Titanfall maps coming to Apex Legends for new LTM according to leaks
According to Apex Legends dataminers, a handful of classic Titanfall 2 maps have been added to the game for an upcoming limited-time mode.
If you weren’t aware already somehow, Apex Legends is part of the Titanfall universe. Both Titanfall games, especially Titanfall 2, gained a dedicated fanbase thanks to their wall-running jetpack mechanics and huge Titan on Titan battles.
Apex Legends players are always desperate for more Titanfall content to arrive in Respawn Entertainment’s battle royale, and it seems the developers are actually porting over some classic maps for an upcoming LTM.
Apex Legends dataminer KralRindo claims to have revealed new additions to the game files following the most recent update, and discovered that there are “Capture Point locations added for another upcoming gamemode” and “they also added a lot of new maps for this ltm.”
Titanfall 2 maps leaked for Apex Legends
The leaker then listed all of the maps reportedly added to Apex Legends, and they’ll be particularly familiar to TItanfall 2 players. Here’s the full list:
- Exoplanet
- Homestead
- Angel City
- Black Water Canal
- Boneyard
- Crashsite
- Rise
- Eden
- Colony
All of these leaked maps are directly from Titanfall 2 and are set to arrive in this upcoming LTM. It’s most likely the ‘Ball Game’ LTM that leaked back in April, where players must bring a ball to Capture Points to score points.
This initial leak claimed the mode takes place on the Titanfall map Colony, so it’s likely that this is the LTM these maps have been added for.
Players are worried that these Titanfall maps might not translate over to Apex Legends, though. They were designed with wall-running in mind, so players are once again calling for wall-running to return or Respawn to adjust them accordingly.
Wall-running features in the Shadow Royale LTM, so there’s a slim chance it could return again.
While I am extremely elated to see these maps make a return, they were made with pilot movement in mind. They would need to largely adjust many of these in order for them to flow even half as good as they did in Titanfall. Still- great job Respawn, I hope they deliver on these.

The devs confirmed they planned on adding more Titanfall content after Season 11, but only “when it feels ready.” The Ball Game LTM could be the next wave of Titanfall content after Ash and the CAR SMG, but we’ll need to wait on official word from the devs.
If you’re looking for more LTMs in rotation you’re in luck as the Fight or Fright event has three LTMs rotating throughout October.
