Crashing issues have plagued Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 since the Season 3 update, and one player frustrated player even sent the devs a desperate call for help in the form of a takeaway pizza.

Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 3 provided a healthy update with a lot of content such as new weapons, a fresh Battle Pass, and new Operators. Whether you play Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer or Warzone 2’s battle royale, a new season is always exciting.

However, for some players on PC, MW2 and Warzone 2 Season 3 caused crashing issues for those with AMD Vega GPUs and other Vega hardware. These crashes have been immediate, making the games unplayable for those with a rig that has an integrated GPU with a Ryzen CPU.

The update was released on April 12, and at the time of writing, players experiencing this issue are still waiting for a fix. Players have been left incapable of playing the game thanks to the crashes and despite CoD dev studio Beenox claiming on April 17 that they are “actively working to get it fixed,” the problem still persists in May.

Extremely frustrated, many took to the internet to get the dev’s attention, creating a petition to get Activision and Infinity Ward to “urgently resolve the issues introduced by Season 3.”

PC Gamer have even reported on a member of the community who sent a sort of SOS pizza to the Beenox office in Quebec, which had a message that said: “Help Vega Please.” Reddit user BehindACorpFireWall is the one behind the pizza sending, and they say they did it because they didn’t “know what else to do.”

The image showing proof of the pizza’s delivery was taken down, but it’s unlikely that the pizza ever made it to the devs, as one comment under the post says “it was most likely turned away.”

It’s unclear when the crashing will be resolved, but players affected by the issue are yet to experience Season 3 since its release on April 12.

We’ll be sure to report on a fix for the crashes when or if the devs decided to release an update, but for now, make sure you check out the upcoming Apex Legends update if you’re unable to play CoD, or JGOD’s Warzone 2 Sniper glint trick if you’re lucky enough to be playing.
