Apex Legends Season 10 Emergence trailer hints at secret Seer ability
With the latest gameplay trailer being revealed, players were finally given a look at what to expect for Apex Legends Season 10: Emergence. Still, there seems to be a little hint towards a secret ability for Seer.
The latest trailer showed off some interesting new updates coming to Apex Legends in Season 10, which is set to release on August 3. Players got to see the new Rampage LMG, World’s Edge map changes, and a look at some of the new Arenas maps.
As well as all this, players also got to see Seer in action, which may have given away a secret ability of his that wasn’t disclosed during the EA Play Live event, where his abilities were explained.
Seer is Apex Legends’ latest Legend coming in Season 10, rivaling Bloodhound’s spot for the best Recon Legend in the game.
New Legend Seer is based around gaining knowledge about the enemy’s position, using his passive Heartbeat Sensor to track enemies, then unleashing his tactical moth drones to scan their movements.
Further, his ultimate, which creates a huge sphere from the moth drones, allows him to track enemy movements when inside the sphere, but not if they aren’t moving fast.
This adds up to Seer looking to be a powerful Recon Legend, especially in final circles with his ultimate, gaining knowledge on enemy positions for his team.
Apex Legends Seer: Secret ability
One thing that players have picked up on, however, is a portion of the trailer which showed Seer’s tactical ability stunning Valkyrie out of the air while she is using her Jet Pack.
This has made players speculate that Seers tactical will actually also act similarly to Revenant’s Silence, disabling enemy abilities for a short period of time.
This is very interesting, as it adds another dynamic to his playstyle, which could potentially be a reason for players to sway towards Seer over Bloodhound, as the ability to know enemies out of their abilities is very useful.
We’ll have more official information on Seer’s ability list very soon, so make sure to stay tuned on Charlie INTEL. For now, check out our article on the new cable car system coming in Season 10.
