GameInformer has posted new details about the weapons in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Their site says that Infinite Warfare has the most weapons ever seen in a Call of Duty title. Weapons range from ballistic weapons all the way to energy based weapons. Infinity Ward has worked hard to make many weapons feel modern and plausible design for weapons.

The weapons in Infinite Warfare come from four fictional weapon manufacturers in the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare universe:

  • Kendall Ballistics: This is the most traditional manufacturer, creating military-grade fare that will be immediately recognizable to Call of Duty fans and weapon gurus. These are more like futuristic takes on weapons that are even available today, like a M4 outfitted with an OLED GPS display.
  • Mashimo: For lack of a better term, Mashimo is the “budget” energy weapon manufacturer. That doesn’t make their guns any less effective or desirable, though. These are high-energy, fast-firing weapons that can support multiple functionality, like a submachine-gun that you can tilt to the side to let loose a shotgun blast. Because you’re using energy, you can unleash a stream of gunfire and then just unload the rest of your pack for some close-range punch. Energy presents interesting ammo management choices as well, as you can expend a magazine, then place your power cell into your recharge pack to start getting extra value.
  • Fujiwara: If Mashimo is the budget car, Fujiwara is the Ferrari.  These are high class energy weapons with extravagant designs and elaborate options. We’ll see some of the coolest and most “out there” weapon designs from this manufacturer, including the MOD2. It’s a submachine gun effective at mid/long ranges that you can rotate and pull in half to turn into dual pistols, perfect for when the fight gets close.
  • EDI/Atomic Dynamics: These two manufacturers focus on experimental weapons and secret prototypes, so when you’re looking for the heavy hitters these are the go-to options.  EDI’s variants are high quality stuff, while Atomic Dynamics works with more raw materials, yielding guns with lots of exposed parts. When you’re dealing with rail guns and charge weaponry, it’s all about substance over style.

GameInformer also confirms that there will be customization options for the weapons in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Alongside the new weapons, Infinity Ward is introducing new lethal and tactical grenades and more. We saw a few of these in the Ship Assault gameplay video; one includes the ability to cause a small anti-gravity pocket, essentially making enemies unable to move. The game also features power riot-shields, and a new seeker-grenade which can run along walls and find and take down targets.

The fact that they have a proper backstory to the whole game is amazing.

    • lunator100hd .

It may sound crazy but this game has more plausible technology than bf1, if you do a research about what was really available at ww1 you will understand.

      • DeadZombieGaming 12

Well, kinda true… BF1 has more auto/semi-auto weapons than any WW2 game i have seen.

        • lunator100hd .

Yhea and the first automatic guns were developed after ww1, so the game is completely innacurate on this regard.

          • Dr. Edward Richtofen

            But battlefield is realistic hahahahahaha

          • Aidan

            Not really…

          • Dr. Edward Richtofen

You really think i like that god awful series made for middle aged fuckboys

          • Aidan

            Probably, yes.

          • Dr. Edward Richtofen

            Nope

          • jordanxbrookes

I didn’t realize being 19 is classed as a “middle-aged fuckboy” but hey, if laser guns, robots and bunny hops are your thing then I guess that’s cool.

          • Dr. Edward Richtofen

I’m not saying everybody that plays it but the majority of bf players I have met absolute fuckboys

          • jordanxbrookes

You mean the majority of Battlefield players are elitists lol.

          • If Battlefield is made for middle aged fucc bois, i wonder what demographic Call of Duty is made for

          • jordanxbrookes

Clearly 12-year olds since Activision love giving them Barney & Friends DLC in exchange for having them hand over their mother’s credit card, durr ;P

          • BradyAlucard

Need I remind you of… SIM CITY?!?! dun dun dun!

          • Dr. Edward Richtofen

Get those African goggles off of you and stop this shit bf will never be better six months after tell me how good battlefield 4.1 is

          • Dr. Edward Richtofen

            Kids

          • HyruleKing88

Well, I think it’s aimed at gamers who want to shoot shit and don’t care about the details. But it’s heavily populated by underage and barely adult fucc bois.

          • CyberWolf

Realistic my ass. There’s pretty much more nonsensical shit in BF than in CoD.

          • Dr. Edward Richtofen

            It’s a joke I hate bf

          • CyberWolf

Whoops. Missed the joke. My bad. I’m a bit sleepy.

          • Element115Will

“Nonsensical shit” yet CoD has boost jumps, wall running, invisiblity, body slamming, and yet BF is just Boots on ground/vehicle warfare. Iust saying.

          • Michael Romo

Yeah but Battlefield had never gone far into the future

          • TYRO

            battlefield 2142 really futuristic

          • TYRO
          • No need to when Call of Duty is doing overkill with the setting. *Cough* three years in a row *cough*

          • CyberWolf

After about 10 WW2 games in a row…yeah…This nonsense with the “futuristic stuff is bad” has to stop. We got it! They got it! Everybody and their mothers have heard your cries. Let’s not overdramatize the situation now.

          • And World at War came out in 2008. A past setting CoD hasnt came out since 2010.
Futuristic settings have been an ongoing thing since Black Ops 2 in 2012, and the bright idea of advanced movement since 2014.

Its over done, over played, and WW2 hasnt been touched by CoD since 2008 and past setting since 2010.

            Get a grip

          • CyberWolf

Oh, you don’t say. From 2003 to 2007 every Call of Duty games had a WW2 setting. That means 7 total WW2 Call of Duty games up until November 5, 2007. Then we had 3 more WW2 games in 2008: World at War, Final Fronts, and the Nintendo DS version. After these games we’ve had modern and futuristic games. Still, the WW2 games constitute about 46% of the entire Call of Duty series. Apart from that we’ve had 11 modern Call of Duty games. Now, I included Ghosts, Black Ops 1, 2, Declassified and Strike Team in this game count because 1) Ghosts doesn’t contain any futuristic tech despite being set in the late 2020’s and 2) all the Black Ops games before BO3 are set too close to the present day or contain too much modern tech. BO1 and BO Declassified do take place during the 60’s and the 70’s, however both of them had technologies such as sentry turrets, prototype weaponry and various other electronical gadgets that should be considered modern. Yes, BO2 does take place in 2025, but the showcased tech wasn’t far fetched. Drones do exist, Augmented reality does exist, VTOLs do exist etc. The only actual futuristic technologies were the holograms and the optic camo (and even the camo has working prototypes). Apart from these 2, everything you see in the game either exists today or is still being developed. So, again, BO2 is more modern than you think. That means that exactly 50% of the Call of Duty games have a modern setting. With these games out of our way, only 3 actual future games remain: Advanced Warfare, BO3 and the upcoming Infinite Warfare. That’s only 14%. When you take what I just said into consideration, not only is the future theme extremely underdone in this series, but the hatred towards these games and the complains about the “continuous futuristic bullshit” are simply nonsensical, ilogical, and plain stupid. I loved the WW2 games as much as the next guy, but if you or anyone else want to make a point that can hold ground against counterarguments then you better check the facts, or it will make you and the rest look ingorant, biased, oblivious, and pretty much all-round dumb. So unless you reinvented math and can dismiss about half of the existing Call of Duty games, then I strongly believe that I am right.

          • Lol no, you’re not right. That was the biggest pile of shit I have ever read. The fact you’re trying to deny Black Ops 2 was futuristic is highly ignorant of you. Considering the CEO of Activision said it himself when he had to make a statement when Infinite Warfare got shitted on. Not only that, that was the entire marketing for Black Ops 2, futuristic. Also, Black Ops 1 was still in the past setting and Im sure more than most weapons were around during that time, so no. You’re wrong

I dont care about all the DS versions and what not, I’m talking about the main series, you have to be an idiot to miss that point.

Also, I never denied WW2 or modern setting was overdone, but considering there hasnt been a WW2 CoD in almost ten years, no it’s not overdone. Like I said before, it’s come full circle, futuristic is now the overdone setting. You have to be a retard to even deny that.

Here is the thing, Im not even against futuristic games or the setting. I just dont want the same fucking thing I got two years ago and last year. And the same goes for WW2, I don’t want it every year. I’d rather have all developers do a different setting each year so no setting gets over done.

          • CyberWolf

Incredible…I intentionally included ALL the games. You might not care, but it is what it is. I knew you’d say that. Also, I didn’t say BO2 wasn’t futuristic. After all, I played the fucking thing. I said that it didn’t have any crazy tech. As I specified, “The only actual futuristic technologies were the holograms and the optic camo (and even the camo has working prototypes). Apart from these 2, everything you see in the game either exists today or is still being developed”. Keep in mind the game takes place 9 years from now. Black Ops did take place in the past, yes, but it had mostly modern tech. Not to mention the game had a shit-load of anachronistic weapons. Did you not pay attention while reading? Seems like you didn’t. Figures. I thought you might ignore the facts. But what can I do… Won’t argue with idiots… Wasted my time, yet again…

          • Lol I read everything you said and it was pointless garbage, so nothing really for you to go by. As far as idiots go, it you

          • jordanxbrookes

Well they did actually with 2142 to take a break from normality before they released Bad Company. The closest Battlefield has ever been to a futuristic setting again was with BF4’s Final Stand Expansion, and even then it didn’t feel that futuristic compared to 2142.

          • TYRO

me and you are on the same page

          • Sol Malus

Battlefield 2142 goes further into the future than Advanced Warfare (2056-2064), Black Ops 3 (2065), Infinite Warfare is the only contender, except apparently it takes place prior to 2100.

          • Sexy Mcgee

Battlefield has giant hovering airships which you pod drop slam into the ground from. APCs that shoot you like a t-shirt canon onto the giant floating hover airship. Walking tanks, hover tanks. Magic paddles that fully reanimate a corpse from a tank shell strike to the face. A magic wand that fully repairs a vehicle that’s about to explode. It has giant sharks and it also has invisibility.

Only retarded people start realism arguments with videogames. And even more retarded people make claims that suggest realism inherently gives a game more value.

          • Element115Will

In all reality, anyone that thinks a certain video game is close to realism is an idiot.

Cause there will always be one bigot fool to prove each other wrong back and forth constantly.

I was only pointing out what I saw on CoD so far, never said Bf is realism, just sorta close that is, but youre right as well. So props!

          • BradyAlucard

            Simulators are a thing.

          • lovekiller revenge

            Dirty nigger

          • BradyAlucard

            Sounds like 2142.

          • CyberWolf

Thanks, sexy. Not to mention how one can somehow teleport into vehicles and jump from one jet to another, while they’re flying, mind you. I never did and never will say that Call of Duty makes sense or is realistic, ’cause it’s not. It’s a video game. But to say that Battlefield is realistic, or even better, is just as illogical. One of them is a more fast-paced arcade shooter with emphasis on reflexes, while the other is a more tactical-ish combined arms shooter. They are so different they shouldn’t be compared.

          • Sol Malus

            Gun wise.

          • CoDforever

Except CoD takes place in the future, where all of that is plausible.

Battlefield is straight up inaccurate to WW1 and has basically lied all about the setting.

          • BradyAlucard

Not really. But calling it a “simulator” (in which I’ve seen Battlefield elitists do) is just insanity.

          • TheDemonOfHate

            Virtually Realistic

          • Sol Malus

The BAR was developed in 1917.

          • Im also pretty sure the MG08 was also automatic and used during WW1 as well

          • BradyAlucard

Is it really “inaccurate”, or is it either A. DICE wanted the game to be more fun or B. Alternate history?

          • lunator100hd .

            A. Batllfield is boring anyway in my opinion
            B. This game supposed to be an ”original” war game that immerses you into historical battles that actually happened , that alternate history bullshit dosent mean anything, Is eather historical accurate or just another fictional game like cod, you know as COD fun i can claim that IW is also an alternate future game, its the same thing only that you dont know the future so you cant disprove that one day solar system war wont happen, but i know for sure that tanks in ww1 are fake.

          • BradyAlucard

Have you given it a fair shot? I did and that’s what got me into it. 4 is one of my favorite MP games ever.

        • CyberWolf

Kinda yes and no. There was a respectable amount of auto/semi-auto guns in the 1910’s, but still they were few and far between. Also the tactics used were rather old and “static” (for lack of a better word) in real life. Not to mention, depending on the year the game takes place in, MANY weapons might be anachronistic. Anyways, judging by the gameplay vids I’ve seen, apart from weapons and vehicles, the game doesn’t feel like WW1 to me, but rather like BF4 with a WW1 coat of paint.

        • Michael Romo

          It’s a WW1 game

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

No shit, i am just saying that WW1 should have less semi-auto/auto weapons than games like Battlefield 1942

      • Thomas

Yeah but bf1 would be really dry if we were running around with clunky rifles the whole time. It makes sense why they put in more automatic and semi auto rifles and smgs. It will make the game flow better. You are correct though.

        • Dr. Edward Richtofen

          Don’t call it ww1 then

        • CoDforever

Whats the point of making a WW1 game if you werent going to stay true to the setting than?

      • J4MES

That’s why BF1 is an ‘alternate reality’ shooter as they clearly explained in the reveal. It’s also not a simulator and nor is COD. I mean you don’t see quickscoping or commando lunges in the military do you…

        • lunator100hd .

‘alternate reality’ shooter? hahahahahahahahahaha and im the blind funboy right?

          • J4MES

Well it’s clear you didn’t watch the live reveal stream as that included all the information about the game and why they’ve gone down the route they have. Looks like you’ve just answered your own question LMAO! Battlefield like COD is a videogame and isn’t supposed to be ‘realistic’ either so instead of throwing immature potshots out of sheer bitterness; perhaps exercise some of the most basic logic that even most COD kiddies have.

          • lunator100hd .

Say what you want at the end of the day i will be laughing when you realize that you baught batlefield 4,5 ww1 edition. The ”mature” battlefield comunity gibes cod players for playing a futuristic and reharshed game when is basically the opposite, see ya kid.

          • J4MES

Battlefield 4 is the best multiplayer experience ever so a combo of that and WW1 is the ultimate game. At least DICE are proudly showcasing the MP too whilst IW hides behind Activision desperately fixing the game with all the hate. Funny how fanboys blindly support a game they know nothing about or have barely seen (6 minutes). I bet you were bumming the hell out of Ghosts and AW before release and look what happened there..

          • lunator100hd .

I play cod for 8 years, 6 minutes is more than enough to see some core mechanics and which direction the game takes. I really like what i have seen until now. Also if i remember correctly most cod mp reveals happened in september so why you hate IW for this? And yes i was very hyped about ghosts, i defently didnt see that coming but bo3 game me hope that cod can be great again.

          • jordanxbrookes

Nope, most of the CoD Multiplayer Reveals are in mid-August.

          • jordanxbrookes

Just like how you’re going to buy Advanced Bunnyhops for a third year in a row? The only kid here seems to be you trying to talk shit on a game that funnily enough is shitting on Infinite Warfare right now. Heck even COD4 Remastered is having to carry Infinite Warfare. When a 9-year old game is waaaaay better than the game releasing this November, you know there’s something wrong.

          • CoDforever

” When a 9-year old game is waaaaay better than the game releasing this November”

And how do you know this? You seem rather butthurt whenever someone says cod is better than Bf1.

          • jordanxbrookes

How do I know this? Because it’s Call of Duty 4 and not Space Warfare. And I’m not butthurt, just find CoD fanboys hysterical that they think Infinite Warfare will be a better game than Battlefield 1. A bit like yourself really.

          • CoDforever

So today I learned that setting of a game automatically makes it bad ..

and I dont know if Infinite Warfare will be better than BF1 as a whole, but I can firmly say that BF1 wont be as good as people think it will be. Half of the people hyping it up are just the mad cod players that have never played a Battlefield game before. Judging from what I saw, BF1 gameplay looked exactly like just another battlefield game with a WW1 skin. I mean seriously, what makes it standout from BF4/BF3 other than its setting? Every time a Battlefield game comes out people always hype it up to be another “COD killer” and its just sickening at this point. Its actually the whole reason why i even made this account.

1 thing is for sure though, and that is that Infinite Warfares campaign will be way better than any campaign DICE will have ever made, including BF1.

          • AlexK489

You know, from the get go i’ve been saying Battlefield 1 just looks like Battlefield 4 with a WW1 skin. I completely agree with you.

In my personal experience, BF3 and BF4 were terrible. In fact the last Battlefield game that i actually enjoyed was Bad Company only because of a decent campaign. The MP in Battlefield was even worse, as (in my experience) every MP match i was in was kids sniping from rediculous places, trying to snipe you in your own spawn or close to it, or everyone running for vehicles amd camping in them because when big tank meets meaty flesh-bag, guess which one wins 9 times out of 10?
And honestly this looks like more of the same, at least in the vehicle department but probably in the sniper department too.

And guess what? They already confirmed that there’s “different protagonists” in the campaign or that we’ll be following multiple heros or something, so my predictions/the early leaks of 6 campaign missions are probably correct, while Infinite Warfare’s campaign features Jon Snow from Game of Thrones as the main bad guy with Hollywood heavyweight Guy Ritchie helping to produce the entire campaign (i believe anyway).

I don’t care how tired anyone is of futuristic FPS games, you can’t even square up when it comes to Guy Ritchie and quality action.

          • Dr. Edward Richtofen

tbh both series are past there prime so neither will be good ever again sure zombies is the best ever but one mode I don’t know much about bf but both game series are dead they will never be the same

          • Ken Ward

I fucking hate Battlefield, but I absolutely agree with him. I am only getting IW for the remaster. Done with the jet packs and atrocious spawns. The simplicity is what made CoD4 so great.

          • tuby

The core cod gameplay will always feel better then battlefied..more over you cant compare the games beside the fact its a shooter

          • jordanxbrookes

No but you’re the blind fuckboy 😀

      • John Wick

HAHA no. everything in BF1 was used in war, not everything on wiki is real kid. #RIPCOD

        • Dr. Edward Richtofen

          No ww1 fuckboy

        • CoDforever

Are u stupid? tanks in WW1 were extremely slow but in BF1 they are fast LOL

    • Jay Evan

Black ops 3 tried to build a backstory before launch

    • RdJokr

True, but it’s not like it hasn’t been done before. Black Ops III does have something similar. There is information on almost all of the guns in-game, their history and such.

Kinda weird that there’s no Russian manufacturer though. There’s gotta be some AK-ish guns in here.

      • DeadZombieGaming 12

Well, they might have not revealed all of them yet.

  • Drank Bleach

So is this pretty much AW and BO3’s child?

    • lunator100hd .

      Nop.

    • Pretty much why futuristic games arent cutting it anymore. Infinite Warfare could easily be confused with AW and BO3

      • DeadZombieGaming 12

And i confuse CoD 4 with every other modern shooter… I see no difference lol

        • Lol no. Just no. You cant mix up CoD 4 with WaW, Black Ops or even MW2. You can’t honestly confuse that with those games. Possibly MW2 and MW3, obviously there, but the rest? No. Futuristic games every year =same old

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

*Clearly says every other modern shooter, responds back with saying WaW and BO1, which are past, not Modern* And i never even mentioned CoD in that sentence, except CoD 4… Learn to fucking read.

          • I did fucking read you idiot, i obviously thought but the sentence you meant Call of Duty, which ta dah, we’re talking about Call of Duty, so it’s a safe assumption you retard.

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

            3 letters… M A D

          • E D G Y

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

            Y A Y

          • Man I felt like I traveled back into 2012 with the “u mad” reply. Thanks for the memories

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

no shit, i have the lenny face as my picture aswell

          • Yeah, clearly shows how out of date and normie you are. Still watching mlg parody videos from 2013?

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

            nah fam

    • jordanxbrookes

      Yeah pretty much.

  • Aidan

    This is actually pretty cool

  • Bonn Bo

Some of this stuff sounds pretty rad, but they’re gonna have to really sell it with the multi-player reveal. Don’t know why they’re waiting so long to show it, but while they take their time preparing that multi-player footage, titanfall 2 and BF1 are snagging players interest with their great looking reveals. As a fan, I hope that September reveal is amazing.

    • CyberWolf

Well, when you think of it, BO3 was the only CoD that showed MP gameplay in the reveal trailer. The MP portion of CoD has usually been showcased in late summer for a few years now. BO3 was the only one that changed the marketing strategy. Or at least the only one I know of…

  • TYRO

The first one looks like a p90 variant, the nv4 looks like and m4 variant , and the ebr-800 im predicting will be a laser sniper rifle

  • Does the first one look like the FMG9 to anyone else?

    • TYRO

      ya with a bit of a p90

      • djml9

        Its more Vector than P90

        • TYRO

but the only thing thats drastically changed is the top iron sight for the p90 but your also right it does looks like a vector also

          • djml9

I see almost no P90 in there. Its primarily FMG9 with a little, if any, Vector. No curved hand hole. No top loading. No solid rectangle body and stock. Its definitely not based on the P90.

    • CyberWolf

Yeah, but it doesn’t seem to be foldable. It might be that weird smg/akimbo pistols combo gun that Fujiwara made.

    • Dr. Edward Richtofen

      It’s a robo dick

  • CyberWolf

Here’s Wolfie. Wow. I’m surprised. The guns really seem grounded in real life tech. Not to mention good looking…

  • Dr. Edward Richtofen

    D rose to Knicks

  • Jay Evan

    FMG9 confirmed?

  • Jay Evan

The sniper seemed to be something Drift0r gave intel about. It’s a marksman rifle that transforms into an assault rifle.

    • DeadZombieGaming 12

Isn’t that like the DLC Rifle in Ghosts?

      • .Monkey

Ghosts’ Maverick AR/Sniper were two different weapons. It was only the Ripper from Ghosts that transforms

      • Jay Evan

Yeah. It might get the same treatment, where we have to select it as a sniper or assault rifle in Create-a-class as opposed to even changing it on the fly while playing.

  • Jay Evan

    rectangle silencers. THE FUTURE!!!!!!!!!

    • TYRO

its because its also a strikeplate for the gun not only a silencer … plus it looks badass

    • I mean it’s not like they don’t exist already, go take a look at Osprey’s suppressors.

I don’t actually think they have a purpose compared to circular ones other than storage and looks.

      • BradyAlucard

You know what sight (not silencers, off-topic, my bad) I love? The Coyote sight from Battlefield 4. I don’t even know if that’s a thing in the real world, but I loved the hell out of that sight and I want it in Call of Duty.

        • Coyote sight exists, but it’s only a cheapo 10$ plastic airsoft sight that garuanteed breaks apon use one real AR.

It’s only in BF4 because of it’s sight picture, which is really open.

          • BradyAlucard

It’s still one of my favorite sights ever because of said openness!!

          • That’s cool.

I prefer to use the American optics, I’m not sure why but I really don’t like the funkiness of the other countries’.

Nothing can to be better than a Eotech and a Trijicon ACOG.

Sucks that there’s a whole thing about Eotechs actually being really shitty in real life recently due to its zeroing issues.

  • J4MES

Infinite Warfare will have more weapons than any other Call of Duty……where the majority are only available in supply drops I bet! I’m not really bothered about the weapons as they all have zero recoil and most feel the same as others. It’s the P2W ones that worry me…

    • Sentinel

The majority of these weapons are only available in supply drops…that is out of the question. It will be all with the original retail game, bet. I can see that add-ons weapons have the highest chance to be in supply drops. This is only related to the campaign btw. It has nothing to do with multiplayer details as of yet.

      • RdJokr

They said the game has “hundreds of weapons”. The only way that could work is if we have weapon variants returning.

        • Sentinel

This could be a possibility, we will have to wait and see.

        • BradyAlucard

That would make Supply Drops as p2w as Advanced Warfare. Variants were a clever concept, but weren’t executed properly. At all. Infinite Warfare better not have guns that are as strong as the Obsidian Steed and Speakeasy were.

        • DeadZombieGaming 12

Well, MW3 had like 50 guns, so this can be possible…
          Just believe.

          • ” just believe”

Believing and Call of Duty don’t go hand and hand especially these last few years, so being skeptical is highly reasonable, in fact, it’s better that way.

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

This shit doesn’t bother me too much, cause i could give a less if it doesn’t have the features that were promised etc… I will still buy it and enjoy it like every Call of Duty with the exception of BO2 and MW3.

          • Okay? Then that’s you. I don’t care either way really, but I’m not going to believe everything they say, because they said it. If they don’t include it or ends up something else, or just misleading, at least i went in with the mindset of being skeptical.

And congratulations, i’m proud that you’re happy with your purchases.

    • Aldo

You don’t know what the guns will feel like unless you’ve played it and even then it can all change by release day. One thing IW have always been good at imo is making the guns sound and feel different from one another so I expect that part of the game to be good.

  • It looks like all the weapons are just normal weapons covered in shit you don’t need and will never use.

    You gotta be kidding me.

Why does the M4 have 2 different lazers, a GPS and a battery on the side of the handgaurd and a knockoff thicker, bulkier MFT Battlelink Minimalist stock on it called ” lightweight” even though it’s covered in uncomfortable rubber and has 2 unessacary storage compartments?

Why does the knockoff MOE handgaurd have a random wire hanging off it?

Why are they trying to act all tactical when they still can’t even understand the concept of BUIS and proper optic placement and design?

It’s cool and all that they’re trying atleast to pay attention to the weapons and all but this cheesy ” were all operator and tactical, check out this shit that either doesn’t make sense, is doesn’t matter ingame, or is literally just stuff you’ve seen in other CODs with buzzwords all over it. ” crap needs to go.

    • J4MES

It sounds cool for the kids and this garage jargon gets Tmartn so excited.

    • djml9

You should be a little more nitpicky. It almost seems like youre giving the game a fair chance.

      • Dude, i’m the last person you should be saying that to. I’ve defended this game to death and I’ve already said before, i preorded the COD4R deluxe version of the game already.

Im excited and happy, it genuinely looks like a good game, it’s just this is the one time were you CAN be nit-picks about the game’s weapon designs due to the subject of the article, so I am being nit picky.

    • Aidan

This has got to be the dumbest thing to complain about.

      • BradyAlucard

It’s wonderful that we have so much content (this is generous IMO).

      • You clearly didn’t read what I told to the other guy.

    • DeadZombieGaming 12

Don’t fucking complain and be happy. Realism isn’t always needed.

    • “Why does the M4 have 2 different lazers” Why not bro?

  • Eric H

looks cool. ok, crucify me now cod community.

  • Sentinel

RP: It is said that Infinite Warfare has a bigger weapons list than any other COD out there…Hmm interesting. I know that energy based weapon are in the game but I will stick more with the ballistic weapons instead! I just hope they stay away from any laser guns! Btw the sniper looks legit with the magazine on the side

  • Gamerazor247

Interesting… So what’s going to be the THREE main guns people use to make them feel good about theirselves and KD, THIS TIME!? Matter of fact, how many will be used in Multiplayer…? Better yet, how many of these are gonna be in SDs!? Hope they have fun witnessing many people yell “Nerf this and buff that…”

  • Diego Diniz

Guys, call of duty MULTIPLAYER is all about:
    -Good Maps
    – Good Connection/Netcode (NO LAG!)
    -Good HitDetection
    – Good Streaks
    – Good Weapons

    The rest is just Cosmetics…

    • Mike_Scarnn

So movement isn’t a key component? No thrusters (aka boots on the ground) is a lot better than having them. And given my last comments, I’m going to state in all caps: THAT IS MY OPINION, which is actually based off gameplay

      • Diego Diniz

We all like “Boots on the ground” off course but, “Give Caesar whats Caesar’s”, the movement system on BO3 is very smooth! You can “flow” through the map easily and we can say: IT IS a good movement..not a pro blem…

        • Mike_Scarnn

The movement sucks. And don’t say “we” implying me as well. I will never say the movement is even half way decent. The movement is just as good as the game’s campaign.

    • DeadZombieGaming 12

Good Hit Detection and connection is checked from day one, cause this is Infinity Ward we are talking about… tbh, i rather have the BO3 style of movement than the boots on ground, considering i need advanced movement in my games like TF2 with rocket jumpin, sticky jumpin etc

    • jordanxbrookes

3 more things I want to add:
      – Fun Perks
      – Fun/Tactical Equipment
      – Boots on the ground movement

      • -Laser Guns

        • jordanxbrookes

          Hold on a sec…

          • Mike_Scarnn

Supply drops are the best! What do you mean? I love that Treyarch and Activision want us to shell out even more money, especially when some of us, me included, spent over $100 on this terrible excuse for a first person shooter to get the season pass. And people say EA is bad….

        • -Supply Drops

  • Mick

Yo man I hope that the majority of these things are in campaign only. Like the anti-gravity grenade, and the wall seeker grenade. If they are in MP then I’m just hoping that they balance it the best way they can where it’s not as OP or needed.

  • ScOott

The article doesn’t appear in the menu? Why you trying to hide from me keshav :-/ https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/4ef2875a2ccdfbf344dea643c39af86a275951710d88c36e25f86d36fba9992f.png

  • Mikey9835

” Gameinformer also confirms that there will be customization options for the weapons in Infinite warfare” Well no shit.

    • RdJokr

Probably referring to the campaign. Up until BO3, we never had customization options for weapons in the campaign. I hope this also carries over to Zombies as well. Weapon customization should be universal across all modes.

      • Mikey9835

BO2 had customization options in the campaign, and BO3 had the gunsmith which was kinda cool, so yeah hopefully they bring that back.

  • ScOott

They also talk about being able to cook a granade while firing ur weapon, I watched something about it on tmartn channle..

    • I really wish we have variants in IW and they can only be obtained through supply drops, and you can only buy supply drops, no earning them.

      • ScOott

Lol I know ur joking but if it’s like bo3 and keep it balanced it will be ok I guess..

Bo3 = getting a weapon out of a supply drop u probz hardly use the weapon cuz they are completely shit..

        Compared to..

A.W = get a weapon variant that has increased stats from the Base weapon, that ur going to use all the time becuse it gives u an unfair advantage to the people who are stuck with the Base weapons..

Their is no way to balance variants, and I can’t see them adding more guns than A.W any other way unless they add variants.

Unless when they made that statement they didn’t take A.W variants into consideration and based “the most guns in any Cod game” based on just Base guns..

      • It bugs me that they haven’t done that yet either. I love buying supply drops

I’m trying to imagine how one aims accurately all while controlling the right stick, holding down the right trigger, and holding down the shoulder button at the same time.

      • ScOott

I think its sounds good, I reckon u will only be able to hip fire while the grenade is cooked, that just seems like logic.. I don’t use them since the pick 10 system came in..

but when I did I lost count the amount of times I was just holding the grenade to clear out a camper then from out no where some one else comes into view and cuz I’m holding this granade like a lemon I can’t shoot back and I just get melted , will be a nice option to try and be able take them both out at the same time.

Ok peeps Im gunna change my name, but the profile pic stays the same

  • Ruski Drinks Brewski

    Where are my Ruski manufacturer’s

    • Dr. Edward Richtofen

Filthy drunk Russians they all over drank

  • Ruski Drinks Brewski

Hello my friends, should I get this for the PC

    • If your PC can run it, if not just get it on console since you don’t have to worry about if you can run it or not.

      • Ruski Drinks Brewski

        fair enough.

      • Wraith

It’s not really about running it or not. CoD on PC is dead. If you plan on playing outside of launch month than PC is not suitable. BO3 is peaking at 11k players today, but that’s because of the Steam Summer Sale, it usually peaks around like 6k. The only other CoD on the top 100 concurrent is WaW with 4k, which again is thanks to the sale. The only mode anyone can get into is TDM and sometimes Chaos Moshpit. Gets old real fast.

    • J4MES

If you’ve got a decent gaming PC, you really don’t wanna be wasting your time with Call of Duty.

  • J4MES

I remember when Advanced Warfare was marketed as having ‘350 guns’ and Tmartn and Ali-A were jizzing yet it was just variants that beefed up the number. Looks like IW is going down the same route with some more clever marketing of misinformation.

    • jordanxbrookes

Makes the game sound even worse. Can’t wait to get my EPAD Obsidian Steed from a Space Supply Drop!

  • Fuck everything else, I want voice packs like they had in Ghosts, we need Morgan Freeman and Gordan Ramsey.

    • J4MES

Looking at the current average age of the fanbase left in Call of Duty; I reckon it will be Ariana Grande and Ali-A.

      • And TmarTn & ChaosXSilencer

        • J4MES

Yep although Tmartn may have too much Activision penises in his gob to talk!

          • J4MES he doesn’t take Activisions’ dick in the mouth, he takes it up the butt

          • lunator100hd .

I would really love to read CI comment and see what ppl outside of his channel think about him. Even tho he has too much money , he probably dosent give a fuck.

          • J4MES

He has been heavily criticized of late and his videos have been getting a lot of negativity about his relationship with Activision in which he has published many videos defending himself and how he’s not affiliated with the brand despite blatant evidence to suggest otherwise. He is becoming very unpopular now and even many of his subs are getting tired of being let down by his PR and scripted material as dictated by Activision. It’s a bit late in the day as this ‘I’m super excited’ nonsense has been going on for years but finally most dedicated fans are waking up and are fed up of being sold by his corporate demeanor dressed up as a community member on the consumer side when he is just one of their puppets like the English equivalent; Ali-A and the other European, Asian and South American counterpart equivalents. He is still loaded but he’s certainly feeling the strain now and I don’t feel sorry for him one bit.

          • lunator100hd .

The guy has made 2 retirements, i think he announced that via twiter, i cant believe how these guys got rich doing that bullshit, it really beats me.

          • J4MES

It’s incredible to think that he started his channel by stealing Activision videos and uploading them himself without age restrictions and instead of the publishers suing him and taking his channel down; they decided to hire him as a salesman masked as a community member as he already had an established fanbase that the official COD channel couldn’t reach due to their legal obligation of uploading age restricted videos when not everyone could be bothered to register a Google account. Activision took on a wealth of these puppets all over the world – there’s even an Italian equivalent and as they had tens of millions of subs that weren’t subbed to the COD channel; they made a tasty business arrangement out of it. Activision get free advertising for material outside of their biased channel, the channel owners make a mint, Google gets a huge share of ad revenue and the only ones who get screwed is the subscribers themselves!

All these channels are violating the YouTube terms and EU law as promotional material being advertised has to be disclosed yet Google are raking in so much from them; they are turning a blind eye.

          • jordanxbrookes

I didn’t realize you were TmarTn’s secret lover. I bet you two share the Activision D every night 😀

          • lunator100hd .

I think you only read the first 5 words of my comment.

          • jordanxbrookes

Nope, your whole comment sounded like a White Knight making a statement.

          • lunator100hd .
