We’ve compiled a list of the top 10 weapons with the highest K/D in Warzone that will reveal the weapons you need to use in Season 3 Reloaded.

Kill/death ratio has long been the metric Call of Duty players use to determine their skill. If you’re unsure of what this means, it’s quite simply how many kills you manage to record before you die yourself.

Website WZRanked.com has tracked the average K/D players have when using specific weapons, and from that, we can see what the highest K/D weapons are based on slaying potential.

We’re counting down the top ten Warzone weapons with the highest K/D ratios in Warzone Season 3 Reloaded as of June 9, 2022.

Highest K/D weapons in Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded

10. BAR – 1.11 K/D

Best BAR Warzone loadout

The BAR is currently considered one of the best long-range weapons in Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded. This is mostly due to its easy-to-control recoil and decent TTK, allowing you to take out enemies from range with ease.

Despite being tenth on the list, this weapon is deadly and holds a respectable 1.11 K/D.

9. UGR – 1.13 K/D

Best UGR Warzone loadout

Although this may come as a surprise, especially as Vanguard weapons are currently dominating the meta in Warzone Pacific Season 3, Cold War’s UGR SMG holds the number 9 spot with a 1.13 K/D.

The UGR has a pretty low pick rate, but perhaps it deserves more attention.

8. Combat Shield – 1.14 K/D

This may come as a nasty surprise to most players but Vanguard’s Combat Shield sneaks into the list with a 1.14 K/D. Of course, the Combat Shield is a niche pick that only suits a particular playstyle.

Nonetheless, such an impressive K/D suggests that the Combat Shield role of baiting and luring enemies into traps could be a valuable one in Solos or a squad of expert players.

7. Owen Gun – 1.15 K/D

Best Owen Gun Warzone loadout

Vanguard’s Owen Gun boasts a solid K/D of 1.15. Although it has had a slight fall from grace, previously being considered the best SMG in Warzone, nerfs have brought the weapon back into balance and it’s definitely still a great choice.

The Owen Gun has been the go-to SMG choice for top players in Season 3 Reloaded, and while the unique SMG takes some getting used to, once you get the hang of it, it is truly devastating.

6. STG44 – 1.15 K/D

Best STG44 Warzone loadout

The STG44 has absolutely dominated the meta in Season 3 Reloaded, with a great TTK and easy to control recoil, the STG44 is a monster at range, making it a great choice for Caldera.

As is currently the most popular Warzone weapon with a pick ratio of 13.93%, this does impact its K/D, which is currently sitting at 1.15. Don’t be fooled though, as this weapon is definitely capable of destroying a lobby.

5. Type 100 – 1.20 K/D

Best Type 100 Warzone loadout

At the moment the competition for the best Warzone SMG is fierce but if the Type 100’s K/D continues to rise over 1.20 then expect more players to notice its value.

Most Vanguard weapons boast a fast TTK but the Type 100 takes this characteristic to the next level as it kills incredibly quickly.

4. Welgun – 1.21 K/D

Best Welgun Warzone loadout

The Welgun excels both on Rebirth Island and Caldera and suits the aggressive SMG style. It ranks third overall in Warzone K/D coming in at 1.21. It is excellent at medium-range, boasts a fast TTK, and packs a significant punch.

What’s great about this weapon is the number of different top loadouts we’ve seen since the weapon arrived during Warzone Pacific Season 1. This means that regardless of which attachments you use, this gun is simply amazing.

3. NZ-41 – 1.28 K/D – Highest K/D Assault Rifle in Warzone

Best Warzone NZ-41 loadout

The NZ-41 has been gaining quite a lot of attention recently, with some even considering it among the best ARs in the game despite seemingly being forgotten about.

This Vanguard AR boasts a great TTK, and with a K/D of 1.28, it’s definitely worth a try if your sick of using the STG44.

2. Armaguerra 43 – 1.31 K/D

Best Armaguerra 43 Warzone loadout

At the moment, the Armaguerra is looking like the best-kept secret in Warzone with a 1.31 K/D.

The SMG has incredible strafe speed and fantastic TTK, allowing it to compete with the SMG ahead of it. The Armaguerra arrived during Season 2 and hasn’t been around for a while so if you haven’t given it a shot yet, you may want to give the powerful SMG a try.

1. H4 Blixen – 1.80 K/D – Highest K/D weapon in Warzone

Best H4 Blixen Warzone loadout

The H4 Blixen is Warzone’s latest weapon that arrived in the Season 3 Reloaded update. This weapon has a great TTK from close range, becoming one of the most reliable close-combat weapons.

With a whopping 1.80 K/D, this Vanguard SMG is currently the highest K/D weapon in Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded, and if that doesn’t make you want to try it out, we don’t know what will.

JGOD reveals Warzone’s best long-range weapons after Season 4 update

Warzone specialist JGOD has revealed his best long-range weapon picks following the Season 4 update that affected the meta.

Published

on

Call of Duty expert and Warzone extraordinaire JGOD has analyzed the many long-range weapon options and revealed the best guns to use following the Season 4 update.

Warzone devs are constantly working on balancing the battle royale’s pool of weapons through updates. Seasonal updates usually provide a ton of buffs and nerfs, which tends to leave the meta in an awkward state as players rush to adapt to the changes.

With Season 3’s dominant STG44 firmly out of the picture, new long-range options have emerged in Season 4. Luckily, Warzone expert JGOD is around to break down which weapons are viable in Season 4 following buffs and nerfs.

In JGOD‘s video highlighting the top long-range Warzone weapons after the Season 4 update, he breaks down the current state of the meta.

The stats expert clearly separates long-range options into three categories: meta, top tier viable, and viable. For the sake of breaking down the best long-range weapons, JGOD sticks to revealing the weapons he believes fit the meta and top tier viable categories.

He uses these categories to explain how the meta has changed since the Season 4 update. Prior to the update, the gap between the top meta weapons and top tier viable weapons was much larger.

Now, players can find a ton of success using top tier viable weapons: “You can use other things besides the absolute meta and not be hardcore penalized.”

According to JGOD, the NZ-41 is still the best long-range weapon in the game despite recent nerfs.

However, the expert predicts that another NZ-41 nerf should arrive soon enough, which will result in the long-range weapon meta becoming incredibly varied: “The nerf will come through again for the NZ and that will push it out and all these weapons that are top tier viable will essentially be the meta.”

Following the NZ-41, JGOD picks the BAR as the next best long-range weapon. Despite its slow fire rate, the BAR is one of the best long-range weapons in Warzone thanks to how easy it is to utilize.

The majority of JGOD’s video is spent highlighting top tier viable weapons that are set to benefit from an upcoming NZ-41 nerf: “You’re going to be able to use almost anything you want as soon as this next NZ nerf comes in.”

Aside from the NZ-41 and BAR, here’s the list of long-range weapons that players should use to maximize Warzone success:

If JGOD’s prediction is correct, it seems like the meta is heading in a very interesting direction throughout Season 4. Warzone players can expect to choose from a ton of viable options thanks to a level playing field.

One-shot Crossbow loadout to disrupt Warzone meta after Season 4 buff

After receiving a buff with the Season 4 update, the Crossbow could shake up the Warzone meta with a one-shot kill loadout.

Published

on

Warzone’s Crossbow has always been a tricky weapon to master, but a Season 4 buff has made it a dominant force capable of one-shot killing players with ease.

Modern Warfare’s Crossbow Marksman Rifle has been around since the inception of Warzone. The Crossbow is a unique weapon that has a steep learning curve, but even if players mastered the weapon, it never truly dominated Warzone lobbies.

All that is set to change in Season 4 after a major buff has upped the Crossbow’s bullet velocity by a whopping 27.2%. As a result, several Warzone players are now singing the praises of the unconventional weapon and tip it to shake up the meta.

Reddit user theGivvyOfficial posted a clip of their gameplay using the Crossbow to the Warzone subreddit. The montage is proof that with the right Crossbow loadout, the weapon can one-shot kill players from considerable distances.

The comments and discussion reveal that the title of the post is somewhat sarcastic, but there’s no denying that the Crossbow can be devastating in the right hands.

While it won’t necessarily be the number one meta weapon in Season 4, it has the potential to outperform some of the best medium-range options if players are looking to test out a different style of play.

Warzone Crossbow loadout attachments

  • Cable: 28-Strand Cable
  • Bolt: FTAC Fury 20″ Bolts
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Perk: Sleight of Hand
  • Arms: XRK Thunder 200 Lb

This Crossbow loadout will thrive in the hands of accurate players. Thanks to the FTAC Fury 20″ Bolts that deal damage even after they hit their mark, the Crossbow produces one-shot kills consistently.

Of course, there’s no denying the weapon’s major weakness, and players were quick to point that out in the comments: “Yeah it’s s**** in close quarters combat. It’s decent for medium range engagements like you see in this clip, It also has a steep learning curve.”

If you miss your shot from a short distance, the weapon’s brutally slow reload can put you in an unfavorable position. However, if you learn to master the weapon and hit a high percentage of your shots, the sky is the limit for the Crossbow in Season 4.

Warzone players keep getting frozen in place by Fortune’s Keep’s broken areas

Certain areas of Warzone’s Fortune’s Keep map are proving deadly as players are getting completely frozen in place.

Published

on

Warzone players love Season 4’s Fortune’s Keep map, but certain areas of the map are ruining the experience by completely locking players in place.

Warzone’s smaller Rebirth Island map has always been a hit, and Season 4’s Fortune’s Keep has emulated its success. Players love the bright Mediterranean color scheme, parkour spots, and dynamic gameplay.

However, a few frustrating issues have gotten in the way. Players are finding their way under the map and behind walls for cheap kills, and now players are getting trapped in place by broken spots on the map.

As we can see in the video from Reddit user Gerbytron, they went prone in a corner to hide from an Airstrike but ended up completely stuck in the corner. As they tried everything they could to wriggle free, the final opponent stumbled across them lying face-first into a wooden crate and quickly ended their suffering.

Several players took to the comments to confirm that this wasn’t a one-off, with another user confirming they also got stuck in the Watchtower at Fortune’s Keeps Winery POI.

illmatic_gg claimed that a street curb managed to trap them in place, and Evberkel has been caught in a window a couple of times. “I feel like [Fortune’s Keep] has a lot of spots like this that you just get stuck in,” explained ultra_zagan.

But there do seem to be a couple of ways that you can wrench yourself free from these broken spots. One user explained that using a Stim can release you, but said that it doesn’t always work. Plus, if you have a Self-Revive, you can down yourself with an explosive and then crawl away to self-res.

Raven Software have fixed issues like this, including the dreaded Buy Station freeze glitch, in the past, so hopefully, players won’t be getting trapped in place for much longer.

The next major update is Season 4 Reloaded, scheduled for late July, but there might be a few bug fixes and balance changes ahead of the mid-season update.
