Best Warzone FTAC Recon loadout attachments
- Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor L
- Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
- Magazine: 15 Round Mag
- Stock: Demo Precision Elite Factory
- Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x
The best FTAC Recon Warzone loadout uses the VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor L muzzle to buff bullet velocity and damage range, while also providing some added recoil control. The Bruen Heavy Support Grip helps greatly when it comes to staying on target while spamming the trigger, providing a boost to gun kick control, aiming idle sway, horizontal recoil control, and firing aim stability.
When using the FTAC Recon, I found the major downside to be the magazine size, as the largest you can get is the 15 Round Mag. However, paired with the Sleight of Hand Perk, so long as you’re accurate it’s more than enough to get the job done.
When it comes to the stock, you’ll want the Demo Precision Elite Factory, which further aids recoil control to help you hit consecutive bullets, which is vital for a semi-automatic weapon. Lastly, to take on those long-ranged gunfights, the Corio Eagleseye 2.5x is an ideal optic.
Best Warzone FTAC Recon Perks & equipment
- Perk 1: Mountaineer
- Perk 2: Sleight of Hand
- Perk 3: Tempered
- Perk 4: High Alert
- Lethal: Semtex
- Tactical: Smoke Grenade
When it comes to Perks, Mountaineer is a strong option as it allows you to drop from greater heights, while Sleight of Hand is a must with the FTAC Recon due to its low mag size.
Tempered will allow you to plate up faster, only needing to put two armor plates in for full shield as opposed to three, while High Alert is a personal favorite of mine, providing intel on when and where you’ve been spotted from.
As for Equipment, you can’t go wrong with a Semtex for aggressive plays, while the Smoke Grenade provides balance, as it’s a great defensive option to gain some cover when you need it.
How to unlock the FTAC Recon in Warzone
You can unlock the FTAC Recon in MW3 and Warzone by progressing through the MW2 M4 Platform, and it will be unlocked as soon as you rank the M4 up to Level 13.
Best FTAC Recon alternatives in Warzone
If you’re looking for a viable alternative to the FTAC Recon in Warzone then we recommend trying the SOA Subverter and the BAS-B. Or, if you’re looking for something slightly different, give the Bruen Mk9 LMG a go, as it’s one of the best weapons in the game.
