Activision and Treyarch have officially announced the details on the fourth and final DLC Pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 called Salvation.

“Without a doubt, this is the most epic season of DLC that we’ve ever created for fans of Multiplayer and Zombies,” said Mark Lamia, Studio Head, Treyarch. “At this point it goes without saying, that Zombies has been a true labor of love for the studio, and I’m proud to say that this will be a defining and epic experience for the fans who have joined us over the last 8 years.”

“With the release of Zombies as an Easter Egg in 2008’s Call of Duty®: World at War, Treyarch set forth on a journey – or, really a conversation – with fans, and Revelations is the final punctuation mark,” said Jason Blundell, Director of Zombies, Treyarch. “The secrets we laid out years ago will finally make sense – we’ve been waiting a long time for this.”

Salvation includes four new MP maps and a new Zombies map and will be available on September 6th on PlayStation 4.

Multiplayer Maps:

  • Citadel: Once home to a powerful medieval army, this ancient castle now sits broken and abandoned. Tight corners force close-quarters engagements, while the moat and drawbridge allows for unique player movement opportunities in this mid-sized map. The last trespassers didn’t make it out alive – maybe you’ll have a better shot.
  • Micro: What’s better than a BBQ on a hot summer day? A miniaturized war zone that takes place on a well-stocked family picnic table, that’s what! Navigate this bite-size battlefield for a larger-than-life experience.
  • Outlaw: Gear up for a showdown in Outlaw; a western-style re-imagining of the fan favorite map Standoff from Call of Duty®: Black Ops II. This rough-and-tough medium-sized map brings classic engagements, flanking routes and strategic positions for long and medium ranged combat.
  • Rupture: The Call of Duty®: World at War classic Outskirts is re-imagined as a high-tech facility, designed by a futuristic society desperate to repair the Earth’s atmosphere.

Zombies:

  • Salvation features Revelations, the long-awaited final chapter in the Origins Zombies saga. In Revelations, we meet up with the Origins characters after they’ve taken an epic journey through space and time – all of their struggles lead to this very moment. In this, the final chapter of the Zombies experience, Richtofen, Dempsey, Takeo, and Nikolai finally come face to face with the mysterious Doctor Monty in The House. Confronted by an ancient evil, our heroes must fight the zombie horde once more in the final battle to save their immortal souls.

    Okay

  • Aidan

    …WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED

    • the beast from the east

the game went to shit, that happend

      • Aidan

Well, the game has been shit since the first DLC. I’m just happy because I got that standoff remake I always wanted, and zombies actually looks dope

  • Dávid Mészáros

2 remakes in one dlc? IW take notice

    • Aidan

They did that with the last map pack in BO2, with Dig and Takeoff. Dig is one of my favorite maps of all time, I destroyed kids on that map.

      • ccrows

        Beat me too it…

      • BradyAlucard

        Dig sucked. Completely ruined Courtyard.

        • Aidan

That’s your opinion. I thought Dig was fantastic.

          • BradyAlucard

It was alright and pretty close-quarters, but I just didn’t have all that much fun on it as I did on the other maps, and couldn’t figure out the exact reason. I guess it was probably the spawns.

  • FazalGaming

And people fought it was going to be an all zombies DLC lol idiots.

    • Dávid Mészáros

lol ikr and people post dumb shit like this since bo2

    • Bigi345

I’m waiting for someone to complain about not getting something they were never promised to get

    • Element115Will

So we “fought” that it was gonna be all zombie DLC? Wow we are “idiots” then.

      • Dávid Mészáros

Come on you just hoped at last you never actually believed it was going to be true did you?

      • FazalGaming

        You live you learn.

    • TheDemonOfHate

& people thought it was gonna be a CoD DLC lol children

    • Why is there always so many fake accounts of me :(. This is like the 3rd one.

      • lol

fagits like you since you are there king , king of fagits

      • I don’t know which one of you are real anymore, i give up.

        • IDK about phone but with your mouse on PC hover over my name and you will see I have a few thousand posts while the fake account has like 12.

    • Filthy Prank’d

I mean, it’s not their fault. You can clearly see that DLC 4’s cover has the 4 zombies characters there, and so implying that the map pack will have multiplayer maps, then it wouldn’t make sense. You don’t see Richtofen as a character/specialist in multiplayer, do you? Now, if that was true, then that obvious fake leak of Richtofen being in MP as a specialist would be true, and it would be stupid.

  • Gamerazor247

Ugh, I knew Standoff was going to be one of the remade maps…

    • Dávid Mészáros

I tought theres gonna be at least one bo1 map

      • RdJokr

        Well… Nuk3town was originally a BO1 map.

        • Aidan

Would it have killed them to pick a map big enough to support the core movement though?

          • RdJokr

I mean, hey, gotta keep the TDM kids happy with a crazy chaotic map so they can raise their K/D up, amirite?

          • Mikey9835

To be fair the best bo1 maps were remade in bo2, and in my opinion those were the only maps that stood out in that game.

          • Aidan

If anything, it destroyed my K/D.

          • TheDemonOfHate

            yet

          • BradyAlucard

Who wants big maps in a CoD game? What a stupid concept.

          • Aidan

why is it that whenever someone finds joy in something, you just come and ruin it with your presence?

          • BradyAlucard

Because I do whatever I want. CharlieIntel is completely open to all opinions and no matter how irrelevant our opinions can be I’m still going to share mine whether you agree with it or not. Instead of complaining about my opinion, you can discuss it (that’s the name of what this site uses for comments, ahem, DISQUS) and tell me why you disagree. It’s not that hard.

Large maps suck and they’re just downright not fun, because you wouldn’t be able to find anyone and you could just imagine getting shot in the back ten times as bad as you do in the current game. It just doesn’t sound like a good idea and I don’t know of anyone else who would ever ask for it. Understandably they wouldn’t without the advanced movement, but no matter what the movement is, large maps are just simply boring.

          • I like to have large maps back. There needs to be all sized maps. Im sick of tiny maps

          • BradyAlucard

CoD is about small maps. Large maps suck; you can’t find anyone and the matches take long enough already. World at War’s were fine design-wise but large maps are just not fun nowadays with the way that people play nowadays. Medium-sized maps are alright to me but that’s it.

          • Call of Duty hasnt always been about small maps until like BO2 or AW. The map design has really fell flat recently in these games and have cater to a design of a “who can find a person first twitch shooter” the map variety and design was great in COD4-BO1 and I dare say MW3 even though i hated that game. Ghosts had large maps but they weren’t done right

          • BradyAlucard

CoD’s always been a twitch shooter with small maps. BO1’s presumed most-played maps were Nuketown and Firing Range and MW2’s was Rust and Terminal. MW3’s maps weren’t as good as other CoD games at the time but they were alright. So I don’t get this notion that “Call of Duty hasn’t been about small maps until like BO2 or AW” (especially since AW mostly had medium maps).

          • Call of Duty has always been casual, but it did use to be tactical. MW2 and BO1 did have small maps, but they still had a good variety of map layout and map design in there. Where as the recent Call of Duty games have become a more twitch shooter than ever. My K/D has jumped in AW and BO3 and it’s not because I have gotten better, it’s because the game is getting easier. I like the maps in BO3 but the map design that game is so bland compare to other games and it’s so boring to be playing on a small to medium map every game. There is no variety anymore

          • BradyAlucard

Skill is irrelevant in a casual game and you think differently and that’s completely fine. But I just don’t see said “variety” being fun, let alone even remotely enjoyable. Does it get old and/or repetitive a little bit after a while? Sure, but it’s better than having maps that would serve no purpose other than to replace a more fun map to play on. I think the perfect compromise is to keep the small/mediumish maps and make them more unique. Let’s not forget the fact that the three-laned design started in CoD during CoD4 and it’s all the players have preferred since then, because, well, I don’t think that maps like Derail were very well-liked, let alone fan-favorites. Large maps are rarely received well.

          • I wouldn’t say skill is the end all be all in Call of Duty because it’s clearly not as it’s a casual shooter but it doesn’t matter somewhat. However, like I said about Buried I do think it shouldn’t be too easy and that’s exactly Black Ops 3 and Advanced Warfares. They are complete twitch shooters that literally require zero thought in them. Even the maps are designed to get kills for you. As casual as the other Call of Duty games are, games like Call of Duty 4, World at War, Black Ops take a little bit more skill to play probably because the game doesn’t cater towards people who have ADHD like it does now.

The large maps were great. I thought they play a big role and they forced you to think a little bit rather than playing Combine or Knockout everyday where little Johnny jumps like a bunny rabbit to get 45 kills every game.

          • BradyAlucard

I guess large maps could balance that out, but as I stated, I’ve rarely been a fan of them, so they’d have to execute it extremely well in order for it to work as far as I know. With the way everyone plays nowadays especially I don’t know for sure how it’d play out.

          • And let me put it to you like this, remember back in the COD4-BO1 days you were playing multiplayer and you play large and medium maps most of the time but once a small map like Shipment or Rust, Dome (WaW) or Nuketown, you were excited to play it and was like “oh boy shit is about to hit the fan” but nowadays in the new games, you don’t really get that feeling because almost all the maps the same size. Nowadays when I see a map like Nuk3town or Combine i roll my eyes immediately and sometimes I dashboard the game lol

          • BradyAlucard

Personally from what I remember a vast majority of all maps in CoD were small, if not just slightly bigger than Black Ops 3’s maps, some were just smaller than others. I just don’t remember CoD having many large maps until Ghosts.

          • I remember MW2, WaW to have large maps for the most part and CoD4 i believe. Black Ops had large, medium and small i believe..im going by memory. Especially MW2 and WaW i know had large maps. Like Estate, Afghan, Skidrow, i think MW2 maps were bigger and especially are bigger than Black Ops 3 maps

          • BradyAlucard

Ah… I thought of MW2’s maps to be just medium-sized, including Afghan and Estate. I didn’t think that they were large, not until the DLC came out. World at War had some large maps for sure.

          • Bailout was the shit though

          • BradyAlucard

Yeah, that game was so crap that I refused to buy the DLC’s for them lol, although Extinction was compelling to see how the mode would turn out, I didn’t want to support that game for any longer after being lied to.

          • RdJokr

I don’t like big maps, but they can be a bit bigger. Not Stonehaven big, mind you, that would be absolute terror.

          • BradyAlucard

Ah. We’re getting a medium-sized map in Salvation alongside Out[post]law. I don’t know about bigger-sized maps though tbh, I can’t stand Metro, but Redwood’s grown on me. I just don’t know because SMG’s would be pretty much rendered useless.

          • RdJokr

As long as there are enough tight narrow corners, SMGs are still viable.

          • BradyAlucard

Depends on the playerbase. I don’t like the way CoD players are nowadays; every other lobby is sweaty, I don’t know if the matchmaking forces it but we’ll never know for sure if large maps would be playable nowadays.

          • RdJokr

True. The way COD is promoted, it brings out the competitive nature in the players, which makes for sweaty lobbies. It’s something that we have to deal with when a game enters competitive.

For what it’s worth, I’ll tell you this: when COD was relevant on PC, the competitive scene was huge, and this is more or less how we play on PC: as competitive as we can, even on the most casual maps and modes. Same goes for other titles like CSGO. Once they make a big deal out of competitive modes, then it changes the players’ mentality, whether you play casual or competitive.

But since we’re talking about maps, I think there’s a chance for bigger-than-average maps to work in COD. Eventually, the game will have to expand somewhat to accommodate the movement system. Bigger size + bigger player count per match. I’ve been talking about it for years, but we need 9v9 to be the new standard, and 12v12 to be the Ground War limit. Of course, we need all maps to be bigger for that kind of change, but that’s the point: bigger maps help to space out the movement system, allowing for more balancing between slow-paced gameplay and chaotic gameplay.

          • BradyAlucard

Yeah, but CoD isn’t a competitive game. That element has been completely forced in CoD and I think it’ll be one of the reasons why the franchise will die, I’m just being honest here. That’s not very fun to me; being good at the game and/or getting better shouldn’t matter in my opinion, but that’s just the mentality that some CoD players have nowadays and no one can change that fact unfortunately.

Now I’d be an advocator of large maps if the player count increased. If it’s 6v6 then I don’t think they should bother.

          • RdJokr

Counter-Strike wasn’t that competitive in the beginning either, but Valve made it work. Now casuals and competitive players enjoy them equally. So I believe somewhere down the line, we can achieve that balance.

Having said that, however, even if you remove competitive COD from the equation now, it won’t change much. It’s human nature to want to compete, even in the most mundane tasks. And the actual competitive players will either just settle with casuals, or move on to another game and create a new competitive community.

          • BradyAlucard

I just think it works with some games and doesn’t with others. Call me biased but I’ll never accept competitive gaming no matter what game it is.

          • Seems like the only map design all these developers can do now. It’s a shame because Treyarch always had bigger maps in their games and now all they have is three lane this, three lane that. Small map this, medium map this.

          • ccrows

Did you not play Outskirts from WAW?

That map was freakin huge with tanks!

It will be more than enough to support the core movement system…

          • Aidan

I was talking about Nuk3town, but ok

          • ccrows

OH, I OG took that the wrong way, and see where you are coming from now. My bad…

          • Aidan

            all good

          • BradyAlucard

Big maps suck. We’ve already seen the worst maps ever like Metro.

    • ccrows

but it was one of my all time favs in the entire series… 🙁

    • BradyAlucard

You mean the best map in CoD history?

  • potato

I can’t believe the story is coming to an end 🙁 i will probably cry after seeing the final outro cutscenes hopefully it’s only end of our origin characters however it feels so sad to me that we won’t be playing as richtofen , dempsy , nikolai and takeo :((((((

  • Dangelo95

I can’t wait Revelations looks insane

    • ICrazyMP

Revelations is a remastered map of Nacht Der Toten from world at war look at it at 3:30 its the map 😀

  • OUTSKIRTS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Mikey9835

A picnic table? K. Who says CoD is for children amirite? /S

    • TheDemonOfHate

      no one

  • Siftblade

Holy shit this is amazing. Zombies looks incredible.

  • Aidan

I see giant bugs all over the picnic table…

How salty would you be if you were on a 25 killstreak, bout to his a nuclear, and a giant ladybug comes and snatches you up?

    • Pirates

Or better yet you’re about get raps and a rat comes up and snatches your ass away

      • Aidan

Big ass butterfly lands on the burger, it’s like that episode of Spongebob where it’s a really detailed, close up shot of it’s face. Fuck that shit.

        • Pirates

          Hehe yup!

  • ccrows

Micro? – & the award for the worst gimmick map of all time goes to. *sigh*

But at least Outskirts and Standoff (YAY!) were IMO great maps to remake. Definitely looking forward to playing them… 🙂

  • Former

Standoff remade as an Old West theme? Brilliant.

  • BradyAlucard

    Oh wow, two remasters.

    • ccrows

BO2 had 2 in DLC4 as well… (Courtyard & Stadium were the OG)

      • BradyAlucard

Loved Takeoff, but Dig completely ruined Courtyard. But I completely forgot about that.

        • ccrows

          Agree, & definitely agree…

  • Michael Romo

And people say Treyarch doesn’t listen to fans smh. Standoff AND outskirts

    • Aidan

But we still gotta earn the next batch of weapons through supply drops…

      • BradyAlucard

That’s Activision. Treyarch just follows their orders.

        • Aidan

          True, true.

        • Snipemare

The double standard is huge. You wouldn’t say the same of sledgehammer

          • We kinda do now

          • BradyAlucard

Sure I would. But surely you can understand why one would have such a double standard, considering the fact that Sledgehammer did not have their priorities in check with AW. All they cared about in terms of the design of the game was competitive and nothing more, hence why SBMM was in the game.

          • CoDforever

Sledgehammer is the one that intentionally created supply drops and supply drop only weapon variants in the first place.

    • The Flash

      only 1 zombie map though

    • se7en

and a stupid picnic table map for kiddies, shits lame

    • Well they dont who the fuck wants a “miniaturised picnic” as a map, wtf is that shit? lmao

    • Where did anyone ask for Standoff or Outskirts

      • Former

Standoff has always been a fan favorite. Outskirts? Idk about that. I never even played WaW.

        • Yeah but where in the community in 2016 did the majority ask for Standoff and Outskirts to be remade for BO3

          • Former

I mean, there obviously wasn’t a definitive poll or anything. Treyarch is just somewhat aware of what the community wants, and that includes Standoff and Raid from Bo2.

  • W1LL1AM04

Is Citadel a remake of Ghost: Stonehaven?

    • Aidan

I get that’s sarcasm and all, but I would actually like that. I had a lot of fun on Stonehaven.

    • ccrows

      It’s actually new…

  • Michael Romo

    AEDS. Treyarch gave us AEDS

  • What on earth are these multiplayer maps, is this a joke?
Nah this whole map pack is a joke, come on, more was expected (from me anyway)

  • Micro has to be a fking troll

  • CyberWolf

Great. More stupid looking maps. Well, I guess Citadel looks alright. Rupture looks ok as well, even though it seems like it’s something ripped straight outta the mockery that is Destiny. At least they remade Standoff…as a Wild West town…*sigh*. As far as zombies goes, Revelations does look interesting. Never crossed my mind that the devs would even think about mash up previous zombies maps. Can’t wait to see how the story ends.

  • Fucking gimmick MP maps. What happened to the days of actual war zones?

    • Aidan

who fucking care, It’s Black ops 3, what did you expect?

      • I dont give a shit what fucking game it is. And by the way this has been happening long before BO3 encase you haven’t noticed

        • Aidan

I know that, but why are you still surprised?

          • I’m not. No where in my comment even implied i was shock. It implied that im tired of unrealistic settings such as a burger place.

          • Aidan

well, what I meant was what’s the point of complaining if this has become a norm for Call of Duty?

          • Because if I dont like something I see I’m going to complain about it? Simple?? I don’t care how long it has been happening, I’m still going to come up here and call it stupid.

          • Aidan

            fair enough.

          • CoDforever

Your tired of unrealistic settings that cover 10% of the maps in the game? The only ridiculous looking maps in BO3 are Nuk3town, Splash, Rumble and now this burger map.

          • I dont fucking care how it much it covers the fucking game or how much it doesn’t. I still think it’s stupid and im still tired of it. If you dont like myself complaining how about you jerk me off and fuck off

          • CoDforever

            tired of 4/29 maps?

          • Or of you were smart, these gimmick maps date back to MW2 you dumb cunt

    • Drank Bleach

The day Activision gave you the option of dressing like a gingerbread.

      • Jesus Christ…I’ll never forget that

      • Ed

Omg, nobody wants to be a ginger… Oh i read that wrong. Sorry.

    • jordanxbrookes

Back in COD4 when we had war torn maps like Strike, Crash and Bog. Now we have castles, saloons and picnics 😂

      • Right. I think that’s another reason why we’ll probably never see a WW2 shooter or even a Vietnam shooter from Call of Duty because these devs wouldn’t be able to these gimmick maps. It’s so dumb

        • Daniellesmiller

          <<fb… ★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★✫★★::::::!iw218t:….,…….

      • Jon

        I loved the Killhouse map

    • Capten ermirica

      Abso fucking lutely🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

    • Lumis

I said the same thing when I saw this, gimmick maps! I almost thought it was an april fools joke! I think I’ll be skipping this one.

    • An Adorable Fluffy Alpaca

      Anywhere can be a warzone.

      • No.

        • An Adorable Fluffy Alpaca

          Why not?

          • What part of a picnic table with a big burger is a war zone. Where in history or in the future would that ever be a war zone? I thought Call of Duty was about war, not “lets take a field trip with guns”

          • An Adorable Fluffy Alpaca

So if there are terrorists terrorizing at a picnic table, military won’t stop the terrorists?

          • In what world would that happen. Why would terrorists feel the need to attack a burger and cupcakes. More importantly, why would they make themselves tiny. More importantly why would the US or anyone get involved on a picnic table with food on it.

I mean it sounds great for a satire film or a satire game but it doesn’t fit Call of Duty

          • An Adorable Fluffy Alpaca

The terrorists want to take other people’s food by force.

          • Burger on bomb..boom

          • Former

The map looks fun, so bitching about the realism is pretty futile. There’s nothing wrong with a gimmick map. Hell, it’s a lot more interesting than the last DLC maps.

At least you’ll remember Micro, while the others are so bland and generic that they’ll get lost in time.

          • I’m pretty sure I wont remember Micro in a year. I’ll probably forget about it once this games life cycle is over actually. These maps arent memorable in the slightest.

“If you’re looking for a gritty war environment, I can’t imagine why you’re playing CoD. ”
Because Call of Duty is a war shooter and that’s what i expect out of it?

          • Former

But you’ll remember it more so than some generic “here’s a large building in the middle, two flank routes, and some exploding cars…Let’s call it “Fightzone”! kind of map. We have enough of those, so I see nothing wrong with Treyarch taking the plunge and making something unique.

          • I’ll remember the on disc maps because they were more realistic and actually fun to play. A map like Evac is my favorite map out of the entire game because of the layout and the setting. It’s not some random buger table. I’ll remember almost all the disc maps, but i probably wont remember any of the DLC maps besides the remakes. Because the newer dlc maps are ginmicks, generic and just grasping at straws to be “creative” in a war game. Hell, I can’t even name you a DLC map from AW, Ghosts and I dare say Black Ops 2

          • Former

You won’t remember it? Good. There’s another reason for you to not take it so seriously. It’s ONE out of four maps; it’s not like the whole DLC is Micro-themed.

Frankly (besides the Standoff remake) it’s only map I’m interested in. I think you’d be lying if you said you weren’t at least a bit curious as to how it plays, either.

          • I can look at you face to face with a straight face and tell you I’m not in the least bit interested in playing on a picnic table with food.

          • Former

You’ll enjoy it more than 90% of the other DLC maps. Trust me.

          • Adrian Rivera III

So we’re gonna act like BO2’s version of Firing Range didn’t have this already in the beginning of the map with the buildings and streets were small but we were gigantic?

          • That was a movie set…which was a small part of the map..and back then i hated that idea but Micro takes the cake of stupid ideas

          • GrizzwyBear

No Call of Duty hasnt been a war shooter since the days of modern warfare 1! If you want a “war shooter” go play arma or go play bf4 which is actually a war shooter! Cod hasnt been a hood shooter for a long time, its a fun with friends thing. Aswell once they introduced jump jets its been the whole game that is a gimmick, so seriously give me a freaking break and get off of here!

          • You’re a stupid cunt. It has always been a war shooter dumb ass

          • se7en

This franchise is just one big joke now and its really sad, these devs actually think the majority of the player base wants this childish garbage too….

    • ccrows

It all started with MW2 and Carnival.

Heck, even Robert Bowling admitted that it was a gimmick map.

The community accepted it, and the rest is history…

      • Snipemare

OMA noob tubes ruined that one for me.

      • It didn’t start out so bad, but look at what Carnival has done

    • DeadZombieGaming 12

The moment when this game was a simulation

    • Adrian Rivera III

Do you not realize it’s a simulation ? Just like nuketown?

      • I don’t care if it’s simulation. They can simulate a map of me jerking off and I’ll still think it’s stupid

    • CoDforever

Calm down. For every “gimmicky” map they have, they have 4 other normal ones. It’s ok to have fun every once in a while.

  • Drank Bleach

Really hope next year SHG takes us back to a Vietnam setting or something similar, but with Activision nothing is never a sure thing.

    • se7en

Yeah hopefully its not a fucking kids game either full of stupid shit like picnics and gingerbread man suits…

    • DeadZombieGaming 12

      Can’t wait for that… thirdperson and all…
SHG said they want to innovate with the next game in a article last year and one of the examples was thirdperson… Can’t wait for that for the community to shit on like every year… even MWR is getting shit on, the ones that talk are the nostalgia goggle people

      • Jon

        third person won’t happen.

      • Third person isnt innovating at all. If they did third person…it would be Call of Duty in third person. Not new, not innovating

        • Aidan

It’s innovating for Call of Duty…

Why is it that you always feel the need to shit on other people’s happiness?

          • That’s not innovating period. Even MW2 had a third person mode. So no.

And your last sentence, what are you, 12? Did my comment hurt your whittle feelings?

          • Aidan

No, it didn’t. I was just wondering why you have to be a dick to everyone. You upset because you look like a school shooter?

          • You and your asshat buddy are the only people who are dicks. Your buddy DeadZombie literally gets asshurt towards other peoples opinions and it looks like you do to as well

          • Aidan

Sorry? I’m not the one who trashes everything for no good reason. At least my opinions are somewhat constructive. You just come it, take one look and throw your shit around.

          • Are you retarded? Im sure i gave my criticisms and they dont have to me constructive for idiots like you to accept it. If i dont like something, i say it. Not only that, if someone post an opinion and i disagree, i reply and let my thoughts be heard. You or any asshat dont have to ask me for my opinion because im gonna say it anyway.

Further more, if my opinion “shits on your happiness ” then please grow the fuck up and get some hair on your balls

          • Aidan

Oh I don’t mean my personal happiness. I mean happiness as a whole. Your presence alone makes people want to run and hide.

          • That’s literally the gayest fucking thing i have ever read, and i take Treyarchs cock up my ass

          • Aidan

            Doesn’t surprise me

          • You wanna go out with me and grab a burger on Micro? I promise i won’t bite 😉 no homo

          • Aidan

Hard pass. I have things to do.

          • Hahaha like me 😉 no homo brodies are meant to be extra friendly 😉

          • Aidan

            …Right…

          • you got a tinder?

          • Filthy Prank’d

TP mode is totally fine with me, just let it become a separate feature. I would like TP to be implemented in SP as a switch to TP and FP view, and TP as a different playlist for Multiplayer. This probably most likely most certainly probably not gonna definitely isn’t happening, since the last time we’ve seen TP view as a player thing was in MW3, though that was only in local play and pribate matches.

          • I agree

          • Aidan

No. But I think your looking for the other one, the gay one…what’s that called… Grinder? You’d fit in just fine there.

          • You’re*
I also told you no homo so that makes me not gay.

          • Aidan

            Oh, totally.

          • Indeed totally

  • Former

Just a casual bombsite next to a fucking pineapple and a Big Mac.

    • se7en

Its really not funny though because they have turned a beloved franchise into a fucking game full of gimmicks and bullshit, cods basically a game for kids now.

      • Former

        It’s just a map, dude.

        • Capten ermirica

It’s not just a map though is it. It’s luminous flying robots, ginger bread men, clowns, baseball players, astronauts, pink flowers, Cowboys etc etc etc. The franchise is turning in to a gimmick filled kiddy fest. Rated M for morons

          • Former

The map looks like fun, which is all that matters. CoD hasn’t been a gritty war game in years, so I’m not sure why people are still bitter.

          • Capten ermirica

Ignorant? Nah mate just fed up of colourful gimmick filled kiddy shite. I bet you’re one of the cunts that goes running round town looking for Pokemon with his mates on a Saturday night. Sling it jerk off

          • Former

I don’t play Pokemon. Not sure why you’re making this personal like a child. It’s perfectly understandable for you to be “fed up”…but that should’ve happened years ago, because this by no means the first CoD to have colorful “kiddy shite.”

Besides, the map is a unique concept which again. looks FUN: you know, that 3-letter word which defines the reason you play video games.

          • Capten ermirica

It looks like call of duty AIDS. Call of duty was fun way before all this CBeebies shit infected it. It’s stupid and gayderhaar and his whole team of fuckwits need to sort their fucking heads out. Now sling your hook you holier than thou self righteous muppet

          • Former

You sound like you need a genuine hug, dude.

          • Aidan

It started with Black ops 2, then IW tried their hand, and AW went way overboard. That game was the worst of the bunch. BO3 didn’t even try toning it down.

      • Jon

        you still here

  • Qritical

When i saw Micro in the end of the video, i thought it was gonna be a normal map… Until i clicked on the full sized pic of it. I laughed so f**king hard when i saw that bombsite just casually sitting there on the table lmfao

    • se7en

Shits retarded Treyarch pretty much turned this game into a laughable kids game.

      • Jon

I see you are still crying

  • jordanxbrookes

I’m happy they aren’t remaking a Black Ops map since I loved the maps in that game and would hate to see the advanced movement ruin them. It’s funny because I called the Standoff remake back in October last year haha. Nice that Outskirts is also returning.

    • Aidan

I think pretty much everyone called the Standoff remake

      • jordanxbrookes

No, everyone called the Raid remake. Most people didn’t think another Black Ops 2 map was returning as no Black Ops map had been remade (which I and most people thought would appear in the final DLC). Glad they didn’t remake a Black Ops map since they’re too special to be ruined by advanced movement and OTT gimmicks.

        • Former

I wasn’t aware you polled most people to find out what they wanted. You have some serious power, fam.

  • se7en

That shit is so fucking lame, a fucking picnic map? seriously? they turned this franchise into laughable kiddie games, these devs are morons….

    • DeadZombieGaming 12

Okay, kewl opinion you got… You can go now if you want.
The door is to the left of you, shouldn’t be hard to miss…

    • Jon

      you poor baby

  • se7en

Thought this game was rated M for mature lol this shit is for kids and shouldn’t be rated anything higher then E for everyone what a joke Treyarch turned this game into…

  • Assist King

Another map pack = more lag and frame issues.

  • Wait a second.

“Micro: What’s better than a BBQ on a hot summer day? A miniaturized war zone that takes place on a well-stocked family picnic table, that’s what! Navigate this bite-size battlefield for a larger-than-life experience.”

I totally didnt read that description earlier because all i saw was a burger and was like “yep that’s fucking stupid ”

But this is literally on a picnic table?? Jesus Christ the gimmicks never fucking end.

    • Former

Never thought I’d headglitch a burger in Call of Duty.

  • Diego Diniz

    This Map “Micro”…i mean…WTF bro????

    • Drank Bleach

      Cod: Children Online Daycare

      • Aidan

        Haven’t heard that one before.

        • Drank Bleach

          If the shoe fits…

      • Diego Diniz

We all like Colorful Maps…thats OK! But this is FUCKIN BULLSHIT! Cmon @DavidVonderhaar…you Mad Bro?!

        • Aidan

lmao chill, you act like David Vonderharr just murdered your child in front of you

  • DEMOLITION12

why are they trying to make zombies into some retarded unfunny comedy bullshit now?

    • Former

What are you even referring to?

      • Filthy Prank’d

What do you think? They’re referring to themself: Some retarded unfunny comedy bullshit.
But really, don’t take this too seriously.

  • idkwhatmynameis

I haven’t bought any DLC but that picnic map looks fun, reminds me of the good old days of UT2004 bathroom/bedroom maps

    • Former

Exactly, it looks fun. All these people hating on it need to just embrace the ridiculousness of it.

      • Aidan

For real. What if it ends up being the best map in Call of Duty history?

        • Chances of that happening are zero

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

            kewl opinion you got
its different than mine, so its garbage opinion

          • Pretty funny because when ever I see your opinions i happen to think they are garbage too.

            kewl opinion you got.
It’s different than mine, so it’s a garbage opinion

          • DeadZombieGaming 12

You learned how to CoD Community…

          • No.

          • Aidan

            not necisarilly.

          • Yes

          • Aidan

            why’s that then?

          • Chances are it’s going to be another small to medium map, it’s going to be forgettable in a year, and normally in these dlc packs, the multilayer maps are generic and not memorable. Micro isnt going to be the greatest of all time and will not hold a candle to any of the maps that were made in the past.

But if a gimmick map with a picnic table suits your style than by all means

          • Aidan

Well of course it does, because I like having fun, and that’s what this map is doing. I think you’re taking it a bit too far. No one can ever have fun around you because you come and throw in your negative input. You’re looking at it like it’s SUPPOSED to hold a candle to past maps, even though this is it’s own map, and the people at Treyarch are just trying to have some fun for their last DLC pack. If you hate it so much, don’t buy it.

          • If you let my input affect the way you think than that’s you. As far as im concerned, this is a public discussion and i can say what i damn well please. Im sorry im hurting your feelings.

And i mean yeah? Im gonna compare this game to the past. And what do you mean? I have the season pass you dimwit. Plus you act like im downloading it for Micro when im clearly not when im obviously downloading other for Revelations and the remakes

          • Aidan

Funny because you only seem to be complaining about Micro

          • Well if i dont like something i see, I complain about it. Not a hard concept to grasp

          • Aidan

At least have one, solid, POSITIVE opinion, yeah? Everything is so negative when you’re around.

          • I already do have a positive opinion, did you miss it? Revelations and the remade maps. Learn how to read and pay attention Because i actually do post positive opinions here

  • Haha, I don’t give a shit, the picnic one looks fun as hell. Plus a BO2 and WAW map too (Outskirts is a much better choice than Banzai)!

Maybe next time they’ll listen and go back to the barebones warzone gameplay and we can all start complaining that it’s not “fun enough anymore”

  • ICrazyMP

Revelations is a remastered map of Nacht Der Toten from world at war look at it at 3:30 its the map

  • GIMMICK MAPS

Remeber when call of duty was a war simulation?

  • Cheesesteakwit

A remake map in every DLC and now 2 remake’s in one DLC? wtf Treyarch, 6 remakes in BO3 just shows me that u guys have no originality anymore. And don’t get me started on Nuketown in every Treyarch game. I am sick of Nuketown and all the spawn trapping which takes so much skill to kill someone as they spawn in. What a fu©king joke of a game

    • Aidan

You know they do it to please the fans, not because they ran out of ideas, right?

      • Filthy Prank’d

Exactly. Although Nuketown is a shit map from BO2 to BO3, it was one of the smallest maps from 3ARC and it was also played as much than their other map, so it makes sense for any CoD team to remake a fam favorite map into their next game.

    • ben wills

      Same as BO2 goofball

  • Cheesesteakwit

Lazy ass developers making reskined maps over and over

    • Former

But Standoff is the shit. It’s less laziness and more catering to what the community wants.

  • Aidan

I’m honestly excited to try out Micro. It is the last map pack for Black ops 3, so why not have a bit of fun with it, right? Imagine how awesome the callouts will be on that map

    • Yeah there is an enemy on the cupcake

      Such an awesome callout

      • Aidan

        I didn’t fucking ask you.

  • ALex

That burger map isd the reason why COD it’s a joke. I’ve got the DLC I won’t use my HDD space to download that shit.

    #FCKCOD

  • Adrian Rivera III

You guys seem to forget it’s a fkn video game you want war torn maps go enlist

    • Or you know…seeing how Call of Duty is about war…they could do maps…you know..that look like war torn maps.

      • Aidan

But, but Black ops 3 is all a simulation

Honestly Treyarch probably came up with that bullshit last minuet so they could make ridiculous maps.

        • If those people want to use that excuse, they should look at Titanfall. That’s a simulation down right. There is map in Titanfall 1 That’s simulated and i think so Titanfall 2 (with the broken sky) that’s how you do stimulated maps

          • Aidan

They should have had a map like that in Black ops 3 where the simulation is disrupted and the whole maps gets destroyed. That would be pretty sick.

  • CookieChairman

A Stargate and a picnic seen from an ant’s-eye view. That’s BO3, everybody.
