Baldur’s Gate 3: What are Hirelings?

Hirelings are preset characters that can be summoned and recruited to join your party in Baldur’s Gate 3. In order to hire them, you’ll need to be at least Level 3 and have access to talk to Withers.

Withers will revive companions, respec classes, and hire Hirelings for the amount of 100 Gold Coins. You can summon them to replace lost companions, or even create an entire custom party without having to use characters from the Origins roster.
