Best Warzone MG 82 Loadout

Warzone’s MG 82 LMG boasts the highest fire rate of its category, making it a powerful choice for your Season 6 loadout. Here are the attachments and perks to make the best Warzone MG 82 loadout and maximize its potential.

As with all new seasons, there are new weapons in the mix, and the MG 82 LMG was added to Warzone at the start of Season 4.

Fans of the M13 are likely to enjoy the MG 82 as it boasts an insanely high fire rate, having the highest in its class. While it only does moderate damage, its fire rate, accuracy, and magazine size more than make up for it.

While the MG 82 was nerfed following its brief run as the dominating force in the Warzone meta, it can still be a helpful weapon in Warzone Season 6 if built correctly.

With this in mind, here are the attachments and perks you should use to make the best Warzone MG 82 loadout.

Best Warzone MG 82 loadout

Best Warzone MG 82 loadout attachments

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel: 16.4″ Task Force
  • Optic: Axial Arms 3x
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Ammunition: 125 Rnd Mags

There’s no better choice than the Agency Suppressor for the muzzle attachment of the best Warzone MG 82 loadout. Not only does it hide your shots from the minimap, but it also increases bullet velocity, damage range, and recoil control of the best Warzone MG 82 loadout.

The 16.4″ Task Force barrel is ideal for the best Warzone MG 82 loadout to complement this silencer. This barrel improves every aspect of the weapon’s long-range potential, giving a massive boost to recoil control, bullet velocity, and damage range.

For optics, the Axial Arms 3x is the perfect magnification for this LMG. You’ll have no issue taking out targets at a distance, but it isn’t so zoomed in that you’ll lose targets at closer distances. And to further help keep your shot on target, you should use the Field Agent Grip.

And for ammunition, the 125 Rnd Mags give you a little more bang for your buck without affecting your ADS speed. If you prefer to prioritize reload time over ADS speed, you should opt for the 125 Rnd Speed Mag instead.

Best perks to use with MG 82 class

  • Perk 1: Double Time
  • Perk 2: Overkill then Ghost
  • Perk 3: Amped

As the MG 82 is a heavy LMG, you’ll move significantly slower than you would with an Assault Rifle. Double Time will increase your Tactical Sprint duration, allowing you to move around the map much faster.

As it’s much slower, the MG 82 won’t be as effective in close-range situations. Overkill will allow you to take a custom SMG along with the LMG straightaway, making you lethal at all ranges. Then, it would help if you prioritized getting the Ghost perk from another loadout drop to hide from UAVs and Heartbeat Sensors.

And finally, Amped will allow you to swap between your two weapons almost instantly.

Most recent MG 82 buffs and nerfs in Warzone

The Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6 update patch notes applied some significant changes to the MG 82, as Raven Software looked to give it a balance run following its emergence as a top meta weapon once again. You can find the latest changes to the MG 82 LMG below:

  • Gun Kick increased
  • Recoil increased
  • Reload interrupt time increased
  • Raise interrupt time increased

How to unlock the MG 82

The MG 82 is free to unlock for all players, as it came as part of Warzone and Cold War Season 4’s free Battle Pass. You needed to hit Tier 15, and then you could equip and rank up this fast-firing LMG to make the best Warzone MG 82 loadout.

Don’t worry if you didn’t manage to get there during Season 4, as there is still a way you can get this weapon for free.

Players now need to complete one of two unlock challenges to acquire this LMG, which you can find below:

  • Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer/Warzone: Using LMGs, kill 3 or more enemies without reloading in 15 different completed matches
  • Black Ops Cold War Zombies: Using LMGs, kill 250 enemies that are stunned by your Tesla Storm

Best alternatives

If you haven’t unlocked the MG 82 yet, or you’re looking to use something else besides the best Warzone MG 82 loadout, there are plenty of other viable heavy LMGs you can use, such as the RAAL MG.

The PKM has also been a powerful choice for its low recoil and large magazine size, but you could also use the underrated SA87 if you’re looking for something more versatile than the best Warzone MG 82 loadout.

Best M13 loadout for CoD: Warzone Season 4

Players who use the best loadout for the M13 Assault rifle in Warzone Season 4 will be able to take down enemies with laser accuracy.

Published

on

The M13 is a fast-firing Assault Rifle that excels at medium-to-long range in Call of Duty: Warzone, so here is the best loadout class for it in Season 4.

Warzone Season 4 Reloaded brought major weapon buffs and nerfs that have made significant changes to most players’ loadout weapons in the Call of Duty battle royale.

However, the M13 from Modern Warfare continues to be a solid weapon that may not get as much fanfare as other weapons but can definitely secure wins and high kill amounts for players if they maximize its potential, especially after it got a significant buff in the Season 4 Reloaded update.

With this in mind, here is the best Warzone M13 loadout in Season 4 right now.

Best Warzone M13 loadout

Best Warzone M13 loadout attachments

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: Tempus Marksman
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic or Holographic Sight
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 60 Round Mags

The best Warzone M13 loadout is built to be laser-accurate in Warzone, dominating at medium-long range. However, its high rate of fire will also allow it to melt at close range.

To vastly increase the M13’s range, we’ve opted for the Monolithic Suppressor and Tempus Marksman barrel. Combined, these attachments will significantly improve the M13’s bullet velocity and damage over range, making it effective for any engagement. As a bonus, the suppressor will keep you hidden from the minimap while firing, allowing for greater secrecy.

We’ve added the VLK 3.0x Optic to the best Warzone M13 loadout for extra precision at range. This unobtrusive scope will allow you to be accurate at almost any range, allowing you to specifically aim for the upper chest and headshots. To further improve its accuracy, adding the Commando Foregrip will remove almost all horizontal and vertical recoil.

With the M13 having a high rate of fire for an Assault Rifle, you’ll need the 60 Round Mags to constantly reduce the need to reload. It will still burn through this magazine fast, so make sure cover is never far away to give yourself a safe place to reload.

Best perks to use with Warzone M13 class

  • Perk 1 – E.O.D
  • Perk 2 – Overkill/Ghost
  • Perk 3 – Amped

Players often use lethal equipment to get the upper hand in Warzone, and the E.O.D Perk will drastically reduce incoming explosive damage. As long as you have a little bit of armor left, you’ll be able to survive an onslaught of grenades and Semtex.

Because the M13 excels at medium-long range, you’ll want a secondary that can dominate up-close. Overkill allows you to carry two primary weapons to have the best weapons available as early as possible.

Then, once you’ve got Overkill from your first loadout, try to get Ghost from your next. This will allow you to carry both of your guns and be invisible from UAVs and Heartbeat Sensors.

While carrying two primary weapons in the best Warzone M13 loadout, you’ll often be switching between them to take fights in different situations. There’s nothing worse than being caught while waiting for your weapons to swap, so the Amped perk removes almost all weapon swap delay.

How to Unlock the M13

Players who would like to use the best Warzone M13 loadout will first need to unlock the Assault Rifle, which can be achieved by reaching Level 39 in either the Call of Duty: Warzone or Modern Warfare.
