Apex Legends Season 14 is set to introduce a variety of buffs and nerfs which has pro TSM player ImperialHal believing the update will be broken.

Apex Legends Season 14 is almost upon players, and as we edge closer to the release date, EA have been trickling information about Vantage, buffs and nerfs, and Level Cap increase.

Players are excited for the update, especially after Apex has suffered from a noticeable lull towards the end of Season 13, with games like Fall Guys becoming more popular on Twitch.

With that said, Apex Legends pro ImperialHal has expressed his opinions on the new season, believing the season could be “broken,” but in a good way.

During a stream, ImperialHal stated that while he hasn’t seen all of the Season 14 changes, he has seen the Wingman, EVA-8, and the Care Package changes.

These changes are leading ImperialHal to feel excited about Season 14, stating that “it seems like next season is like turning into, like, what I kind of wanted in Apex, where, like, everything is kind of broken.”

The main reason for this is because he feels that the devs are putting so many guns on the ground that are “OP,” putting all of the less favorable guns in the Replicator and Care Package.

Ultimately, this is something that ImperialHal is looking forward to, feeling as if it’s better to have strong weapons available on ground loot rather than nerfing everything.

We’ll have to wait and see just how spot-on this opinion is after Season 14’s release, but the new Laser Sight attachment may also contribute to a close-range meta.
