The reveal trailer for Battlefield 2042 has the excitement for the newest entry in the franchise at an all-time high. Players have now officially gotten their first look at how the gameplay will look in Battlefield 2042.

Battlefield 2042 has officially been revealed, and the community can’t get enough of all of the exciting details that are now available for the public to digest, such as the differences for the game between current and last generation consoles, how the multiplayer specialists will operate, and when the open beta will be arriving.

However, fans still wait to see official gameplay footage of the game and what it will look like when they jump into the highly-anticipated entry in the fan-favorite franchise later this year. Luckily, the official Battlefield 2042 gameplay reveal trailer has now been released for the public to enjoy.

The Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase showed off the action-packed Battlefield gameplay reveal trailer during E3 2021 on June 13, and you can see all of the adrenaline-fueled footage below:

The new Battlefield 2042 gameplay trailer gave fans a first look at the new mechanics, systems, and more of the game in action.

The trailer also showcased a look at the new weapon system, which allows players to change the attachments on the fly.

This is one of the new innovations DICE is bringing to the Battlefield franchise when the game launches later this year.

More information on Battlefield 2042 is expected at EA PLAY LIVE on July 22, where the third mode, currently redacted, will be revealed.

There were potential rumors of Battlefield 2042 being part of Xbox Games Pass at launch, but Microsoft has revealed that it will not be one of the titles on Game Pass on Day 1. The game has only a MP mode and is available for pre-order at $59.99 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and $10 more expensive on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

There will be an Open Beta for Battlefield 2042 closer to launch.
