Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick made $28.6 million in 2017
In the company’s newest SEC Filling (and reported by Kotaku), Activision Blizzard revealed that their CEO, Bobby Kotick, made $28.6 million in 2017.
In 2016, Kotick made $33,065,566, which means his 2017 earnings was actually a pay cut. The SEC Filling also reveals the salaries of the entire executive team at Activision.
The average salary for an employee at Activision is $93,000. The SEC Filling states, “Due to the wide variety of job functions within our company, across numerous global jurisdictions, the compensation paid to our employees differs greatly between departments, experience levels, and locations. We believe that our employees are fairly compensated and appropriately incentivized.”
Other highlights from the SEC Filling reveals that Call of Duty continued to have a strong year with Call of Duty: WWII. The company says Call of Duty: WWII was the best selling title in America in 2017, with it breaking PlayStation records.
