Before Call of Duty shifts to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 towards the end of the year, Season 5 is the last hurrah for the original Warzone. Classic villains have returned intent on destroying Caldera, and Advanced Warfare’s EM1 has arrived as the EX1.

Warzone’s RA 225 SMG excels in close-range fights so we’ve fitted the Recoil Booster and Urban Rapid 11″ Barrel, which massively boost its fire rate and lower the time to kill. Then, the ever-popular Slate Reflector is perfect for these close-range fights.
You’ll want the RA 225 to be as fast as possible, so combining the Moravec MB Stock and Mark VI Skeletal will set you up for success. However, if the recoil is too much, you can swap the Underbarrel for the m1941 Hand Stop.
To keep the recoil under control, we’re using the 7.62 Gorenko 38 Round Mags as these further improve the fire rate while helping with recoil control and mobility at the cost of damage range. Pairing the Gorenko mag with Subsonic Ammo keeps you off the mini map too.
Finally, Taped Grip further helps with mobility and essentially gives you the Amped Perk, Sleight of Hand ensures you’ll reload almost instantly, and Quick allows you to dart across the map incredibly fast.

Although the Serpentine Perk received a small nerf in Warzone Season 5 with another huge change still to come, it will remain a powerful choice for the time being. And as the RA 225 is an SMG, you’ll want Overkill to grab a powerful Assault Rifle such as the Grau 5.56, and Combat Scout to track enemies through Caldera’s paper-thin walls and foliage.
For Equipment, the Throwing Knife is perfect for quickly finishing downed enemies, and the Stim provides great health and speed boost.

You shouldn’t have any trouble unlocking the RA 225 in Warzone as it’s available for free at Tier 31 of the Season 5 Battle Pass.
