Baldur’s Gate 3 players are hyped as the devs have confirmed in an interview that they are working on new endings that are “really evil.”

Baldur’s Gate 3 has been the pinnacle of RPG gaming in 2023 after its massive success in getting the Game of the Year award. With its impeccable turn-based combat and intricate characters, players have claimed it to be one of Larian’s finest works to date.

Although the news of Baldur’s Gate 3 devs not planning to make any sequel or DLC for the game has been spreading like wildfire, founder Swen Vincke has some good news as the devs are working on new endings for the game.

In an interview with IGN, founder Swen Vincke confirmed: “So they’re working on the evil endings right now. I’ve seen some of them. They’re really evil. So the evil players will be satisfied with that.”

Baldur’s Gate 3 players all over the internet are hyped up about this information, as some players are excited to try out new evil runs in the game. “As an evil Durge fan, hell yes. This kinda offsets the no DLC news tbh. Gratifying endings give a game so much replayability.”

Evil playthroughs in Baldur’s Gate 3 have always been a massive aspect of the gameplay experience as the game paints an entirely different and horrific picture for such players depending on their choices. Some might suffer the loss of their companions, while others gain access to dark evil powers in exchange for freedom.

Players who chose the Absolute ending were left wanting more content as they didn’t receive any epilogue as in the good ending. However, now they can rejoice as the devs have planned to include new ending material for their playthrough.
