Baldur’s Gate 3: How to complete Sarin’s skeleton puzzle

Baldur’s Gate 3 has a huge number of hidden side quests that players can unlock after examining items. Finding Sarin’s puzzle in the Undercity Ruins will come as a surprise, but finding her skeleton and skull will let you earn great rewards in Act 3.

Where to find Sarin’s skull in Baldur’s Gate 3
You can first find Sarin’s skull while exploring the Undercity Ruins in Baldur’s Gate 3, hiding in a pouch in X: -156, Y:946.
After picking up the skull, a Headless Ghost will begin to follow you in the sewers, and will only disappear when the party leaves the area or the skull is sent to camp. To make it disappear completely and collect your rewards, you’ll need to find Sarin’s skeleton.
Where to find Sarin’s skeleton in Baldur’s Gate 3
In Baldur’s Gate 3, Sarin’s skeleton is in the Lower City Sewers, at the coordinates X: -123, Y:831. Her coffin is guarded by the mad sorcerer Aelis and his grease elementals, and after talking to him, you’ll realize that Sarin was his ally and was murdered by the Cult of the Absolute.
You can convince him to let you go to the skeleton with a 20 Charisma Check, but if you fail, he will start a fight. However, you can get to the room where the skeleton is with a high jump range or Misty spell. Keep in mind that you don’t have to step on the grease for Aelis not to notice you.
After reaching the coffin, you can insert Sarin’s skull into its skeleton to complete the quest and earn your reward.
Baldur’s Gate 3: Sarin’s puzzle rewards
After finishing Sarin’s skeleton puzzle in Baldur’s Gate 3, you will receive a rare Magic Amulet. This Amulet will grant you the Innate Fortitude passive, which will allow you to use a reaction to make one of our Attack Rolls, or Saving Throws an Advantage once per Long Rest.
