Call of Duty: Mobile has generated $2 million since launch with 20 million downloads

Call of Duty: Mobile is off to an incredible start for Activision.

Sensor Tower, the mobile tracking analytical firm, has revealed in a new tweet that the new Call of Duty: Mobile game has seen over 20 million installs across iOS and Google Play worldwide.

Sensor Tower reports that Call of Duty: Mobile has generated $2 million in revenue since its initial launch, a large amount for a free to play game filled with microtransactions in the first 48 hours of being active.

Activision executives remained cautiously optimistic about Call of Duty: Mobile during an investor call back in August saying they don’t want to predict how the game would go as it depends on the reception of the new title. Mobile gaming is one of the largest gaming platforms in certain regions in Asia;
