New update for Black Ops 4 Private Beta now live with Kill Confirmed + more

UPDATE – August 5 at 10AM PT: The update is live!

Treyarch has shared on Reddit early this morning some of what to expect in today’s new hot fix update that is coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Private MP Beta on PlayStation 4.

Here’s what’s expected to come in today’s hot fix update:

  • Added Kill Confirmed to Chaos TDM
  • Update to lock the specialist select button to prevent players from dying when switching specialists in Search and Destroy
  • Numerous Stability Fixes

Treyarch also shared last night what they are focusing on after Day 2 of the Private Beta. There is a larger game update expected for the Private Beta to come before Weekend 2 begins on August 10 at 10AM PT, so stay tuned for news on that.
