New Warzone RPD stealth buff makes LMG insanely strong
The Warzone community has recently been discussing what appears to be a stealth buff for the RPD that makes the LMG even better.
The RPD appears to have gotten a stealth buff that supposedly makes the LMG much stronger in Warzone Season 6 than before.
Having said that, some players have picked up on a stealth buff for the RPD‘s recoil that was introduced in Season 6, potentially making it insanely strong.
Before this stealth buff, the RPD’s recoil acted very similar to the Cold War MP5, which meant that the recoil would stabilize and no longer continue going vertically, making it fairly easy to control after firing a certain number of shots.
Warzone RPD stealth buff
Players realized that this had changed for the RPD in Season 6, with some even claiming that the stealth change made the weapon even easier to control, becoming one of the best weapons to use.

In his most recent video, JGOD investigated this stealth buff for the RPD, testing out just how good it is now after the recoil change.
The RPD’s recoil now continues to go vertically at a consistent pace even after firing consecutive bullets, which JGOD says “actually makes the weapon easier to control, surprising.”
This is because weapons with consistent recoil patterns are generally easier to control compared to weapons with more sporadic patterns.
The RPD’s new recoil means that players don’t need to adjust their analog or mouse once they have the recoil pattern down, as it remains the same until the mag finishes.
This is ultimately the main reason players are finding success with this weapon after the change and calling it meta in Season 6.
However, according to the stats by JGOD, the RPD’s damage numbers are still not as great as some of the other Warzone Season 6 meta weapons, as its TTK falls below other options.
Further, JGOD personally feels as if the “rate of fire” is what prevents the RPD from being meta in Season 6.

FIFA 22 players slam referees for blowing whistle early
FIFA 22 players are becoming increasingly frustrated with how early referees blow their whistle before half-time and full-time.
A complaint from previous years appears to have returned as FIFA 22 players are frustrated with referees blowing the half-time and full-time whistle when a goal is about to be scored.
FIFA 22 carries on the tradition of EA presenting simulated football across Ultimate Team, Career Mode, and a variety of other entertaining modes. But not everything can be nailed perfectly, and referees have always been a contentious issue in football games.
One of the most notorious complaints regarding artificial referees is their apparent lack of awareness and understanding of football context.
This has been highlighted with a clip showing a player being denied a blatant goal because of the ref blowing the whistle early.
Real-life referees need to have common sense when it comes to how a football match plays out as not all scenarios have concrete outcomes.
Sadly, A.I can only do so much, and xboxboi12 found this out the hard way when they were robbed of a guaranteed goal during their Pro Clubs match.
Right at the end of the first half of their Pro Clubs game, the opposition defender made a mistake, was dispossessed, and the player that nicked the ball squared it to the OP to tap into an empty goal…or so they thought.
As the ball hit the back of the net, with the clock still just about on the screen, you can hear the referee blow the half-time whistle, just before the ball crossed the line.
There was clearly no offside in the build-up to the goal as the defender kicked it against the attacking team, and the pass to the OG poster went backward.
It’s a case of the clock probably being a bit over what is considered to be the allotted time, and because the ball was passed and deemed to be “loose,” the ref blew his whistle.
This goes back to the real-life argument as if this scenario occurred during a real match, a referee would never blow the whistle if someone was shooting into an open goal.
Given that this is a problem that has featured in many different FIFA games, it’s unlikely that EA is going to patch it in FIFA 22.

Black Ops Cold War players are not happy with new LAPA SMG
The LAPA is a new SMG for Black Ops Cold War in Season 6, but fans have complained that it may not be as useful in-game as they hoped.
Black Ops Cold War Season 6 is the last hurrah for the latest CoD entry before Vanguard takes center stage. Unfortunately, the new LAPA SMG has players talking for the wrong reasons since its addition in the last major update.
Unfortunately, not all of the new additions have gone down well among the community, with the new LAPA SMG in particular user under fire from fans.
“…the only thing this thing has is relatively good handling, which is hardly even significant considering all SMGs carry that trait anyways,” said the user.
“It’s the slowest killing SMG, and depends on headshots to simply equal the body shot TTK of other SMGs, and has a very slow muzzle velocity to the point where it becomes almost unusable.”
PartyImpOP also slammed the rest of the Season 6 content, such as “the worst weapon in the Call of Duty history” in the Battle Axe.
Other players were quick to respond to the post, calling the new additions in Season 6 “filler” content at the end of the game’s life in the spotlight.
“Honestly, they were probably just afraid to release more broken weapons right before they abandon ship on this game,” added another Reddit user.
While The Haunting event has been a hit for the most part for Call of Duty fans, it’s clear that some of the new content is living up to expectations.
With so little time before Vanguard drops, it remains to be seen if Raven will take steps to make the LAPA more useful.
