Activision has updated a recent blog post on CallofDuty.com/eSports today to reveal the final rule set for the upcoming Call of Duty World League Pro Division Qualifying Tournament, which takes place December 4-6.

Here are the rule sets that will be used for the event:

Competitive Settings – All Game Modes:

  • Ban/Protect Voting = Enabled
  • Ban/Protect Time = 30 Seconds
  • Create a Class Edit Time = 90 Seconds
  • Scorestreak Edit Time = 20 Seconds
  • Votes Per Player = 1 Vote
  • Specialist Draft = Enabled
  • Draft Time = 20 Seconds

Advanced Settings

  • Pre-Stage = 3 Seconds
  • In-Between = 3 Seconds
  • Post-Stage = 3 Seconds
  • Edit Create a Class = Always
  • Edit Scorestreaks = Always
  • Player Select Order = Random
  • Post-Stage Shuffle = None

Global Settings – All Game Modes:

  • Team Assignment = Host Select
  • Team Change In-Game = Disabled
  • CODcasting = Enabled
  • 3rd Person Spectating = Disabled
  • Dynamic Map Elements = Disabled

Capture the Flag Settings:

[The game currently has a bug that will be fixed in a future patch. The CTF “Win Rule” setting is backwards. “Round Wins” is pointing to the “Total Flag Captures” string and description, and vice versa. To play with {Total Flag Captures} as the functioning Win condition, Go to [Setup Game] -> [Edit Game Rules] and set {Win Rule} to {Round Wins}. Make sure to also go to [Capture The Flag Advanced] and set {Capture Limit} to {Unlimited}.]

    Well, at least they didn’t get rid of most of the core guns, it could actually look like e-sports did in BO2, with a variety of weapons.
