At E3, Activision only confirmed that ‘Black Ops Declassified‘ would be the title of the Call of Duty game coming to Sony’s PlayStation Vita and only released a logo, and confirmed it’s ‘late 2012 availability’.

According to the latest issues of MCVUK, Activision will be announcing more details at Gamescom.

“You can really expect us to deliver a true Call of Duty experience,” Michael Sportouch, Activision’s European VP and GM of the Santa Monica business unit, told MCV, “We are really excited about the opportunities that the Vita could offer us in terms of connecting with a new audience.”

We’ll keep you posted on any info they share!
