Apex Legends Loba Buff idea would make respawning teammates insanely easier
An Apex Legends player has come up with an excellent buff idea for the character Loba, giving her an added dimension when it comes to respawning teammates.
The Apex Legends roster is consistently growing with every new season, with Seer being the latest to be introduced in Season 10.
However, some of the already present characters definitely still need some work to allow them to compete with some of the more meta Legends.
With that being said, one Apex Legends player has come up with a great idea for support Legend Loba which could make respawning teammates for her extremely easy.
Loba was introduced way back in Season 5 of Apex Legends, bringing a unique playstyle and set of abilities that focused on looting and escaping quickly, hence her “Translocating Theif” title.
Unfortunately, although she is a reasonably strong character, she has never really become a top-tier Legend, even within the Support category.
This is mostly because she doesn’t offer much else to the team apart from loot. In contrast, a support Legend like Lifeline can do something similar with her Ultimate and revive teammates efficiently and give them health.
One Apex Legend player may have come up with a buff idea that could bring her closer to elite status by giving her another dimension to her Ultimate ability.
Apex Legends Loba buff idea
Reddit user madglaz posted the idea in the ApexLegends subreddit: “Loba should be able to pick up banners with her ult.”
The post came with a photoshopped image showing Loba in her Black Market Ultimate ability with a picture of a payer’s banner next to it, conveying the Apex Legends Loba buff idea of allowing her to pick up teammate banners from her Ultimate.
This sounds reasonably balanced, as Loba’s Black Market doesn’t have crazy range. It also makes a loud noise and shockwave that enemies can see when she places it.
This Apex Legends Loba buff idea would technically make respawning teammates easier, but not to the extent to where it would be overpowered, as the hard part is actually respawning them using a beacon and making sure they stay alive.
Further, some comments under the post have suggested that the Black Market should have a “grab all team banners in range” button that then breaks the Black Market like it does when she steals items from the vaults.
This sounds like a great idea and something that Respawn could definitely implement into Loba’s arsenal, but we’ll have to wait and see what will happen in the future when it comes to the game possibly getting this kind of Apex Legends Loba buff.
