After Ubisoft’s RPG spree, Assassin’s Creed Mirage has gone back to its roots and it has already made it one of the most popular games this year. With a new and better parkour system, the game has been welcomed by fans of the series.

Just like any other game from the franchise, you will have a set of tools aiding you during your playthrough. You can use them during combat, or to create stealth-friendly openings in AC Mirage. Keep them upgraded and you will have a much easier time dealing with enemies in the game.

How can you upgrade tools in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?

To upgrade your tools in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you will have to interact with Abu Jafar in the hideout. This is a step that will unlock after you complete the prologue and the opening section of the game. Then you will be able to unlock the first hideout and interact with Abu Jafar.

Abu Jafar is the main upgrading vendor in AC Mirage. You will meet him in the beginning as he moves into the first Assassin hideout. Don’t worry about changing locations as he will remain there for the rest of your playthrough, and can only be accessed through the first hideout.

As you progress through the game, you will be able to unlock new tools that you can also upgrade through Abu Jafar in the hideout. As tools have three upgradable tiers, you can always upgrade your new tools to a better tier and make them even more potent for combat and stealth in the game.
