The meta in Black Ops Cold War has changed massively thanks to the introduction of the PPSH-41 SMG. The devastating gun has the potential to be the best gun in Cold War, so let’s make it so with the best Cold War PPSH-41 loadout.

The base version of the PPSH-41 is already a ferocious entity that can rip through a whole team in seconds.

Once you start slapping on some awesome attachments and equipping the right perks, then your performance really will boil down to your skill in Black Ops Cold War.

Unlocking the PPSH-41 is easy enough, but use the best Cold War PPSH-41 loadout to truly master it and take down all of your enemies with ease.

Best Cold War PPSH-41 loadout attachments

It goes without saying that to replicate this loadout, you will need the Gunfighter Wildcard equipped to allow for 8 attachments.

  • Optic: Microflex LED
  • Muzzle: KGB Eliminator
  • Barrel: 15.7″ Task Force Barrel
  • Body: KGB Target Designator
  • Underbarrel: Spetznaz Grip
  • Mag: Fast Mag
  • Handle: Speed Grip
  • Stock: Raider Stock

We want the Microflex LED optic for a clean sight, and we want an even bigger reduction in recoil with the KGB Eliminator.

We get a big damage boost from the 15.7″ Task Force barrel at little cost to anything else, and the KGB Target Designator keeps up the KGB theme because we like its Reveal Distance abilities.

The Spetsnaz Grip aids the transformation of the PPSH into a laser, whereas we’ve applied a Fast Mag because we feel the clip size is already generous.

We’ve gone for the trusty Speed Grip to boost ADS time and the Raider Stock to allow us more freedom to run around and still instantly snap onto an enemy.

Best perks to run with Cold War PPSH-41 class

  • Perk 1: Tactical Mask
  • Perk 2: Assassin
  • Perk 3: Gung-Ho

Lots of this class will involve running, so chances are you’re going to run into a pesky Gas Mine (or nine), so the Tactical Mask will make you immune to its irritating effects.

Regardless of your ability, you’re going to be scoring a few kills with the best Cold War PPSH-41 loadout, so Assassin will earn you some valuable points – make sure you have the right Scorestreaks equipped.

Gung-Ho allows for lots of running, reloading on the move, quick weapon switching, and necessity.
