How to get Roze skin in Warzone
Roze is Warzone’s most controversial Operator skin, being called pay-to-win and “sweaty” thanks to the completely black outfit that conceals players in dark areas. If you haven’t got her already, here’s how to get Roze in Warzone Pacific.
Rozlin ‘Roze’ Helms, who first arrived in Warzone during Modern Warfare Season 4, is an ex-Ranger who joined Shadow Company after “severing ties with U.S. Military.” But it wasn’t until MW Season 5 that the Operator became controversial.
Roze arrived as the Tier 100 skin in the MW Season 5 Battle Pass and quickly became one of the most popular skins in the game. With a completely black outfit, Roze’s Rook skin blended in with Verdansk’s dark corners so well that players wanted the skin removed.
The devs nerfed it instead and although the Rook skin isn’t as popular as it once was, you’ll still see plenty of players rock it, with players even claiming it’s causing issues again in Rebirth Island Reinforced. But if you missed out on Roze the first time, can you still unlock her?
How to get Roze Operator skin in Warzone
Roze is still purchasable through Warzone’s in-game store in the Roze Operator Bundle and Roze: Behind The Mask bundles. These bundles will cost you 2,400 CoD Points each, which is around $20.
The Roze Operator Bundle includes the Virago Operator skin, where she has a modern take on a Spartan helmet and army-green outfit. The Roze: Behind The Mask bundle puts Roze in black winter gear but is unique in that her helmet is removed, meaning she doesn’t blend in with dark corners as well as the Rook outfit.
Can you still get Roze Rook Operator skin in Warzone?
Roze’s Rook Operator skin that was included in Modern Warfare Season 5’s Battle Pass is no longer available to purchase. Most Warzone Battle Pass skins, Blueprints, and other cosmetics are unique to that Season and can’t be unlocked once it concludes.
We have seen some Operators such as Alex, Stitch, and Wraith arrive in ‘Vault Pack’ bundles that allow players to purchase previous Battle Pass items, but Roze has not returned through one of these bundles at the time of writing.
It’s entirely possible we’ll see Roze return in the future, but with the skin being so divisive, Activision may opt to leave it in the past.
