The Diamatti is a reliable handgun ideal for close combat and it remains a viable option during Warzone Pacific Season 1. Here’s the best Warzone Diamatti loadout that will allow you to mow down enemies in close-quarters combat.
The close-range meta for Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific has a good deal of variety right now in Season 1, with the Diamatti Pistol from Black Ops Cold War being an excellent choice for players when it comes to their secondary weapon, especially if you are running a Ghost class.
If you’re looking to make this handgun your trusty side-arm during close encounters, then you will want to make sure you have the best Warzone Pacific Diamatti loadout built for your class.
Here are the attachments and perks you will need to use to have the best Warzone Pacific Diamatti loadout ready for battle.

Best Warzone Pacific Diamatti loadout attachments
- Muzzle: Agency Supressor
- Barrel: 7.2″ Task Force
- Laser: SWAT 5mw Laser Sight
- Ammunition: STANAG 30 Rnd
- Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap
The Diamatti was once considered overpowered when it first dropped in Warzone, but it has since received a few buffs and nerfs in recent seasons. Although it isn’t considered OP anymore, it still absolutely shreds on Rebirth Island. Players who prefer the Rebirth Island map should give this Diamatti loadout a try.
We’ll start with the Agency Suppressor Muzzle attachment, which will give you a big boost in vertical recoil control all while keeping your shots off of the minimap.
Next, we’ll use the 7.2″ Task Force Barrel to improve the Diamatti’s damage range and bullet velocity significantly. This will make the weapon ideal for close-quarters and medium-range encounters so that you don’t get overwhelmed by foes.
While the handgun has precise accuracy, you’ll be firing from the hip in certain close-range combat situations, so we recommend equipping the SWAT 5mw Laser Sight to increase hip-fire accuracy.
Finally, we’ll cap off the best Warzone Diamatti loadout with the STANAG 30 Round Mag to make sure you do not run out of bullets in the middle of a fight and the Serpent Wrap Rear Grip attachment to boost your aim down sight speed.
Best Perks to use with Warzone Diamatti class
- Perk 1: E.O.D
- Perk 2: Ghost
- Perk 3: Battle Hardened
Many battles on Caldera or Rebirth Island will have enemies throwing explosives at you. Using E.O.D. will allow you to take less damage from enemy explosives and help you stay in the fight longer.
Using the Best Warzone Diamatti loadout means you do not have to worry about using Overkill and can focus on utilizing the power of Ghost, which will keep you from appearing on enemy UAVs and Heartbeat Sensors.
Another bonus of using this Black Ops Cold War pistol as your main secondary weapon is that you do not need to use Amped to increase your weapon swap speed, as it is already fast enough for Pistols.
This will allow you to use Battle Hardened to reduce the effectiveness of enemy stun and flash grenades, which can be the difference between winning and losing a fight.
Most recent Diamatti buffs and nerfs
Raven Software haven’t made any major changes to the Diamatti Pistol in some time, but we will update this section with any new buffs or nerfs if they are applied in the future.
How to unlock the Diamatti in Warzone Pacific
Players will first need to unlock this Pistol if they want to create the best Warzone Diamatti loadout. Interested individuals can unlock this weapon by reaching Level 49 in either Warzone or Black Ops Cold War.
Consider using a Double XP token and this Rebirth Island strategy to fully level weapons up in 30 minutes.
Best Diamatti alternatives for Warzone Pacific
There are very few weapons in the Pistol category that are dominating Warzone Pacific at the moment. If you want to stick to a Pistol and still be able to use Ghost with your first loadout then Vanguard’s 1911 Pistol and Top Break Pistol are fine candidates.
To replace the Diamatti, you’ll definitely want something that fires bullets quickly, so check out our guide to Warzone’s fastest killing weapons with the lowest TTK.

What is Warzone’s Serpentine Perk: How it works
Warzone Season 3 Reloaded will bring the Serpentine Perk to help players counter snipers. Here’s how the Serpentine Perk works in the BR.
Warzone Season 3 Reloaded is almost here, with the next major update to arrive on May 25. The update will bring the Serpentine Perk into the game, so here’s how the Perk works in Warzone.
On top of the new H4 Blixen SMG and the Underground Transit System, Season 3 Reloaded is set to introduce a new Perk to Warzone. The Serpentine Perk is from Vanguard and it has the potential to shake up the Perk meta in Season 3 Reloaded.
What is Warzone’s Serpentine Perk
Warzone’s Serpentine Perk reduces incoming damage from bullets, explosives, and fire by 20% while sprinting.
Warzone players are already speculating that the Serpentine Perk will be a powerful and popular choice in the Perk 1 slot. Essentially, the Perk will make players harder to kill while they’re on the move.
Although Sniper Rifles received a major change in Season 3, where only a handful can now one-shot to the head at any range, the Warzone team wants to see more counterplay, and this is where the Serpentine Perk from Vanguard comes in.
Similar to how High Alert counters Dead Silence, Raven’s Ted Timmins expects Serpentine to counter Sniper Rifles, by limiting the chances of getting killed by a long-range Sniper bullet while you’re running around Caldera.
A Call of Duty blog released on May 23 also confirmed that “a snake indicator will pop up after hitting someone who has Serpentine.” This clear feedback will allow the shooter to adjust and decide whether to continue firing or reposition.
Plus, Serpentine will arrive as ground loot in Season 3 Reloaded. Raven didn’t want players to feel like they had to give up their favorite Perk to use Serpentine. Timmins thinks that players will have the opportunity to grow to love it over time, and might give it a permanent spot in their loadout if they find unexpected success with it.
The Warzone Season 3 Reloaded update will hit the battle royale on May 25, and in the meantime, you can check out what High Value Loot Zones are in Warzone Season 3.

Warzone expert reveals the “most overpowered” loadout for Season 3
Warzone expert WhosImmortal reveals his best loadout for Season 3 which possesses an “interesting” combination of weapons.
Popular Call of Duty: Warzone content creator WhosImmortal has shared what he believes is the “most overpowered” loadout for Caldera in Season 3.
With Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded going live soon, introducing some new content such as the Underground Transit System on Caldera, many may still be wondering what the best loadout is for Season 3.
Overkill is one of the most popular Perks in the game, but since the Snipers were drastically nerfed and are about to get worse with the Serpentine Perk, many have been wondering whether it is worth using.
Luckily, WhosImmortal has revealed his “most overpowered” loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 3 which doesn’t require Overkill.
WhosImmortal Warzone Pacific Season 3 loadout
The STG44 is obviously very dominant at the moment, as the content creator states that the “TTK is great, but the control is also great…which is why it’s essentially the best Primary in the game right now,” especially with these attachments:
- Muzzle: MX Suppressor
- Barrel: VDD 760mm O5B
- Optic: G16 2.5
- Stock: VDD 27 Precision
- Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
- Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags
- Ammunition: Lengthened
- Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
- Perk 1: Nerves of Steel
- Perk 2: Fully Loaded
The most interesting aspect of the loadout is the secondary, the AMP. WhosImmortal states that he usually uses the Owen Gun, which has been one of the most popular weapons in Warzone Season 3. However, for this loadout, he’s opting for the AMP from Black Ops Cold War, which is an interesting choice as it’s not a gun that’s associated with the meta.
The Warzone content creator states that it’s great for this loadout as a “pocket SMG,” and although it won’t kill as quickly as the Owen Gun, “it’s got great mobility and it can do well up close.”
WhosImmotal opts for the following attachments on his AMP in this loadout:
- Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 6.4″ Task Force
- Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
- Magazine: STANAG 30 Rnd
- Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap
The main benefit of running the AMP is that it’s a true Secondary, allowing players to choose a different Perk 2 such as Restock, Tempered, or even High Alert instead of Overkill. This means that players can focus on engagements much earlier without having to wait for their second Loadout Drop.
The Perks WhosImmortal has chosen for this loadout are:
- Perk 1: Cold Blooded
- Perk 2: Restock
- Perk 3: Amped
Amped is important as it allows you to switch weapons faster to finish off kills when you’ve emptied a clip. Cold Blooded is a great counter for Combat Scout, and Restock keeps you loaded up on Equipment.

It’s definitely worth giving this loadout a try if you have the attachments to do so, as WhosImmortal was able to get his personal best in kills for Caldera with it.
If you’d like to try this loadout, but need to level up the STG44 or AMP, check out when the next Double XP event is to help you out.

What are High Value Loot Zones in Warzone Season 3?
Warzone Season 3 Reloaded introduces High Value Loot Zones, special areas that include powerful loot, rare items, and plenty of cash.
Warzone Season 3 Reloaded is set to be one of the most game-changing updates in recent memory, and the introduction of High Value Loot Zones may prove to be one of the biggest additions in the update.
When you land in Warzone, the aim of the early game is to loot up. That means hunting for valuable ground loot, or opening supply boxes in the hopes of pulling out a high-rarity item.
Because the early game is so crucial, many players like to drop in the same location every time. While the loot available in these POIs is never the exact same, it’s useful to find an area where a decent amount of loot spawns and head to that spot.
With that in mind, Warzone developers Raven Software are trying to pry players away from landing in the same place repeatedly, and the arrival of High Value Loot Zones may just be the perfect way to do that.
What are Warzone’s High Value Loot Zones?
High Value Loot Zones are areas across Caldera that offer rare items and a ton of cash to players who decide to land there. These are designed as high-risk, high-reward areas as they’re likely to be contested by several players.
If you emerge victorious from the early engagements, the high-quality loot should set you up for success until the endgame. Players looking to utilize their Custom Loadouts as soon as possible will want to explore High Value Loot Zones.
Speaking with CharlieIntel, Senior Creative Director Ted Timmins explained that the team noticed a “real tendency to just keep dropping in the same location,” and these new High Value Loot Zones will encourage players to drop into new areas they may not have visited.
“Now that we’ve got Redeploy Ballons, maybe you’ll rotate to one mid-game because you know there’s going to be more loot there, refreshing over time,” Timmins stated. “Equally, one of the things we hear a lot is players coming back from the Gulag feel like there’s not many places they can land and re-equip themselves.”
Where to find High Value Loot Zones in Warzone?
When players are launching into a match and look at their map, they will see that certain POIs have a dollar sign beside them, indicating that they are a High Value Loot Zone.
These areas will have high-tier loot and plenty of cash for competitors to use to buy Loadouts or Streaks.

During the wide-ranging interview with Timmins, the Senior Creative Director confirmed that the High Value Loot Zones would appear first as part of Operation Monarch and perhaps later on in Season 3. We now know that they’ll be making their way to Battle Royale playlists following the Season 3 Reloaded update.
High Value Loot Zones are just one of the major additions taking place in Warzone Season 3. You can also check out how to get Redeploy Extraction Tokens in Warzone or an explanation of the new Underground Transit System.
