Apex Legends Season 9: Legacy update crashes EA servers
With all the hype and hope for Apex Legends Legacy, it seems the demand is too high for EA to cope with the sheer amount of players trying to connect to the game’s servers.
Apex Legends Legacy update sees a huge amount of new content being added to the game. The update brings a brand new battle pass, a new Legend, 3v3 mode Arena, and a host of patch notes.
With players extremely eager to get onto the game now the update is out, it seems the servers are down, and players cannot log in.
Apex Legends Legacy server issues
Apex Legends Legacy update has brought hype and excitement to the gaming community for the last couple of months, with various trailers and teasers showing off the new weapon, Infested Olympus, and of course, Valkyrie.
Players are also eager to experience the new 3v3 mode, Arena, as fans have been teased with various content creators playtesting and being able to share their experience since the embargo was lifted on content a few days ago.
After downloading the update, it seems the whole community is experiencing issues to many players’ disappointment, unable to connect to EA’s notoriously bad servers.
Perhaps this is because of the high demand and amount of players attempting to login. However, some have even stated that EA’s Origin is down, so maybe it is a separate EA server issue.
How to fix the server issues
There’s not much anyone can do until Respawn brings about a fix, which it seems they are trying their best to do. At best, you can be patient, keep trying your luck, and you may even get on the server.
One thing for certain, it’s not your connection or area exclusively. Pretty much everyone in the US & UK is currently experiencing issues with the Apex Legends servers. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon, and we can enjoy Apex Legends Season 9 content.
