This appears to confirm that the PlayStation marketing deal will continue for Call of Duty with Black Ops 4. The PlayStation deal with Activision started in 2015 with Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. Activision and PlayStation announced the deal at E3 2015, saying “PlayStation is the new home of Call of Duty.” The marketing deal has thus far included 30 Days Early Access to DLC, early beta access, marketing rights, and esports partnership.
Prior to that, from 2009 through 2014, Activision was partnered with Xbox. But it appears PlayStation will have the deal for another year. Activision never announced an end date to the original PlayStation deal signed in 2015.
