While the Warzone Season 6 meta continues to be dominated by weapons like Cold War’s MP5, Warzone star Aydan ‘Aydan’ Conrad has revealed his loadout for the Bullfrog SMG that granted him 51 kills.

The OTs 9 has been dominating Warzone in Season 6, but there are also some other SMGs that are worth checking out. One of these is the Bullfrog which boasts a large magazine size, decent range, and an impressive headshot multiplier.

This weapon received some praise from professional Warzone player Aydan, who revealed his high-speed Bullfrog loadout that granted him an impressive amount of kills in an intense game.

In his new video, Aydan brought up that various players are picking the OTs 9 and MP5 as their SMG choices in Season 6, but the Bullfrog caught his attention because of its mobility.

“I ended up trying the Bullfrog because you can run really quick with it. You can run Tiger Team and Bruiser Grip on it, and I like running around really fast. I think it’s super fun,” said the Warzone star.

Here is Aydan’s Bullfrog loadout:

  • Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
  • Barrel: 7.4″ Task Force
  • Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
  • Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock
  • Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip

This Bullfrog loadout focuses on maximizing the mobility of the weapon, as this will let you be more aggressive against your enemies. Aydan mentioned the Tiger Team Spotlight and Bruiser Grip because they improve the movement speed of the SMG.

The GRU Suppressor and 7.4″ Task Force give a boost to the Bullfrog’s punch by improving the bullet velocity and damage range. You can also use the sound suppression to stay hidden from enemies after firing a shot.

While most Bullfrog loadouts that opt for the 65 Rnd Mags, Aydan has switched this out for the KGB Skeletal Stock which lets you move at greater speeds when aiming down the sights and strafing.

The mobility that you get from this loadout makes it extremely useful in close-quarters combat as you’ll be harder to hit and will be able to move from one area to the next at greater speed. Aydan was able to secure 51 kills as a result.

So if you’re looking for a great alternative to the MP5 and OTs 9, you can try out Aydan’s high-speed Bullfrog loadout the next time you jump into Verdansk. We expect many of his followers to give it a go as well.

All Warzone Pacific Caldera POIs in real life: Capital, Resort, more

Warzone Pacific’s Caldera map appears to be inspired by several real life locations, so here’s every Caldera POI and its inspiration.

Movie Theater in Warzone Pacific Caldera

Similar to Verdansk, Warzone’s Pacific’s new Caldera map appears to be inspired by real locations from the Pacific and the Second World War. Here are all of the real-life locations that Caldera appears to be inspired by.

Many locations from Warzone’s original Verdansk map are inspired by real-life locations, such as the Stadium, Array, and Nakatomi Plaza. It appears that Raven Software has taken a similar approach with Caldera, plucking many of its POIs straight out of Hawaii.

Thanks to Reddit user Metaforze, we can see all of the locations that Warzone Pacific’s Caldera map appears to be inspired by, including the Capital City and Resort.

Caldera Capital – Ali’iolani Hale

Warzone Caldera Capital and Ali'iolani Hale building

The Capital POI is clearly inspired by the Ali’iolani Hale building in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii.

The building has roughly the same shape as Caldera’s capital building, with the buildings and balconies being in the exact same place. Plus, it even has the same clock tower with a flag pole mounted on top.

Caldera Peak – Haleakalā Observatory

Caldera Peak and Haleakalā Observatory

Caldera has much more elevation than Verdansk, and the highest point is marked by a “military battery installation” on top of a dormant volcano that appears to be inspired by the Haleakalā Observatory in Maui, Hawaii.

While not being an exact recreation, it’s likely that Haleakalā Observatory is a source of inspiration. The Observatory was built in the 60s but has a similar round shape and white color to Cladera’s Peak – plus it also lies on the summit of a dormant volcano.

Caldera Terminal – Ford Island Control Tower

Warzone Caldera Terminal tower and Ford Island Control Tower

Caldera’s airfield is overlooked by a tall control tower that bears a striking resemblance to the Ford Island Control Tower in Pearl Harbor.

Although not as tall or narrow, Caldera’s tower has the same red control room at the top, and platforms all the way up. Many Warzone players weren’t huge fans of Verdansk’s air traffic control tower, so hopefully, this is better received.

Caldera Royal Cabana Resort – Royal Hawaiian hotel

Warzone Royal Cabana Resort and Royal Hawaiian hotel

Warzone Pacific’s Royal Cabana Resort appears to be heavily inspired by the Royal Hawaiian hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Being similar in both shape and name, the Royal Cabana Resort has a similar bell tower to the Royal Hawaiian. We’ll need to wait until the map releases on December 8 to see if there are any more similarities.

Caldera Shark’s Lair Submarine Pen – Lorient Submarine Base

Caldera Shark's Lair Submarine Pen and Lorient Submarine Base

Caldera’s Shark’s Lair Submarine Pen, also included in Vanguard, is clearly inspired by the Lorient Submarine Base in Lorient, France.

This Submarine Base was used throughout the Second World War to harbor U-Boats, and it seems Raven Software has recreated it in the Pacific. It has almost exactly the same shape, with similar gunner mounts on top.

Caldera arrives with Warzone Pacific Season 1 on December 8, and it’s likely the community will find even more IRL locations once they’ve had proper time to explore.

Forgotten MW SMG still top-tier in Warzone Season 6

Warzone players are looking to send Verdansk off with a bang and there’s no better way to do that than with this forgotten MW Submachine Gun.

AUG warzone loadout

Utilizing this forgotten MW SMG is sure to bring back memories of Verdansk’s early days before players shift to Warzone Pacific: Caldera.

With so much focus on which weapons are “meta”, some pretty powerful options are often overlooked. Call of Duty data expert TrueGameData recently discovered the resurgence of a forgotten MW Submachine Gun.

The weapon in question is MW’s AUG. The data suggests that the AUG is still a force to be reckoned with. The AUG’s fire rate may not be as quick as other weapons in its class, even so, it is certainly one of the hardest-hitting SMGs around.

Modern Warfare AUG

The AUG had a brief moment of moderate usage as a weapon in Warzone until it disappeared altogether. With the TrueGameData loadout below the weapon can make a triumphant return.

If you’re looking to give the AUG a try you should know that it doesn’t feel like other Submachine Guns. The AUG is much less mobile and quick to fire than other MW Submachine Guns. This might throw you off for a match or two but once you get the hang of the AUG, you’ll be shredding in no time.

The loadout focuses on utilizing the AUG’s already amazing base damage capability. Accuracy, range, and damage may not be the first thing that comes to mind when using an SMG, but the AUG certainly brings these qualities to the table.

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Laser: Tac Laser
  • Optic: Solozero Optics Mini Reflex
  • Magazine: 5.56 NATO 30-Round Mags
  • Perk: Sleight of Hand

The 5.56 NATO 30-Round Mags might seem like a strange choice for a Warzone Submachine Gun. However, the Sleight of Hand perk will compensate for the below-average mag size.

This AUG can be utilized up close with a fantastic TTK or it could be used at greater distances. Thanks to the Solozero Optics Mini Reflex and Monolithic Suppressor, accuracy and damage range won’t suffer at medium range.

Of course, the Tac Laser is a Warzone staple as it boosts ADS speed and increases aiming stability.

Given that the AUG could perform well at medium range, this loadout is best complemented by a long-range rifle. In the video, TrueGameData opts for the Swiss K31. Use the AUG as sniper support and you’ll devastate Verdansk.

Warzone Pacific Caldera map introduces fascinating new use for Molotovs

Warzone Pacific’s map Caldera is almost here. The latest promotional video may have even hinted at a new use for Molotov Cocktails.

A new promotional video for Warzone Pacific Season 1 has revealed an interesting Molotov strategy that gives the equipment a new use.

Warzone and Vanguard’s first season is almost here, with players continuing to participate in the Secrets of the Pacific event on Verdansk.

The new update will be bringing many changes to Warzone. Although some are concerned about the Loadout Drop changes, many are excited for Warzone Pacific. As well as Gas Mask buffs, it seems the Molotov equipment will be getting a new use.

Warzone Molotov Cocktail

There’s been a lot of promotion for Warzone Pacific, with the official launch coming on December 8 for those with early access.

Players are excited to get to grips with the brand new map, Caldera, which is sure to have loads for players to discover.

We’ve had information on all the POIs that players will see, but a new promotion video posted by charlieINTEL on Twitter showed a “postcard from Caldera,” which may have hinted at a new use for the Molotov equipment.

Molotovs on Warzone Pacific Caldera map

Warzone pacific caldera

Molotovs have always been pretty great. Players will often use them to get enemies out of corners or even finish off downed players. They set the floor ablaze which acts as a trap for some time so that players can block paths as well.

Despite all these utilizations, Caldera may be bringing a brand new use for them. In the postcard, some information is detailed about an unknown person arriving on Caldera. They say that they have “discovered a fun trick with Molotovs: throw ’em into water and they become smoke grenades! Highly recommend”

This can’t be confirmed until the map is out, but it would make sense considering the developers have intentionally decided to include it within a promotional video for the new map.

Further, the fact that the unknown character on Caldera is highly recommending that players try this makes it even more likely.

We’re unsure how strong this strategy will be, but it’s interesting that Caldera will be offering new gameplay mechanics like this. Could there be more hidden features for players to find upon release?
