Apex Legends Armed and Dangerous LTM explained
The Armed and Dangerous LTM is a fan favorite among the Apex Legends community, but for those unaware of what it is, let’s see how it works.
Apex Legends offers players many ways to play, from the standard battle royale mode to Arenas and Ranked Leagues.
With that being said, Respawn often like to throw in a limited-time mode to mix it up for players, with some becoming fan favorites like Control. With Season 13’s Gaiden Thematic Event, players will be getting the return of another popular LTM, Armed and Dangeorus.
For those not familiar with the LTM, here’s everything you need to know.
Apex Legends Armed and Dangerous release date
The Armed and Dangerous LTM will be available alongside the Gaiden Thematic Event from July 19 to August 2. The mode is likely to go live at around 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST.
The LTM will also come with its own set of challenges, which players can complete for Event Points to earn free rewards during the Gaiden event.
Armed and Dangerous explained
Armed and Dangerous is an LTM that sees every weapon category removed from the loot pool apart from Shotguns and Snipers.
This makes for long to close-range engagements and interesting fights where every shot counts. It’s a great change of pace for players and offers those who love to snipe an opportunity to go for some highlights.
Thanks to leaks, we also know that there will be a specific crafting rotation for the mode. The weekday Replicator rotation will be the Longbow and Peacekeeper, with both costing 30 Crafting Materials each. The rotation for the weekend will be Kraber and Mastiff, costing 150 Crafting Materials each.
Having the Kraber in the Replicator will definitely make for some hectic gameplay, so gear up for July 19 when the mode goes live.
That’s all for the Armed and Dangerous LTM, for more on Apex check out the Season 14 map teaser.
