Frustrating Warzone Stim glitch is back ahead of $300k WSOW tournament
The infamous Stim glitch has returned in Warzone Pacific and is causing problems for players ahead of the $300k World Series of Warzone tournament.
Warzone Pacific players have been given the opportunity to win a whopping $300,000 cash prize by participating in the open in-game qualifiers of the World Series of Warzone tournament hosted by Activision.
However, a frustrating problem has popped up in the tournament as the notorious Stim glitch has made its return and is giving players that use the tactical equipment an unfair advantage in battle.
When you find yourself overwhelmed by enemy opposition in Warzone Pacific, you can use the Stim tactical equipment to get a health boost while vastly increasing your movement speed. This will allow you to get away and stay in the fight longer.
However, the stim glitch affecting private matches ahead of the World Series of Warzone tournament makes players impossible to take down by giving them an insane speed boost along with infinite health.
Competitive player ‘Entervene’ tweeted a clip of them using the stim bug to secure a kill in Warzone. It showcased them moving extremely fast while surviving the gunfire they were facing from their opposition.
While Stims are meant to give you a speed and health boost, they aren’t supposed to make you nearly impossible to kill. The opponent didn’t stand a chance against Entervene after they used the tactical equipment.
This World Series of Warzone tournament has already been hit by allegations of cheating, and these could get worse if players use the stim glitch to secure kills during matches. It remains to be seen how the developers will respond to this issue.
