The Holger-26 is a Modern Warfare LMG that can take down enemies with its powerful fire if you are using the best Warzone Holger-26 loadout.
LMGs have always been very formidable weapons throughout the history of Call of Duty, and this is definitely the case for Modern Warfare and Warzone, with the likes of the Bruen, Stoner 63, and PKM showing to be very powerful choices for players and their loadouts.
With this in mind, here is how to make the best Warzone Holger-26 loadout to take down all of your future opponents.
Best Warzone Holger-26 loadout
Best Warzone Holger-26 loadout attachments
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
- Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
- Stock: FSS Ranger
- Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
- Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape
The best Warzone Holger-26 loadout starts with the Monolithic Suppressor, as it provides a big boost to your damage range and will keep you off on enemy mini-maps when you are firing.
Iron sights are not a strong suit of the Holger-26, so we opted to use the clear and precise VLK 3.0x Optic, which will allow you to lay down large amounts of fire accurately.
Recoil control is an essential aspect of this LMG, as it can have a good amount of kick. The FSS Ranger stock and Commando Foregrip underbarrel attachment will provide great boosts to your horizontal and vertical recoil control and aiming stability.
Finally, the Stippled Grip Tape rear grip will give the best Warzone Holger-26 loadout some added mobility with an increase to your aim down sight speed and sprint to fire speed.
Best Perks for Holger-26 Warzone class
Perk 1 – Double Time
This LMG is a heavy weapon and can slow you down, so having Double Time as your first perk will allow you to sprint faster for longer and help you not get caught in bad situations because of the weapon’s slow nature.
Perk 2 – Overkill/Ghost
This LMG can be a deadly force at medium to far distances, but it does not excel in close-quarters. Using Overkill will allow you to have a strong secondary weapon in your back pocket.
You can then acquire Ghost from a second loadout drop to get Ghost and make sure that you do not show up on enemy UAVs or Heartbeat Sensors.
Perk 3 – Amped
Amped is another perk that will help combat the heavy nature of this LMG, as it increases your weapon swap speed which is essential when you find yourself in a sudden close-quarters fight and need to switch from your Holger-26 as fast as possible.
How to unlock the Holger-26
Players will first need to unlock this LMG if they want to use the best Warzone Holger-26 loadout. Interested individuals can accomplish this by getting 2 longshot kills with a Light Machine Gun in 25 different matches.
New Sniper Rifles coming to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 spotted in new trailer & screenshots
Call of Duty players have spotted a couple of the Sniper Rifles coming to both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.
Sniping is a staple of Call of Duty, and players are desperate to know what Sniper Rifles they’ll be using to quickscope in Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer and snipe over distance in Warzone 2. Luckily, some gun buffs have spotted the upcoming Sniper rifles in the new trailer.
As we quickly approach Modern Warfare 2‘s October 28 launch, Infinity Ward are revealing more and more about the game. We’ve seen some campaign gameplay, but it’s not until September 15 that we’ll learn all about the multiplayer and Warzone 2.
However, alongside announcing that pre-orders grant early access to the campaign, the devs dropped a brand-new trailer and screenshots. This showed off some of the All Ghillied Up reimagining, but military buffs also spotted the brand-new Sniper Rifles coming to the game.
Modern Warfare 2 Sniper Rifles confirmed
CoD fans spotted that Captain Price is using the Barret MRAD in the screenshot from Modern Warfare 2‘s upcoming All Ghillied Up reimagining. Whether it will actually be called the Barret MRAD remains to be seen but the stock, bolt handle, and magazine housing are identical.
If Price is using this sniper to pick off targets at long range in the campaign, then it should be an excellent choice for Warzone 2.
Plus in the trailer, Soap is running the Remington MSR, which long-time Call of Duty fans will recognize from Modern Warfare 3. Some were quick to assume that Soap was holding the Intervention but no, it’s clearly the MSR.
The MSR was one of the best Sniper Rifles for quickscoping in MW3, so it could very well become the quickscoper’s choice.

Call of Duty Warzone 2: Leaked release date, platforms, map, rumors, more
Warzone 2 arrives alongside Modern Warfare 2, so here’s everything we know about the sequel to CoD’s popular battle royale.
Activision have confirmed a sequel to Warzone will be coming, and here’s everything we know about Warzone 2, including all leaks, rumors, and the release window.
Call of Duty: Warzone has changed significantly since its March 2020 release, with the game receiving every weapon from Black Ops Cold War as well as Vanguard, Verdansk getting nuked, and the setting now taking place in the Pacific with the Fortune’s Keep map arriving in Season 4.
Now, Activision are looking at moving the battle royale title on further, as they have confirmed that a brand-new Warzone experience, called ‘Warzone 2.0’, will release after Modern Warfare 2.
Here’s everything we know about Call of Duty: Warzone 2.
- What is Call of Duty: Warzone 2?
- When could Warzone 2 release?
- Warzone 2 platforms
- Warzone 2 gameplay
- Warzone 2 maps
- Will Warzone still exist after Warzone 2 releases?
What is Call of Duty: Warzone 2?
Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is the sequel to CoD’s hit battle royale, which is set to bring “new technology, new features, and new gameplay that work seamlessly together.”
Warzone 2 will be closely related to Modern Warfare 2, featuring “Modern Warfare II content and systems with brand-new progression and inventories.”
Leaked Warzone 2 release date
Activision have confirmed that Warzone 2 is set to release later in 2022, and now, a leaked internal document claims that the new battle royale will arrive on November 16, three weeks after Modern Warfare 2’s launch.
A November launch would make sense, as it gives the devs more time to fix any glaring issues before the holiday season.
While we do know it arrives this year, we don’t yet have an official release date for Warzone 2, but as more information is released we will be sure to update this piece.
Warzone 2 platforms
Warzone 2 will be released on both current and last-gen consoles, as well as Battle.net and Steam for PC. Following in Modern Warfare 2’s footsteps, Warzone 2 will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Activision confirmed the news on June 8 as they look to provide a wide-reaching experience across both titles.
Warzone 2 gameplay
Industry insider Tom Henderson claims that Warzone 2 will be a “clean slate” which means “starting again, scrapping everything like weapons, operators etc.”
He said that “Warzone 2 is basically a new COD title,” and players should “look at it as a sequel.” Activision later confirmed that Warzone inventory including current weapons, Operators, Perks, and Killstreaks will not transfer over to Warzone 2.
Loadout changes & Strongholds
On May 18, players received plenty of new information concerning possible Warzone 2 gameplay. For starters, leakers Tom Henderson and NerosCinema both reported that Warzone 2 will come with loadout drop changes.
A new mechanic called Strongholds is set to alter the way players receive their loadouts. According to leaks, players can approach one of the 20-30 Stronghold areas on the map and complete a set of objectives. Once these objectives are complete they’ll gain access to their loadouts.
Some of the reported objectives involve defusing a bomb or defeating AI enemies. Strongholds will surely add a new layer of strategy to Warzone as each Stronghold can only be captured once per game.
According to the same report, looting will also undergo changes and resemble the system used in Black Ops 4’s Blackout. Supposedly, you won’t spawn in with any armor and you’ll need to find a satchel to equip plates.
Pro Perks & inventory
This isn’t the only feature that could be returning from previous CoD titles as Pro Perks could also appear. These boosted Perks first arrived in 2009’s Modern Warfare and they provide additional features that will benefit players. NerosCinema believes they’ll make their way to Warzone 2.
It seems Warzone 2 could also borrow from competitors by reportedly introducing a bag system for inventory management, similar to Apex Legends or PUBG.
Furthermore, Call of Duty devs have confirmed that the RICOCHET anti-cheat system will be available in both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 at launch. This should provide a fresh opportunity for players looking to play a cheater-free battle royale from the start.
Warzone 2 map
At the time of writing, there’s no official confirmation concerning the map that players will be able to drop into when Warzone 2 finally launches. However, we got a sneak peek during Modern Warfare 2’s trailer, and there have been a handful of leaks that might shed some light on possible POIs.
Industry insider Tom Henderson has reported that four classic Modern Warfare 2 maps are set to return as POIs for the Warzone 2 map. Once again, this information has not been confirmed but Henderson believes that High Rise, Quarry, Terminal, and Afghan are the four maps that will feature in Warzone 2.
Later Henderson would go on to reveal what he believed to be all 18 Warzone 2 POIs. He couldn’t go into specifics about each one, but he did share the names of each one:
- Quarry (Quarry)
- Modern City (Highrise)
- Caves (Afghan)
- Mountain town (possibly Favela)
- Airport (Terminal)
Nothing is confirmed here, and there is also every chance that the names of these POIs could change ahead of release. He also stated that there could very well be more than just four MW2 maps that appear, so some of these POIs could hide another classic map from 2009.
Continuing with the leaks, TheMW2Ghost shared a recreation of what they claim to be the Warzone 2 map.
The map lacks detail at this stage, but it shows what appear to be roads passing through the map. In addition, there’s a large river cutting through the middle of the map. While this isn’t official artwork they claim that it is a “remake based off of the actual map image.”
As you can see, the map is set to be on the coast similar to Verdansk, and the POIs by the water could make use of the new swimming mechanic that is expected in Warzone 2.
When speaking of the map size, Henderson said “it does seem bigger than that of Verdansk and Caldera, especially considering if the grid reference is accurate.” Henderson also claimed that Warzone 2 would share the same map with Modern Warfare 2’s DMZ game mode.
On July 2, a major Modern Warfare 2 leak revealed now-deleted images of several multiplayer maps including Ground War maps. As previously mentioned by Infinity Ward, Ground War maps will come together to form the new Warzone 2 map.
Hydro was the first Ground War map to leak, and the image showcased a desert landscape with water flowing through the center. Given that Infinity Ward confirmed the Warzone 2 engine will support swimming, don’t be surprised to see many POIs featuring water.
The next map that was a part of the Ground War leak is Fishtown. If we take the name of the map into account this could turn out to be a port city of some sort. The image revealed a beach that trails off right before we see the shore.
The final Ground War map revealed in the leak is called Sira. Sira looks much less rural than the previous two maps, with a modern-looking facility taking center stage. There is still evidence of a tropical environment given the number of palm trees in the image.
Will Warzone still exist after Warzone 2 releases?
Activision have confirmed that Warzone will continue to exist after Warzone 2 is released: “Warzone will continue as a separate experience that will include a continuation of player progression and inventories within that Warzone experience.”
Having said that, Warzone 2 will be a brand-new game, separate from the original, meaning that player inventories will be reset.

Warzone expert claims overlooked AR kills faster than every meta weapon
Isaac ‘IceManIsaac’ Hamilton has discovered the power of an overlooked AR in Warzone which kills faster than every meta weapon.
For those looking to utilize a new AR in Warzone Season 4 Reloaded, an expert claims to have found an underused weapon that’s outperforming the meta.
While players gear up for the final season of Warzone and the release of Warzone 2, which actually had its release date leaked, the community is continuing to find new loadouts and weapon builds that challenge the meta in Season 4 Reloaded.
While JGOD provided his picks for the best Warzone Season 4 Reloaded meta loadouts, which included the very strong KG M40, another Warzone expert claims that an overlooked AR is what players should be using.
IceManIsaac is now claiming that the burst meta is coming back to Warzone, and one Assualt Rifle that has really surprised him is the Itra Burst, which he claims “kills faster than the KG, the NZ, the Automaton, the STG” and is actually “really viable to use.”
IceManIsaac Warzone Itra Burst loadout
- Muzzle: MX Silencer
- Barrel: Perfetto 140mm Rapida
- Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x
- Stock: Botti SMI Adjustable
- Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled
- Magazine: 303 British 36 Round Mags
- Ammo Type: Lengthened
- Rear Grip: Stippled Grip
- Perk: Sleight of Hand
- Perk 2: On-Hand
One of the most important attachments for this loadout is Stippled Grip, as controlling the initial recoil is vital. The M1930 Strife Angled attachment helps keep the horizontal recoil down so that you can focus on just controlling the vertical movement.
Of course, the MX Silencer is a must, competing with the Monolithic Suppressor, and the Lengthened ammo type will further increase the bullet velocity allowing you to hit your target even faster.
The Itra Burst kills faster than the Cooper Carbine and KG M40, but you must hit your burst shots. IceManIsaac also feels that the weapon is great on smaller maps, but can also perform very well in long-ranged engagements.
However, IceManIsaac does not recommend this loadout for those playing Trios and Quads, but if you enjoy Solos and Duos on the smaller maps such as Rebirth Island and Fortune’s Keep, this loadout is definitely worth a try.
