September 15 was a big day for Call of Duty esports.
Hector “H3CZ” Rodriguez announced on that he was officially leaving OpTic Gaming after founding the company, amid disagreements between the decisions made by leadership of Infinite and the sale of Infinite and OpTic to Immortals.
As part of his news, H3CZ announced that he was going back to Chicago to join NRG, which owns the newly announced Call of Duty Chicago Team, alongside the Overwatch League team San Francisco Shock.
