Here’s some of the best loadouts to use for the Milano 821 in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
The Milano 821 is one of the most vibrant new submachine guns in Black Ops Cold War. It offers a decent 32 round magazine, paired with excellent hipfire accuracy and mobility.
According to YouTuber Drift0r, the Milano’s best trait is it’s hipfire, which is extremely accurate. The weapon does have a downside in bullet velocity, which is extremely slow. You can watch his breakdown and review in the video below.
The Class Setup
- Muzzle: Sound Suppressor – This suppressor removes muzzle flash and hides you from the radar while firing.
- Body: Swat 5MW Laser Sight – 35% boost to hipfire accuracy, with a minimal 8% decrease to aim down sight speed.
- Underbarrel: Foregrip – 15% horizontal recoil control, can never go wrong with less recoil.
- Magazine: 55 Round Drum – A much larger magazine, raising the base magazine size from 32 rounds to 55. 15% Aim down sight time reduction.
- Handle: SASR Jungle Grip – 80% flinch resistance makes flinch virtually absent. Adds 15% Aim Down Sight time, eliminating the penalty from the magazine. Adds an additional 12% Sprint to fire time.
Tips for the field
- Hipfire – The milano is the best weapon for accurate hipfire shots. If you’re close to an enemy, don’t worry about missing hipfire shots. It’s extremely accurate and makes for a solid weapon to finish off foes.
- Run Gung-Ho – Since you’ll be doing plenty of hipfiring, you’ll need as much accuracy as possible while moving. Gung-ho will help you with this, and will even give you a boost in accuracy while sliding and shooting.
- Be prepared – The slow bullet velocity and fire rate makes this weapon underwhelming at range. If you’re about to get into a longer range fight, be sure to already be aimed down sights and aiming at head height before an enemy player can get an edge on you.
- Play Stealth – Since you won’t be detected on the radar, flanking enemies and being a nuisance in their base will be your best play. Get up close and personal. Pick off targets fast, then run away without anyone noticing.
