PlayStation Blog has posted a Q&A with Sledgehammer Games’ Michael Condrey and Glen Schofield.

Many of the answers were details that were previously announced, but there are some new details in the post: specifically about the new narrative based MP mode called War.

War is a PVP Mode in Multiplayer, “a narrative based mode where Allied and Axis soldiers clash in team-driven assault & defend gameplay in the fight for strategic objectives.”

Condrey confirms that Raven Software is developing this mode alongside SHG and more details on the mode are expected to come at E3, along with the full MP reveal.

We partnered with Raven Software for development on War Mode. It’s a fun new mode, and an important component of bringing our overall vision to life. We couldn’t be more excited to be revealing several of our new multiplayer features for the first time at E3.
