Modern Warfare 2 received some new weapons in the Season 4 update, giving players an opportunity to try out some new firepower in the game’s multiplayer.
As well as the ISO 45 SMG from MW2019, Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 also introduced the Tempus Razorback Assault Rifle.

Best Modern Warfare 2 Tempus Razorback loadout attachments
- Barrel: 16″ Tankr-V
- Muzzle: FTAC Castle Comp
- Magazine: 45 Round Mag
- Rear Grip: ERG-X1

Starting off our best Modern Warfare 2 Tempus Razorback loadout is the 16″ Tankr-V barrel, which is great for increasing the weapon’s bullet velocity and recoil control.
Next, the FTAC Castle Comp and ERG-X1 rear grip will control the weapon’s recoil, making it easier for you to hit shots while the 45 Round Mag lets you unload a hefty amount of bullets before reloading.
Lastly, the Cronen Mini Pro is a great optic to use in Modern Warfare 2, as it provides a nice clean sight for you to spot and eliminate enemies.

As for Perks, you can’t go wrong with a combination of Bomb Squad and Battle Hardened, as that provides you with the ultimate protection against enemy equipment.
Further, Fast Hands will allow you to reload fast and get back into the fight while Quick Fix will keep your health topped up.
When it comes to Equipment, we’ve gone with a Semtex and Flash Grenade, as these are both solid choices. Dead Silence is also perfect for getting around the map fast and stealthily.
How to unlock Tempus Razorback in Modern Warfare 2
To unlock the Tempus Razorback in Modern Warfare 2, players will need to complete Sector D13 of the Season 4 Battle Pass.
After Season 4 there will likely be an unlock challenge, so we will update this section as and when that happens.
Best alternatives to Tempus Razorback in Modern Warfare 2
If you don’t have the Tempus Razorback unlocked, or just wish to use a similar weapon, some alternatives are the Chimera and Lachman 556, as they’re both fast-firing Assault Rifles that pack a punch.
