When you get into the Storage room, you’ll meet a Tiefling called Pandirna sitting in front of a crate. After communicating with the rat, you’ll discover that “the evil thing” is in the crate right behind her.
If you talk to Pandirna, she’ll tell you that she drank a potion that has weakened her legs and she can’t move. When Pandirna is facing away from you arranging her belongings, you can try to open quickly The Pantry Chest. You can also use a blind spot that’s in the room’s corner, and discreetly open the chest while in Stealth mode.
