Looks great. Bringing back Harrier Airstrike was great idea. So whoever decided to bring it back, good job! 🙂

    • If only they could release a patch to put the Harrier and AC-130 into the base game since they’re already in the DLC.

      • Guywithbrains

        True. It would be cool.

My favorite killstreaks in Call of Duty franchise: Predator missile, Harrier Airstrike, Pavelow, Stealth Bomber, Chopper Gunner (including Osprey Gunner), AC-130, Lighting Strike, Attack Dogs, Swarm and those glorious tactical nuke, M.O.A.B. and KEM strike. Did I say all killstreaks already?

Specially that AC-130. Have a lot of quad feeds with it in MW3 drop zone. Also it brings back memories from MW2. Hearing “enemy AC-130 above!” told you that you were in serious trouble. 😀

    • Mitch

I like the fact that they are bringing them back, but not the way they’re implemented. Getting a harrier or AC130 because you teabagged someone or killed someone from behind? Fuck no! Rather had them as actual pointstreaks in every map.

      • LovekillerX

You just read my mind. I don’t like the way how they encourage people to do that so they could get harrier. It would have been so much better as a normal killstreak which you can put when you create a class. In my opinion there isn’t many killstreaks in assault kit that I would use. I always used the same streaks because there isn’t any better or pleasing killstreaks to me.

They really could get rid of that teabagging and add more killing challenges like “get two headshots.”

  • Black

Looks like it may be my favourite map of the game with Departed. 😀

  • LovekillerX

That map looks really cool. It isn’t too big but also not too small. Small to medium maps are my favorites. I really was surprised when I saw that harrier from MW2. Harrier was one of my favorite killstreaks and I really missed it. Nice to see it returning as field order but in my opinion it should be normal killstreak which you can choose when you create a class. But it is still better than nothing.

Just wondering if Advanced Warfare brings some remakes from fan favorite maps like Afghan, Terminal, Dome or Mission for example? 🙂

Gorge from COD 4 is going to be a preorder map aka Pipeline

      • LovekillerX

I knew that and I’m excited to see how it looks! Pipeline from MW1 was a good map but it really needs some new colors to make that environment look more better. But I’m also fine with old colors. 🙂

I think that I’m going to preorder Atlas Pro edition which includes season pass AND this remake! 🙂

    • Black

If SHG does remakes, I hope they’ll choose maps from both IW and 3arch games. Something I’d really like to see broken is the separation between the two when it comes to who made what. I like CoD as a whole. I don’t have a problem (for example) with Black Ops 3 having Invasion, Favela, Firing Range and Raid remade in it.

      • LovekillerX

You have a good point there. But I think that Nuketown isn’t possible because it is too small. There exosuits just couldn’t work. But if they remake it and make it bigger then these exosuits could work.

I think that we are not going to see any IW’s maps in Black Ops 3/World at War 2. But that raid had nice colors and environment so yeah definitely it is welcome when Treyarch makes it’s game. Also new flag position design would be cool because I always failed capture those flags and got spawn trapped haha! 😀

  • FATHEAD661

The new maps look GREAT!!! But why waste the Harrier killstreak on an enclosed map like this one? It should have been used on an open map for effectiveness.

    • Blaine

Balance. It would be really annoying on a wide open map.

      • FATHEAD661

True, but it wouldn’t be as effective with everyone running indoors. And I’m sure they wouldn’t give it crazy amounts of health to not make it OP.

  • I don’t know why everybody hates Ghosts i think it’s a great game and has some of the best DLC.

    • fires

IMO i love ghosts, but multiplayer was done fairly poorly in retrospect. incredibly high TTK places it very slowly in overall fluid gameplay. Gun like the AK12, and R5 can also outgun SMGs reliably in CQC which is very wrong. Attachments were very strong, making the grip and muzzlebreak extremely popular, thats why blops2 had pisspoor effects with them, to make them not as OP. and overall, this is my opinion, i felt Esports felt like a big contender for the reasons weapons were balanced, and less towards community complaints, IEDs, Riley, C4 + Dangerclose + Riot shield were dealt with not soon enough. In general, while people want better spawns with Advanced Warfare, i really care about the balance of the C4, ever since MW3, the C4 travels way too fast to deal that much damage, and needs to be balanced, C4s use was to make a powerful Claymore that can be set off with your visual indication of the enemy, not some stupid explosive baseball everyone throws everywhere with no second thought. BUT IW KNOWS HOW TO MAKE DLC MAPS

    • Mitch

For me the #1 thing is the community. The amount of people using cheap shit is at an all time high. Spawns also don’t help

    • UpRiftCOD

Ghosts is like an annoying girlfriend. She’s fun to play with, but she does things that frustrate you.

    • LovekillerX

I don’t hate Ghosts. I liked it but I didn’t enjoy it as much as MW2 or MW3. But I totally agree with that best DLC. They really have made good maps and especially those extinction episodes are my favorites! 🙂

    • NeO JD

Ghosts is near the bottom on my COD list ’cause I hate the killstreaks, don’t like a lot of the guns, there’s not that much motivation to prestige and unlock things, and the way people play it online just killed it for me.

  • Damien Anderson

Sigh….no verticality or open environments. So much lost potential. I was really looking forward to sniping from a second story window…but nope, another sub-machinegun map. Just like all the other ones. I feel like that kid with cancer in the hockey tournament episode of South Park. “No hope”….dies in hospital bed.

    • David Sync

True 🙁 its no fair for us tradional snipers

      • Damien Anderson

You know what the ridiculous thing is. IW took the time to render the inside of the second floor of the building in the dlc pack screenshot of Dynasty (the window is even open and you can see inside a little bit). But we cant even get up there. Its like a sick joke.

        • David Sync

They’re laughing at our pain Dx

    • ??????kzn nsmsjDmfnfndndndsaSA

You got to be kidding. This game was basically made for traditional snipers with its big ass maps it came with. Your mad because they didn’t keep making bigger maps while the rest of the community (and maybe even yourself) at launch was complaining about the large maps. Come on man. This is why it sucks to do anything in life. Can’t please everyone and everyone always has something to say about something. Fucking annoying.

      • Damien Anderson

Well you’re right about one thing. I am pissed they didnt keep making large maps for the DLC’s. But I never complained about any of the vanilla maps. I actually loved all the large maps (Stonehaven being my favorite). They could please everyone by having each dlc contain one large, one medium, and one small map. As well as a map remake, a dlc gun + a zombie/extinction map. But instead they go with whatever will make them fast cash (small to medium, basic 3 lane, non vertical maps). That is what pisses me off the most and makes me regret buying a season pass.

Has the vector been nerfed yet?

  • Guywithbrains

I was googling stuff and found this article: http://www.computerandvideogames.com/473078/call-of-duty-advanced-warfare-could-spin-into-new-sub-series/

It seems like so far they haven’t decided if they make Advanced Warfare to be Call of Duty series like Modern Warfare or Black Ops. Still Sledgehammer Games is interested in making another Advanced Warfare (if it sells well, no doubt) but it is up to Activision.
