Encountering Call of Duty: Warzone 2 server issues can be extremely frustrating as they prevent you from playing the game. Here’s Warzone 2’s current server status and how to check if the servers are down.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is in its fourth season with the mid-season Reloaded update on the horizon. Although players have been enjoying the new content, server issues have been a constant complaint since before the update.

Here’s everything you need to know about Warzone 2’s server status, and how to check whether the servers are down.

Are Warzone 2 servers down?

On June 21, 2023, the Warzone 2 devs confirmed that the servers are down as an issue is not allowing some players to log in to the game.

The devs are actively working to resolve the issue with the Warzone 2 servers that is preventing players from accessing the game. Here’s what they had to say: “We’re investigating an issue where some Players are unable to log in to Warzone and Modern Warfare II.”

Players have long complained about server issues across Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2. Hopefully, with the devs aware of the issue, a fix will arrive shortly and players will be able to get back into Warzone 2 matches.

How to check Warzone 2 server status

If you’re experiencing server problems with Warzone, we recommend checking out either the Activision Support Twitter page, Infinity Ward, Raven Software’s Twitter account, or CODUpdates.
