Infinite Warfare features a ‘Combat Rig Draft’ and a ‘Weapon Draft’ for esports

Infinity Ward announced during their live stream that Infinite Warfare will feature a Combat Rig Draft and a Weapon Draft for esports rule set.

There is no longer a ban and protect system, which means that Infinity Ward will be placing a set of base bans for the game.

The Combat Rig Draft will be very similar to the Specialists Draft, where each player can select one payload.

The Weapon Draft is new to Call of Duty. This allows each players to pick up 2 weapons to be available in that game, which makes a total of 8 weapons per team in a game.
