Advanced Warfare MP maps dynamic events will either be triggered at same time every match or earned through scorestreaks

Infinity Ward introduced the concept of Dynamic map events in Ghosts MP last year, and not many were fans of how systematic and basic they were. The only event that stood out to most fans was Strikezone’s KEM change. In Advanced Warfare, SHGames is bringing back dynamic elements to some maps not necessarily all of the maps.

Michael Condrey has stated that the dynamic events will either be trigged at the same time every match, which adds a balance factor so that teams can predict when an event will occur, or the event can be earned via a map based scorestreak in a care package.

 Yes, some maps will have dynamic events that trigger at the same time every time – we believe that leads to better strategy around how to master the map. Others may have map based score streaks earned through care packages. Others may have both, or neither.
