10 Best Drift Cars in GTA Online

Players who want to show off how talented they are at drifting will want to use the best drift cars that GTA Online has to offer.

Published

on

GTA Online has a vast array of the best cars that players can use to traverse Los Santos at incredible speeds and get into all sorts of trouble when driving, especially when it comes to wanting to drift.

It doesn’t get much better than speeding down a road and executing some exciting drifting to get the blood pumping and show off for any other players who may be watching the skilled driving display you are putting on.

Thanks to some drifting tests and displays from YouTuber StevieWunderkid, here are the 10 best drift cars in GTA Online.

Best Drift Cars in GTA Online

10. Karin Futo

Best Drift Cars in GTA Online Karin Futo

Players will find that the Karin Futo is the best bang for their buck when it comes to having strong drifting capabilities without breaking the bank on a new set of wheels.

It’s one of the easier GTA online drifting cars to learn how to use, which means it’s perfect for beginners looking to hone their skills and can be bought at Southern San Andreas Super Autos.

9. Vulcar Nebula Turbo

Best Drift Cars in GTA Online Vulcar Nebula Turbo

The Vulcar Nebula Turbo is another underrated drift car in the world of GTA Online and is a low-skill level vehicle for players to try out drifting at lower speeds, but will not hold up so well when drifting at higher speeds.

You can find the Vulcar Nebula Turbo with the Karin Futo at Southern San Andreas Super Autos.

8. Declasse Drift Yosemite

Best Drift Cars in GTA Online Declasse Drift Yosemite

We now get to the first truck on the list with the Declasse Drift Yosemite. This muscle vehicle can also be purchased at Southern San Andreas Super Autos and is similar to the Karin Futo and Vulcar Nebula Turbo in that it excels at drifting at lower speeds.

However, it performs much better than the previous two GTA Online drift cars at higher speeds, so players looking for not too high-skill-level drifting vehicles that can perform when going fast will be happy with the Declasse Drift Yosemite.

7. Vapid Imperator

Best Drift Cars in GTA Online Vapid Imperator

Our next vehicle is the Vapid Imperator, and it will burn a bigger hole in your GTA Online wallet than the previous cars on this list when you go to the Arena War website to purchase this set of wheels.

However, this higher price will provide you with much more power and very smooth handling that will allow any player to flying around corners like an expert drifter.

6. Schyster Fusilade

Best Drift Cars in GTA Online Schyster Fusilade

Power is the name of the game for the Schyster Fusilade, especially when it comes to the price of this vehicle compared to others that provide the same level of drifting capability. It is not the best for lower-skilled drifters and would be better suited for those who have had some time perfecting this craft.

If the Schyster Fusilade is calling your name, you can try and find it on the streets of Los Santos or visit Southern San Andreas Super Autos to add it to your collection.

5. Willard Faction

Best Drift Cars in GTA Online Willard Faction

It is hard to find a better-looking vehicle than a traditional muscle car, and the Willard Faction provides this signature look with some impressive drifting capabilities. Its heavier frame allows players to excel in pulling off longer slides that will undoubtedly go well in any highlight video.

Benny’s Original Motor Works is the place to go if you are looking to secure the Willard Faction and see why it is one of the best GTA Online drifting cars.

4. Benefactor Schwartzer

 Benefactor Schwartzer

Those looking to snag a high-quality drifting car for cheap should look no further than the Benefactor Schwartzer, as this sports car combines affordability with power and smoothness that vehicles in a similar price range do not possess.

The streets of Los Santos or Southern San Andreas Super Autos are the places to look if you are looking to check out and purchase the Benefactor Schwartzer.

3. Bravado Redwood Gauntlet

 Bravado Redwood Gauntlet

Having a light frame allows the Bravado Redwood Gauntlet to shine when it comes to performing high-level drifting. This light amount of weight may cause some headaches when it comes to getting used to it, but some practice will have you flying around corners with precision.

Returning players can get the Bravado Redwood Gauntlet for free, and it is also available for purchase at Southern San Andreas Super Autos.

2. Bravado Banshee 900R

Bravado Banshee 900R

One of the most used and best drifting vehicles that players can get their hands in the popular Rockstar Games title is the Bravado Banshee 900R. Its insane power allows it to drift exceptionally well at top speeds, but its combination of performing drifting maneuvers at even low speeds makes the Bravado Banshee 900R one of the top choices for drifters.

Benny’s Original Motor Works is where you will need to make your way to if you want to get this vehicle at its highest drifting potential.

1. Dewbauchee Rapid GT

Dewbauchee Rapid GT

Balance makes the Dewbauchee Rapid GT what many consider to be the best of the best for drifting vehicles. Its more stable power compared to the Bravado Banshee 900r allows players to have much more control than the previous vehicle on this list, which can sometimes get out of control when you compare it to the Dewbauchee Rapid GT.

The Dewbauchee Rapid GT can be purchased at Legendary Motorsport for not too much money when you consider the top-of-the-line drifting capabilities that you are getting for the price tag.

Who is the most popular Apex Legends character? Season 10 pick rates

Apex Legends Season 10 is well into its stride, but who has dominated the pick rates for Season 10 of Respawn’s battle royale?

Published

on

apex legends map

Season 10 is one of Apex Legends’ biggest ever seasons, and it’s welcomed the popular character Seer. But who has the highest pick rates in Season 10 of Respawn Entertainment’s battle royale shooter?

Apex Legends hit the ground running when it launched with eight different characters to choose from in its rival battle royale offering. The game suffered a notable lull when Call of Duty: Warzone launched, but with many players now jumping ship to Respawn’s game, Apex Legends Season 10 is arguably its biggest ever!

There are now a whopping 18 different Legends to choose from, giving players a headache before each game. The newest one is Seer, and after a dominating start to Season 10, the 1.78 update has seen him receive a significant nerf. This has completely changed the game’s pick rates and made the Season 10 meta open again.

Between the Arenas mode and Ranked Leagues to compete in, thousands of matches have already been logged in Season 10, and we will break down and find the Legends with the highest pick rates in Season 10.

Apex Legends Season 10 pick rate ranked list

apex legends map and backdrop

This is our complete list of every character pick in Apex Legends, and we’ve ranked them in ascending order to let you know which are favored more.

Here is every Apex Legends pick rate in Season 10 ranked, as of September 24, 2021, according to Apex Legends Status:

  1. Octane – 14.6%
  2. Wraith – 11.4%
  3. Pathfinder – 9.9%
  4. Bloodhound – 9.1%
  5. Lifeline – 8.4%
  6. Valkyrie – 5.2%
  7. Bangalore – 5.1%
  8. Horizon – 4.6%
  9. Seer – 4.4%
  10. Rampart – 4.3%
  11. Loba – 4.2%
  12. Fuse – 3.7%
  13. Caustic – 3.5%
  14. Mirage – 3.2%
  15. Gibraltar – 2.7%
  16. Revenant – 2.6%
  17. Wattson – 1.6%
  18. Crypto – 1.6%

5. Lifeline – 8.4%

lifeline in Apex Legends Season 10

Just clocking in at the number five spot is Lifeline. Everyone’s favorite healer takes up 8.4% of the Apex Legends’ picks, and for good reason too.

One of the big things that separates Apex Legends from other battle royale games is its lenience towards reviving – specifically Knockdown Shields. It provides lots of time to revive teammates and Lifeline can take advantage of this.

Her Drone of Compassion (or D.O.C) abilities can heal players over time and even revive them without needing Lifeline to do it. Her Care Package Ultimate is a bit weak, but overall, she is a great addition to any team.

4. Bloodhound – 9.1%

apex legends bloodhound character

Again, with the influx of new Apex Legends players, Bloodhound is a great character to use for new players in Season 10.

With nearly a 12% pick rate at the beginning of Season 9, Bloodhound has dipped a bit to 9.1% but still remains the third-most picked Legend. Their pick rate is rising slowly thanks to the alterations to Seer, meaning that Bloodhound is the top Recon class to use in Apex Legends.

Their tracking tools and skills are incredible, and the fleet of foot provided by their Beast of the Hunt Ultimate is priceless.

3. Pathfinder – 9.9%

pathfinder giving a thumbs up in apex legends

A beneficiary of the Seer nerfs, Pathfinder has become a part of Apex Legends’ top five picks at 9.9% and counting.

As a Recon class, Pathfinder simply excels in movements and traversing the game’s various maps. His Grappling Hook and Zipline Gun are simply invaluable assets that will help any team in a pinch – either because of the circle or a third-party situation.

2. Wraith – 11.4%

apex legends wraith character

Another starting legend, Wraith possessed a very high pick rate of nearly 14% during Season 9 and is still currently well-selected backed at 11.4%.

Wraith’s stand-out features are her ability to get out of trouble very quickly – teammates included. Her abilities allow her to sense danger, become temporarily invulnerable, and create portals to escape predicaments. It’s easy to see why Wraith continues to be an absolute fan-favorite in Apex Legends Season 10.

1. Octane – 14.6%

apex legends octane character

The king is back on his throne as the game’s number one pick. Although his pick rate isn’t quite in the 20% region like in Season 9, his still undisputedly the primary selection, and rising, at 14.6%.

Aside from his amusing quips, he is the perfect balance of offense and defense. Despite being regarded as an offensive Legend, Octane can greatly increase his sprint speed which is useful for both attack and running away. But most Octane users thrive on his Launch Pad Ultimate which can send him, and friendly players, high up into the air.

You can use this to sneak attack players, reach high-up spots for beacons, escape battles, or use it as a way to get back into the playing zone.

That covers all the picks in Apex Legends Season 10. As always, buffs and nerfs will come and go throughout the season, affecting the game’s meta, and subsequently, Legend pick rates.

We’ll be sure to keep this updated regularly so you can stay on top of the in picks, and don’t forget to check out our tier list of every Apex Legends weapon. Also, read about the potential incomings in Apex Legends Season 11.

Fortnite Upgrade Bench

There are several ways to upgrade your weapons in Fortnite Season 8, so here are all of the Upgrade Bench locations and where you can find Weapon-o-Matic machines to purchase higher rarity guns.

Looting and crafting the best weapons possible is a significant factor in winning a game of Fortnite. All the builds in the world can’t save you if you can’t defend yourself, after all.

Fortnite is a battle royale, so there will always be some luck in finding the best weapons. However, you can eliminate some of this RNG and build the best loadout possible through upgrading and crafting.

Here’s everything you need to know about upgrading weapons in Fortnite Season 8:

Fortnite Season 8 Upgrade Bench locations

Once you’ve found an Upgrade Bench, you need to approach it, press interact, and follow the prompt to upgrade your weapon’s rarity. But, it comes at a price.

Gold is now Fortnite’s currency, and you’ll need to spend it on upgrading your weapons in matches. Upgrade your weapon a couple of times can get pricey very quickly, so you need to decide if it’s worth all of the hard-earned cash.

Here’s how much it costs to upgrade your weapons in Fortnite:

  • Common (grey) > Uncommon (green) = 200 Gold Bars
  • Uncommon (green) > Rare (blue) = 300 Gold Bars
  • Rare (blue) > Epic (purple) = 400 Gold Bars
  • Epic (purple) > Legendary (orange) = 500 Gold Bars

Fortnite Weapon-o-Matic Vending Machine locations

If you need a quick weapon fix, Weapon-o-Matic Vending Machines can offer you a cheap alternative – if you’re lucky enough to find one. You won’t need to fork out hundreds of Gold to upgrade, but you can only do so the right upgrade is available.

It only costs 50 Gold Bars to purchase a new weapon from a Weapon-o-Matic machine, so it will be well worth your time checking what they have in stock.

You can check out the map above for every Weapon-o-Matic Vending Machine location.

How to craft weapons in Fortnite Season 8

Fortnite crafting guide

Crafting has also returned in Fortnite Season 8 and can be a great way to build yourself some special weapons. All you need is a base weapon and Nuts and Bolts or Cube Monster Parts.

You can find the Nuts and Bolts all around the Fortnite island in chests and toolboxes, and the Cube Monster Parts are gained by defeating Sideways Monsters. Once you have these parts, here’s what you can craft:

  • Pump Shotgun + Nuts and Bolts: Charge Shotgun
  • Lever Action Shotgun + Nuts and Bolts: Charge Shotgun
  • Assault Rifle + Nuts and Bolts: Suppressed Assault Rifle
  • Burst Assault Rifle + Nuts and Bolts: Suppressed Assault Rifle
  • Submachine Gun + Nuts and Bolts: Rapid Fire SMG
  • Assault Rifle + Cube Monster Parts: Sideways Rifle
  • Burst Assault Rifle + Cube Monster Parts: Sideways Rifle

How to upgrade Sideways Weapons in Fortnite Season 8

Fortnite Sideways weapons

The Sideways spawns in a new area every game, and it can be very lucrative if you’re looking to upgrade your weapons. By using Cube Monster Parts on Sideways Weapons, you can upgrade the weapon’s rarity.

This starts cheap but quickly gets expensive, so you’ll need to take down quite a few Cube Monsters to upgrade these weapons.

Here’s how to upgrade Sideways Weapons in Fortnite Season 8:

  1. Enter the Sideways
  2. Open Sideways chests to get a Sideways Weapon
  3. Defeat Sideways Monsters and collect Cube Monster Parts
  4. Open up the Crafting Menu
  5. Craft the upgrade like you would a normal weapon

And that’s everything you need to know about upgrading weapons in Fortnite Season 8! You can also check out how to complete the Weekly Character Punchcard Quests.
