Apex Legends fans will be excited to learn that Skull Town might be returning in a future update according to new leaks.

Apex Legends leaks have revealed possible upcoming changes to the Kings Canyon battle royale map, which ultimately points toward the return of fan-favorite POI, Skull Town.

Unfortunately for the devs, a lot of unreleased Apex Legends content has been leaked over the past couple of weeks, including new Legends, weapons, and even Valkyrie’s Heirloom.

For the community, these leaks have been exciting, giving the fanbase an insight into what they could be getting in future seasons, which seems to be a lot of content.

One of the reasons the community will be excited is because these leaks have unearthed possible plans for the infamous Skull Town POI to return to Kings Canyon.

Apex Legends Kings Canyon Skull Town

Skull Town is arguably the most popular POI in all of Apex, despite being destroyed and taken out of the game back in Season 5.

Now, with new leaks coming out during Season 12, we could be seeing the POI return in the future, as Reddit user Legitimate_Chapter82 reposted some of the anonymous leaker’s findings.

As well as a brand new BR map, the leaks also revealed future map changes for Kings Canyon, the first map that Apex Legends launched with back in 2019.

In the leaked video, you can clearly see that the POI Salvage has been updated and replaced with some of the original structures from Skull Town.

The POI isn’t exactly the same as the original Skull Town, but rather a smaller version of the location, with the core buildings and huge skull still remaining.

The name of the POI that took its place, Salvage, now makes a lot more sense. It seems the construction going on in that POI was simply trying to “salvage” the fallen piece of Skull Town in order to rebuild.

Remember, these are just leaks and nothing is confirmed, but if this is true, some of the community haven’t taken the changes to Skull Town very well, with comments stating: “Ruined skulltown. Now its like mini skulltown.”

We’ll have to wait and see what happens to Kings Canyon in the future when official information is released. For now, check out the leaked map update for Storm Point.

The Apex Legends 1.96 update is here in Season 13 of the battle royale, and players are wondering what the patch has changed.

Apex Legends Season 13 is well underway and on May 23 the battle royale received a new update. Here are the patch notes for the Apex Legends 1.96 update.

Apex Legends Season 13 introduced a lot of change and new content such as Newcastle and the reworked ranked system.

Unfortunately, those on consoles have been having a tough time in the Ranked Leagues as the servers have been unstable with DDoS’ers crashing matches and ruining the experience.

As well as this, Newcastle’s Ultimate caused a bug with Wraith’s Phase, but luckily May 23 brought the 1.96 update to address the issue.

The Apex Legends 1.96 update is approximately 400MB on PC and 600MB on consoles.

Currently, there are no official patch notes from Respawn showing what the 1.96 update has done for the game. Having said that, we do have an idea based on known issues that are now fixed and a tweet from a dev.

Newcastle’s introduction in Season 13 brought a couple of issues, including an exploit for his own Ultimate ability. When Newcastle’s Castle Wall is placed, enemies that try to climb the walls are stunned and damaged by electricity.

Players noticed that this would cause damage to Wraith when she was in her Tactical ability, which is meant to make her invulnerable to all damage. This May 23 update has now fixed this issue according to a Tweet made by RSPN_Pav.

Not much else is known about the patch, but many suspect that it was simply just a hotfix to address this issue with Wraith. There are currently some bad server issues with players on consoles, as there is an exploit that some are using to crash servers.

Hopefully, this can be fixed as soon as possible, as it is causing massive issues for players in Ranked. We’ll be sure to update you on any new information on Apex Legends as it’s released.

Apex Legends Season 13 could be getting a summer-themed event for Season 13, as dataminers leak new details.

Apex Legends Season 13 has already offered a lot of new content for players and a new Ranked system to grind, which may improve you as a player.

Fans are always intrigued by leaked future content for the battle royale game, and it seems dataminers may have revealed a summer-themed Tiki event that could be arriving in Season 13.

What is Apex Legends’ Summer Tiki Event?

Apex Legends leaker Garret has revealed new leaked content that may imply a Summer Tiki event for Apex Legends in Season 13.

Not much is officially known about this event, but as Apex Legends usually gets a Summer of Plunder store sale, it’s likely that the devs will be doing something for the summer season.

In Garret’s video posted on May 19, the leaker revealed some unreleased summer-themed Weapon Charms found in the game’s files by dataminer HYPERMYST.

The Tiki theme comes from the design of the charms, which possess tropical island flowers, an exotic fruit, bamboo, bright colors, a beach umbrella, and just an overall Hawaiian vibe.

Garret believes this either implies that we will either be getting a summer-themed event or a store takeover.

The dataminer also found some more interesting Weapon Charms that further indicate some sort of summer-themed takeover. One of these charms is called “Nessie Float” in the game’s files, which definitely shares a beach/summer theme.

Not much is confirmed about the event, but it’s clear that the devs are working on something summer-themed, whether it be a bundle, store takeover, or thematic event.

We already have leaked information on the Collection Event for Season 13, which is rumored to be called Awakened and has an Anime theme, so it’s likely that this summer event will not be a collection.

As more information is revealed about this potential Apex Legends summer Tiki event, we will be sure to update this piece so stay tuned.
