubers comment from the game – you can try it all by yourself and you really get the “real taste” from the game. That way you can say if it impresses you or not.

However both ways work in my opinion but developers seems to prefer more “famous Youtubers” approach.

          • Guywithbrains

These Youtubers have always been marketing puppets, so the situation is not going to change just like that.

Although we get to play it when Gamescom begins and we don’t know if they do the same as Battlefield Hardline did – they announced beta to be playable at the E3 2014 event and after that they published it to PS4, so we might get lucky, if they are going to do the same. Still it is very little chance.

          • LovekillerX

We really know how Call of Duty’s developers and publisher works so there isn’t really big chances to get a beta. However it can be possible but knowing the marketing history we might know the answer for this question already.

We can always hope but I think that we have to wait until release. But luckily we get the chance to watch some videos from the game which really makes it easier to wait until the game is revealed!

      • jordanxbrookes

Tell you what, if you spend years and years making Call of Duty video content and you build a subscriber count that is in the hundred thousands or even millions, then I’m sure Activision will welcome you on board and send you an invite.

        • LovekillerX

Well that is too much effort for me lol. 😀

          • jordanxbrookes

I just want to show people that these YouTubers have worked hard to earn where they are now, I’ve been doing it for under 2 years and I’m not even at the 1K mark yet lol.

  • HuskySpoof

Ahh, I noticed a spelling error! It’s says “Jakrata” instead of “Jakarta”. Also, shouldn’t the text be bold in “Bronze – Platinum Divisions: Jakrata, Indonesia”, as you’ve also done in “Diamond Division: Helsinki, Finland”? Anyways, thanks for the heads up! It should be a good turnout – I know I’m participating in this.

At the risk of starting a pointless argument with a Charlie Intel Ghosts hating troll, has anyone heard anything about the Nemesis DLC for Ghosts?

    • drjakeyoung

      Nah, have you?

      • Damien Anderson

Other than the fake (yet creative) photoshopped dlc posters that people post every now and then, no I haven’t.

        • drjakeyoung

I assume we will find out by 3rd August.

        • Bigi345
