Popular Call of Duty: Warzone content creator JGOD showed off a new Warzone hitscan Fennec loadout in Season 5 that just might become a meta choice for players.

Although Warzone Season 5 introduced the EM2 and TEC-9 into the came, a new AR and SMG, players are still finding use for the Modern Warfare weapons.

JGOD is the latest player to have found a new Fennec loadout which he is claiming to be very strong due to its “hitscan” capabilities.

In his latest video, JGOD showed off a brand new loadout for the fairly underappreciated Modern Warfare SMG, the Fennec.

JGOD tried the weapon out due to its “accidental” bullet velocity buff, testing to see whether it is currently hitscan or not.

The accidental change is said to have increased its bullet velocity but 1000%, a huge increase that was obviously not intentional.

The original buff was meant to only increase its bullet velocity by 13.4%, a much more reasonable value.

Here’s the loadout JGOD was using for his hitscan Fennec loadout:

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: ZLR 16” Apex
  • Optic: VLK 3x
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 40 Round Drum Mags

The 40 Round Drum Mags are great on the Fennec as it has a small base magazine size, so an increase in magazine size will allow you to maintain fire for much longer.

Further, as the bullet velocity has been increased to make the weapon pretty much hitscan, the VLK 3x optic is great for long-range targets, allowing you to really test the crazy bullet velocity.

JGOD claims the buff makes the Fennec a great sniper support, as not only does the increased bullet velocity help for longer-ranged engagements, but as it is an SMG, it will cover you in close quarters combat.

As this update was most likely an accident, make sure you get in a try it out as soon as possible, as it could be patched very soon. That’s all for JGOD’s hitscan Fennec loadout in Warzone Season 5.
