As always, a new Call of Duty season brings new weapons, and four arrived with Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 4, one of them being the Tempus Razorback Assault Rifle, alongside the ISO 45 SMG, Tonfa Melee Weapon, and MX Guardian Shotgun.

The Tempus Razorback has claimed its position as a popular choice in both multiplayer and battle royale during Season 4, and it remains as one of players’ top picks, so here’s how to unlock it in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 5.

How to unlock Tempus Razorback in Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone

To unlock the Tempus Razorback in Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 Season 5, players will have to get 35 Operator kills while mounted using Assault Rifles. If you’re more into DMZ, you can obtain it by extracting the DMZ with the gun.

Described by the devs as a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ weapon, the Tempus Razorback Assault Rifle is a “smooth and controllable” bullpup rifle that “offers an impressive damage profile” and “rapid rate of fire.”

Primarily in Warzone, this Assault Rifle has remained hugely popular, being the 4th most chosen weapon after the launch of Season 5, according to WZRanked’s tier list.

While the Cronen Squall‘s never-ending meta has put up a fight in Season 4, players didn’t hesitate to unlock the Tempus Razorback to battle it and, of course, enjoy a new free season weapon.
