The fourth and final DLC Pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Salvation, is available on October 6th on Xbox One and PC! Salvation brings four new multiplayer maps and the epic ending to the Zombies Origin Saga.

Multiplayer Maps:

  • Citadel: Once home to a powerful medieval army, this ancient castle now sits broken and abandoned. Tight corners force close-quarters engagements, while the moat and drawbridge allows for unique player movement opportunities in this mid-sized map. The last trespassers didn’t make it out alive – maybe you’ll have a better shot.
  • Micro: What’s better than a BBQ on a hot summer day? A miniaturized war zone that takes place on a well-stocked family picnic table, that’s what! Navigate this bite-size battlefield for a larger-than-life experience.
  • Outlaw: Gear up for a showdown in Outlaw; a western-style re-imagining of the fan favorite map Standoff from Call of Duty®: Black Ops II. This rough-and-tough medium-sized map brings classic engagements, flanking routes and strategic positions for long and medium ranged combat.
  • Rupture: The Call of Duty®: World at War classic Outskirts is re-imagined as a high-tech facility, designed by a futuristic society desperate to repair the Earth’s atmosphere.

MP Trailer:

  • Honestly the only maps i’m looking forward to play Thursday is Outlaw and the WaW remake. They seem the most interesting to me

    • Dan

Tbh I think this is the best dlc out of all of them all the multiplayer maps are fun and the standoff remake is the best out of all the remakes in black ops 3 and Revelations is just absolutely incredible well done treyarch!! Top notch

      • Map pack looks below average for me and Revelations looks the opposite of incredible any hype or hope I had for map went away the minute I saw gameplay. I’m still going to play it though

        • Dan

I think they are great tbh a lot of variety with the maps and zombies I thought was awesome your get to high rounds easily and there’s gonna be more than 1 Easter egg so all round decent final dlc imo

          • Yeah I like the whole getting to high reasons easy lol. If there is one thing I’m looking forward to in Revelations, it’s using the Thundergun and M1927 again

          • Dan

The apothican servant and thundergun upgraded are ridiculously over powered coupled with the shield lil arnies ragnorak and upgraded jugg perk well your literally an unstoppable machine and tbh i love this final map with all the old maps making a return in small form just a shame they couldn’t give us full remakes

      • Rupture: The Call of Duty®: World at War classic Outskirts is re-imagined as a high-tech facility, designed by a futuristic society desperate to repair the Earth’s atmosphere.

    • WhiskeyDick

Rupture is actually dreadful to play, it’s so large and maze-like +everyone hiding from or running to bots… A tdm match never finishes at the 100 score cap before the time runs out, really boring map to play

      • I just wanna use the mechs. Like vehicles in CoD MP in 2016 just makes me excited for some reason. I wish these devs did that idea more often.

      • ben wills

Thank fuck a large map again,

Here’s an idea: learn to aim for once. This casual catering shit has gone too far. Has learning to play ever come across your head?

    • MichaelSwift

      Nah, just Outlaw and Micro.

      • I like to pretend Micro doesn’t exist.

        • MichaelSwift

Why? It reminds of Jungle from Bo1. Lots of open areas with not that many buildings. Good for scorestreaks.

          • A table with food reminds you of Jungle. I’m not even going to question that. Do you fam. I hate the idea of Micro. It’s a gimmick gone too far imo so I like to pretend it doesn’t exist.

          • MichaelSwift

Jesus Christ, I didn’t mean in terms of aesthetics, I was only talking about how open is was for scorestreaks.

          • I seen gameplay, seems like another typical bo3 map so I’m not getting what you’re saying. But cool dude.

        • ccrows

I feel the exact same way man…

  • Aidan

  • GinsuVictim

I bought the season pass yesterday, so I’m looking forward to this. Looks like a really good map pack.

    • ccrows

Man, you’re really catching up. Love it… 🙂

  • MichaelSwift

I bet they release ranged weapons sometime soon. Can’t see a shovel and katana being the last weapons they release.

    • ccrows

I agree that 1-2 more sets will be coming (possibly after IW gets released) but Vahn hates doing this stuff…

    • bsktballmsu1

yeah probably one dlc drop in october so start saving cryptokeys if you haven’t already. and then maybe around december time after IW and mwr have been released

  • Gamerazor247

Oh shit, I totally forgot about you XNerds, *snorts*

    • ccrows

It’s OK, just don’t let it happen again…

  • ccrows

Definitely looking forward to this, but IDK if it can top DLC3. (LOVED that DLC pack!)

Outlaw is the map that I’ve been waiting for all year. I just hope that it plays as good as the Raid remake, which IMO is one of the best remakes in the entire series…

    • DLC 3 is definitely the best map pack for Black Ops 3. Definitely stands out.

      • ccrows

Absolutely, especially since DLC2 was (IMO) freakin horrible…

        • I thought DLC2 was pretty average. Nothing too special. I think DLC1 was utter shit besides the Zombies map in DLC1

    • BradyAlucard

DLC 4 is actually even better than 3. The maps have better layouts IMO. A strong DLC season for Treyarch.

  • ScOott

Dlc has been a joke this game, it feels like it’s never in regular rotation compared to the Base maps and when they finally appear the lobby magically dissappears half the time..

I know fo sho I Havent got my money’s worth out of them.. I wouldn’t even waste ur money with this dlc

    • ccrows

IDK Scottie, I loved DLC3, and I see DLC maps in the regular rotation a lot… *shrugs*

      • ScOott

Must just be treyarch fecking with me then lol.. I can count how many times ive played a dlc 4 map and I can only count to 10… So yano… I don’t see a lot of any dlc at all, even tho I have them all…

        • ccrows

Yeah I have the season pass as well. Activision kinda messed up by forcing DLC1 as a mandatory DL, which messed up things for PS4 users not being able to disable/delete the DLC…

      • BradyAlucard

DLC4 is probably the best one.

    • Yeah I agree. I bought the season pass for BO3 and I think I wasted my money. I feel sad for saying that because this is a Treyarch game and I expected so much from them. I do still love Black Ops 3 and I think the base game was great. Definitely good. But in terms of DLC, it’s their worst DLC season. Even Zombies is painfully average. Maybe 2018 will be better for them.

      • BradyAlucard

They still went strong, and Zombies weren’t average at all, they’re some of my favorite maps ever alongside the BO2 ones.

        • That’s cool. I still think Zombies in BO3 was average and has nothing on BO2 Zombies. So there is that. And if that’s them going strong, then I seriously have to question Treyarch because to me it seems like they didnt even try.

          • BradyAlucard

What do you mean they didn’t even try? I mean… sure, the first 3 maps felt similar because of the storyline of the children and everything, but I saw a lot of effort there, so I don’t see what was so “average” about it, especially since they incorporated the best things from BO2 and the weapons that the maps give you are pretty neat. I even liked Zetsubou, no glitches (that I don’t really see) would eliminate enjoyment out of a map for me, unless we’re talking about the anti-gravity glitch on Revelations online where it gets annoying and the lobbies don’t feel legitimate. We have our differing opinions, that’s fine. I enjoyed the maps and found them to be about as good if not almost as good as BO2’s DLC.

          • Comparing Black Ops 3 to BO2, BO1, and WaW it definitely seems like they didn’t even try. It’s weak.

          • Kyle Hilla

Thats because ur and idiot that dont know anything bout a good game which is what black ops 3 is. The dlc season has been probably the best ever. I mean what more can u ask for? They put so much work ito these map packs and yet you cant even appreciate all the work the treyarch team has done to provide us with an awesome zombie experience.

          • Your entire comment was idiotc and crying crying crying. If you’re going to call me stupid for my own opinion, at least provide me with an actual argument. Other than that, jump off a bridge.

          • Kyle Hilla

U sound like a kid man grow up it was ur opinion but its also mine to tell u that ur and idiot evryone knows blackops 3 is one of the best call of dutys out there. Treyarc most likley is not making anymore black ops after this one do to this is the end of the story mode. Gorod Krovi is probably hands down the best map out there

          • Holy shit you are hilariously stupid. I am a kid that needs to grow up, yet you’re insulting me for having an different opinion? Lol you’re fucking retarded as all fuck. I’m all for insults, but at least have an actual reason to do it. Not “his opouon doesn’t ageee wid myne. Ur stupid”

Please consider getting an education before replying to me again. Actually use some logic next time.

      • ccrows

DLC4 will be my make or break if the season pass was worth it to me or not…

    • jordanxbrookes

Totally agree. DLC Map Packs just aren’t what they used to be and I feel that I wasted money on the Season Pass. This has been out for not far off a month on PS4 and I still haven’t installed or played on the new maps, simply because it’s just not interesting and it’s also a joke.

    • MichaelSwift

Don’t people just buy DLC for zombies?

    • Drank Bleach

The devs put more effort into making content for the supply drop system, that’s why I don’t buy the season pass. The last map pack i bought was bo2’s apocalypse and that was only to play Origins with a buddy.

      • Sentinel

Spent $14.99 on a map pack just to play 1 map mode out of the content…yet bitchs ’bout not spending a penny on the supply drop. Classic.

        • Drank Bleach

The fuck you talking about? At least me spending $15 i know what I’m getting and played that map for months. You want to spend money on a chance? Be my fucking guest but don’t complain when you get shit.

    • Smayo

Remember the Bo1 days where you wonder if the regular maps were still in the game the first week the map packs came out ?

DLC maps put in regular map rotation day 1, that’s how it should be… like the old days…

    • ScOott has been a joke on this website, it feels like it’s never in regular fapping compared to the fapping last year and when they finally appear to cum, it magically disappears half the time..

I know fo sho I Havent got my cums worth out of them.. I wouldn’t even waste ur cum with ScOott

    • PuddleOfStix

This entire rotation of DLC maps have been a joke. Almost as bad as MW3’s DLC. Only two or three maps I really liked.

    • disqus_xJwA4KOAvs

Its because more and more people are choosing to uninstall the DLC so that they don’t have to deal with the SBMM that they added in with one of the DLCS.

    • Mr.Blobby

Also the game has run worse and worse with the release of each DLC, Outlaw and the rest of the new ones sometimes take up to 3-5 minutes to load in for me. This game is one of the most, if not the most, poorly optimised games I’ve ever played. Shameful really. I stopped playing a week after the last DLC, even the zombies map was too buggy for me, with all the death barrier trash.

    • An Adorable Fluffy Alpaca

But at least you can play the dlc map in custom games with bots.

  • ToonToons22

Off topic, but has anyone on PC tried the Black Ops 3 mod tools yet? I have them but I’ve got no idea how to use them.

    • lunator100hd .

You need experience and a lot of time if you want to create something worth playing.

    • Looking up tutorials on ytube would be the best thing to do I guess

  • Does knife running exist in Infinite Warfare?
