Vanguard leak claims Ranked mode coming soon with CoD: WWII system
Some new Call of Duty: Vanguard leaks have emerged that point to the arrival of a Ranked mode that will have many of the same features as the system in CoD: WWII.
Vanguard players have been waiting for the arrival of a Ranked mode ever since the game’s release. While the developers have teased this feature before, there hadn’t been any updates for a while.
Ranked modes allow players to be more competitive, and now it seems that one will finally be added to the game. Some new reports claim that the upcoming mode will be similar to the system in WWII.
These leaks came from notable CoD insider ‘TheGhostOfHope.’ According to them, a source informed them on January 10 that CoD: Vanguard will “be getting Ranked in the next few weeks.”
While they didn’t provide an exact date for the arrival of this mode, it might align with the launch of Season 2 in early February. So, it seems that the wait is almost over for Vanguard players.
The Vanguard devs have already received criticism as players compared Halo Infinite’s launch full of fun content to Vanguard’s barebones offering. Hopefully, the addition of a Ranked mode will fix this issue.
The insider claimed that Vanguard’s system will copy directly from WWII. So, we might see key features like skill divisions, visible skill ratings, and unique competitive rewards when it finally arrives.

This is something that is sure to please fans as the mode in WWII was extremely popular. It came with features like leaderboards which encouraged players to be more competitive in battle.
It’s worth keeping in mind that these are currently just leaks and rumors, so take his information with a grain of salt. Hopefully, we’ll hear some official plans for Vanguard’s Ranked mode soon.
